“I purchased my Vsett 10+ about 2 months ago, it’s a great scooter!! The team has been awesome! I had a couple of opportunities with it. Jason and Eric were great with timely responses and help. Jason was fast to ship out a replacement part once we figured out the opportunity. If i look to purchase another electric vehicle, it definitely will be with Ewheels again!”

“Quick shipping time, great communication. havent had any problems with my sherman max but from what I hear, Ewheels takes care of you. I hope to seldom have problems with my new wheel but if problems to arise, I'm glad I chose to order from them. Time to get some practice on the new wheel!”

“The support from eWheels is on another level. Leading up to my purchase they were always responsive to any questions, but it didn't end there. After getting the wheel and riding it for a bit, the tire went flat. I was heading out of town soon and ordered new tubes and paid to overnight them. In the morning the team saw this and refunded me the order and shipping AND sent me two tubes! They honestly didn't have to do any of this for me so it was very appreciated that they did.”

“Very good communication and customer service. I bought from Jason and ewheels for years and love the one year warranty which I’ve only had to use once and he dealt with it very quickly and professionally. Overall a great company selling quality wheels at competitive prices. I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about my battery packs because they take great pride and go to great lengths to make sure all packs are thoroughly vetted. Thanks guys!”

“I can’t give any more stars because I’m not able! Definitely 10 star rating for eWheels! They’re not very good they are excellence. The team goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is safe and satisfied. Service is the best in the industry. Every time I contact these guys for any reason they get right on it. I tried purchasing my PEVs from another distributors in the past and it didn’t go as planned. EWheels has never failed me and I wouldn’t dream of getting my next toy anywhere else! Keep it up fellaz! Thank you!”

“Ewheels was extremely easy to order with...the only hiccup was the container being held up at it's port of origin for a couple of weeks, but that's beyond Ewheels control. I'm about to inquire with Ewheels concerning excessive wobble (@ 15mph) on my recently purchased Sherman Max. “I finally got my wheel! I can once again attest to how professional, and responsive the eWheels team was through the entire process. Once more, I'd like to thank Eric for both his time, and advice during the purchase of my new v12. The new wheel arrived in perfect condition, the communication leading up to the shipment to eWheels, and then shipping to myself was flawless.
