“The service is great. I've always had prompt and great responses to ANY questions I've had concerning EUCs. I've purchased two wheels from EWheels, and I bought one from a friend, who bought it from EWheels. I ordered two more from them, even though they had the wheels I wanted were on another website. I ordered two sets of honey comb pedals and they called me to ensure I didn't order two sets thinking that only one came in each package; good looking out guys. Keep up the great work.”

“Customer service here is awesome. The folks at eWheels do care about the customer which is important when you are spending a lot of money on fun toys! Any issues I have had, or questions I have had have been promptly handled and answered. The issues I have had are very minor and were immediately taken care of. Shipping times are great and the Vsett scooters I ordered (9 and 10+) have been awesome so far. All of my communication with the company has been via email and 90% of the responses come back within an hour, sometimes a little more.”

“This is my third purchase from ewheels. The guys are really good. They ship the product fast. If anything goes wrong , they take very good care of the customer. For this last purchase the wheel was available on Amazon Marketplace for 100 dollars less, but I gladly went with ewheels store, knowing that I can count on a great customer service and support. Thank you Jason and the team!”

“I bought my s18 from ewheels in 2022. I am so glad I bought it from ewheels. The questions were answered quickly. When I had trouble with a control board (my fault) they reaches to kingsong on my behalf and offered to send in a replacement. My next euc will also be an ewheels purchase. BTW The molicel version is a beast.”

“I haven't enjoyed riding my scooter since it was delivered. I've had to change the all the tubes in the both tires and attempts to reach customer support has not been successful. Please do not buy any product from this company. They do not care about their customers. A word to the wise is enough.”

“The weight, portability, speed is why I purchased the ETwow GT SE. eWheels CS is very good. they did not ship something with my scooter and when I messaged them, they got back to me within 24hours on a weekend and sent the missing product. Theyre very personable. Would purchase from them again”

“Vsett 8 | Quality Build | Good Performance | Fun to Ride The scooter was shipped fast; I received within a week. I prefer the build quality of the Vsett 8 more than the Plug City scooter (re-branded Zero 8) that I previously owned. The front and rear swing arm suspension makes for a smooth and maneuverable ride. Vsett 8 adds security by requiring a wave of a furnished “card” that must be swiped to activate the scooter. I use Vsett 8 to get myself to and from work via commuter train. It folds up compactly to carry aboard and stow beneath my seat on-board and in my office. The scooter is crazy fun to ride and 25 mph is plenty fast for me. I would recommend this scooter to anyone seeking good build quality and performance. Note, there are three default P-settings to be aware of: 1) P-09: Start without kick is enabled – I prefer to manually give the scooter a kick forward to start moving; 2) P-12: Acceleration is set to maximum – it’s set to highest (#5), I prefer #3 medium acceleration; 3) P-17: Cruise control is enabled – I turn this off.”

“Great Service and Customer Support. Quick to ship and answer questions before and after purchase. Its worth going through a retailer to have the assurance that you will have some support on your expensive purchase if something were to go wrong.
