“I don't know if it's ewheels fault or kingsong but God they did such a bad job on putting it together, the screws are stripped and nothings right l. Tried to change a tire and it literally was giving me problem every step of the way. Horrible”

“My Begode EX30 is my first EUC ever. ewheels has great comparisons between all of their EUC making it easy to make my choice. They also sent me a rapid charger that will help with the longevity of my battery. Very satisfied with my purchase and their support.”

“I am very upset with ewheels and how they have handled my orders, needed to replace the the entire brake system levers, calipers pads and all was first only shipped the brake levers, talked to Jason micheals I believe his name was and asked for a supervisor to talk to, was then charged for the rest of the kit which didn't come with the olive and barbs as I just not 5 mins ago got a call from the shop in town repairing it saying that that's what they needed in order to finish the instal, I have no idea who actually does any form of work there but I am ready to just switch companies entirely when I need a new scooter, I will never purchase an ewheels part or scooter again if there is anyone actually listening to this you can reach me at my email”

“I purchased a V8f from ewheels about three years ago. It broke an axel right off the bat, and everything was resolved at no cost to me. They stood behind the product. I purchased a used Nik+ from a guy that bought from ewheels. When the battery issue happend, they verified the purchase and sent me the new upgraded batteries, at no charge to me. When I decided to upgrade wheels, ewheels had a price in line with other sellers by a few hundred bucks, so I gladly got a master V4 from them, knowing that if anything happens, they'll back it. Don't screw around and go the cheapest route, the difference is a small price to pay for when things might go wrong. I can probably do the repairs with shipped parts, but who wants to screw around second guessing things with that. Go ewheels, lol.”

“#1 go to distributor for any EUCs. Bought a v13. Constant updates and communication. Blew an air shock, had a new one in 2 days. Had a crash, ordered some parts, and I was refunded the shipping. Great knowledgeable people at ewheels.”

“This wheel is AWESOME!!!! Being a new rider and also be a bigger rider (6'3 / 250lbs) I have tried a few wheels to learn on and once the V14 came is and I hopped on it. It was like this wheel accepted me and I can tell that there are going to be a lot of adventures on this little guy (no pun intended). Talkiing to Jason and the team was the best costumer service experience that I have even delt with and I plan on to continue coming here for more wheels and parts and etc. 10/10!!”

“I have a little over a week now with the new Begode Extreme and I'm loving it. Jason and Nick were as usual very helpful in leading me to decide to get the Extreme. My year old KS 16X has almost 3K miles in it and I love it. I got the hybrid tire because my use case is more of touring around parks, neighboring communities, and light mountain bike trails. I just need an EUC with nice suspension that can do light trails and more of street. It should also be nimble enough for parks and crowded paved trails. The 16 inch wheel is perfect for my needs. The DS200 shock with 900lbs spring is excellent for a 165 lb rider. I am now able to go to places where the KS 16X has difficulties and am more relax due to a little bit bigger diameter tire, shock, and the gyro effect. Riding seated is excellent, the transition from standing to sitting is a lot easier due to the handle, height, and gyro. I like the weight for long distance, it feels like riding on a motorcycle in terms of stability and comfort. I highly recommend the wheel and of course eWheels!”

“InMotion V14 Adventure 50S was out of stock everywhere. Kept a daily watch on multiple sites (including inmotionworldwide.com) and eWheels was the first to re-stock, even before the manufacturer. Ordered it that day, received the wheel in great packaging and condition 3 days later. Nothing but positive things to say about eWheels! Give me a few weeks to learn how to ride (never even stepped on an EUC, and my first EUC is the V14, I KNOW!), and I will try to give a wheel review.”
