“I took it up a local hill in Beacon Hill Park. It's pretty steep. Went up at 20 mph. Had to hold back as i haven't bought helmet yet. Definitely going to have fun when I'm done being scared shitless. Good work. Great help too.”

“Ordered May 29, late in the day. Arrived June 1, Early in the Morning. Can't beat that... I ordered a 5amp charger for my MSX, This thing is on point, can hold charge at 80, 90 or 100%, balanced batteries, gives lots of details about the charge level. Long and short, Fast delivery, quallity charger, everything I wanted faster than I expected to get it.”

“Very satisfied that I went with eWheels for my first wheel. After making my purchase, I was provided with tracking info, guidance on how to start my wheel, and provided with complementary wristguards. During the initial use of the wheel, I had issues with the inner tube. Jason at eWheels was considerate of my issue and helped get me what I needed to get back up and running. The whole experience has made me a believer in this company and I will make sure anybody looking for their first EUC or scooter goes through eWheels. “Real Talk no BS. This company exceeded my expectations First off , I was originally going to purchase the Vsett 10+ base model from Rev Rides. I decided to go into Reddit to check if anyone had ant bad experiences with Rev Rides and I came across one comment about a company called eWheels. The comment stated they didn't charge tax outside Arizona and they were great to deal with. Well, I decided to try them out and buy the next highest Vsett 10+ model 25.6 AH with free steering damper. Within 2 hours I received an email notification stating the scooter was shipping out that very sane day! INCREDIBLE! That's not All. The next day I realized that I forgot to order the fast charger for the higher powered Vsett 10+. So, after placing the order for the fast charger I received an email stating my order for the fast charger was refunded. I immediately think "Damn, it's probably out of stock with a long lead time" NOPE They refunded my order because they were already sending me out the fast charger, (2) new replacement tires, (2) new inner tubes and the steering damper for the Vsett 10+ scooter for no additional charge. SIMPLY INCREDIBLE! Everything arrived in excellent condition. Jason provided me a spectacular buying experience. Thank you so much!”

“Having discovered EUC a month prior to my first purchase, I watched countless videos about the one wheel wonder, the electric unicycle. I had to have one but I didn't want to impulsively drop over $1k on something that I would have no support for, since these things are engineered in China where customer support is very lacking. eWheels more than makes up for the manufacturers support. Jason is quick to reach out after your purchase to initiate a point-of-contact. Shipping was less than a week over to the east coast. I feel much more secure knowing eWheels has been in the game since EUC's inception. I bought a King Song 14S to test the sport and I'm already eyeing up my upgrade! Thanks for enabling a new addiction eWheels!”

“A brief comment about the Ewheels company is that I purchased two V11 models separately, both had defects. The first one I purchased had a inner tube valve problem that I had to repair myself. The second had a USB connection problem. Hopefully you gents get it together.”
