“After a bit of research my choices for buying an euc came down to Ewheels or Alienrides, and in the end it was Ewheels for the abundance of positive feedback and longevity of providing PEVs. Spent a year contemplating buying an euc, and the free gifts with purchase (wrist guards and power pads) really sweetened the deal. They knew what I was gonna need before I did and I appreciate how proactive they were in keeping me safe.”

“Excellent customer service - quick replies to email inquiries. Assisted me with the type of fast charger and adapters that I needed to make sure I ordered the correct one. Showed me options and photos of the KS 16x that I can get (classic vs AE) and price matched other vendors. Fast and quality shipping. I highly recommend ewheels for your EUC related purchases.”

“I ordered a Gotway Begode T4 from them about a week ago. The package arrived a day earlier than their estimate and I was able to start learning the same day. They packaged the wheel perfectly. The outer box took the brunt of the travel damage, but the inner box was completely untouched, same for the wheel. Ewheels also sent improved footpads and battery casings already attached which were my two main concerns about the wheel. They also sent a set of wrist guards for free, which are nicely branded and better quality than the ones I planned to use from my onewheel. I really don't have any complaints.”

“As always, Jason and the team have provided a perfectly positive purchase experience. Promptly answers questions before and after receiving the product, in my case, the Inmotion V12HS. I've only ridden it a few times but I'm quite impressed with it. I was intimidated and a little nervous at first. This wheel is substantially larger and beefier than the Kingsong 16S which at the time, was my only EUC. But, I quickly got the hang of the new wheel, basically getting used to the weight and the thicker three-inch tire. I was afraid that I wouldn't like the high pedal setting but love it. It hasn't gotten squirrely on me so I'm happy with that. Love the seemingly endless power and speed. Haven't gone faster than 26mph yet... So many settings to go through but all in all, I like it a lot. I'm glad I went through eWheels. Other than FedEx making me wait an extra day to receive it with no explanation, a complete, positive experience.”

“Had a great customer service experience working with Ewheels and getting the product I ordered and getting my questions answered! I got the Kingsong S22 EUC and so far it's been great!!! I've been practicing and am picking it up and finally starting to ride it around town, can't wait to get up to 40mph+...still need more practice”

“Last 2 year bought 4 or 5 v12 and one v8s, when the first v12 had mosfet problems Jason helped me, when another v12 went under water the same. Every email and every Call was just really good for buying or info or fixing. Will continue to buy only here. Thank you.”

“Ewheels did a stellar job of getting my Veteran Sherman Max out to a remote location (Guam). I did have to contact customer service, and they were friendly. I would sometimes prefer a phone number to call, but they seemed to have good communication over email.”
