“My experience with Ewheels has been nothing short of Awesome!! Not just the purchase of the wheel but the service. I crashed my wheel and the staff responded to my emails quickly and helped me find the correct parts to get my wheel going again. I mostly interacted with Jason. Even when I ordered the wrong part they got me back on track. No issues, just super helpful. Rare to see such Excellent service these days. I won't buy from anyone else.”

“After 4 years of using Inmotion V8 as my first/last mile semi-commute vehicle I just purchased the upgraded Inmotion V8S. For slightly higher weight it gives me much better range. The reason I did it through e-wheel's is Jason's legendary support I can always count on. I doubt you will find a better one anywhere else. Kudos to Jason and his team. I am looking for more years of ewheel fun.”

“I bought my first wheel (Nikola) in 2019. Every wheel after Ive also bought from ewheels. Since the beginning, they've been very helpful regarding any questions on future and past purchases. Including technical advice and how to videos when needed for an at home repair or maintenance. Which raises my confidence when performing a task that is new to me regarding my EUC's. I am very thankful for all their help and will continue to purchase my Wheels with them. You'll be thankful you did too!”

Thanks for this review, we're glad to have been your EUC vendor of choice for these several years. We always do our best to help our customers with at home repairs, with advice and access to parts. If the repair can't be handled by the customer, we always have the option to send the machine to one of our repair affiliates. Our goal is to get our customers up and riding!

“Before I purchased my Patton I had messaged Ewheels several times with random questions before taking the plunge and each time they responded almost immediately. They're great! This is my 2nd purchase from them and have 0 complaints! Overall 10/10 would recommend!”

“The V12 is my first wheel, and i have alot of fun off road and on city rides. During the learning process, I accidentally dropped it approximately 20 times, yet it proved to be incredibly durable, showing only a few scratches. The sole issue I've encountered is that it sparks when I plug in the charger.”

Thanks for this review and pointing out the sparking issue. It's recommended to plug the charger into the wheel first, before plugging into the outlet. This process drastically reduces the sparking, and hopefully will put your mind at ease. The average learning curve is 2-3 weeks, the machine is bound to take a tumble or twenty.

“Since this was my first EUC of any kind I had all sorts of questions and I felt like I was driving eWheels customer service crazy but they very quickly responded to every one of my emails, even on Sunday. The service is crazy good and I will be buying my next wheel from them if for some reason this 16x isn't enough.”

While we're not supposed to work on the weekends, we usually still try to answer any and all customer questions and inquiries. “Bought a V11 used and ordered just the rapid charger from ewheels. Was provided tracking info promptly and woke up to a refund for half the cost of shipping. All I did was buy a charger and they went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. Absolutely look forward to buying from them again”

We always try to refund as much of the shipping costs as possible. Some of the smaller items like tubes or larger items like tires require a bit more costs. Glad to hear that you enjoyed our services, hopefully you'll be able to consider us for your next EUC purchase. Thanks for shopping with us!

“The King Song 16X is my first EUC. Stability and reliability are both very high, and I fell in love with it the first time I saw its appearance. I was secretly happy that I chose the right first car. I also got started very quickly, and in only about 20 minutes, I was already able to ride a distance on the road.”

The 16X is one of the best choices for a starter EUC. The average learning curve is about 2-3 weeks, but you were able to ride in less than 30 minutes! This machine is definitely a perfect match, thanks again for this review!

“Great customer service but I felt that there were times that I wasnt able To what I wanted, like I had to go buy from alien rides because they only were willing to sell me a battery option they preferred. I put na preorder in where the site said 2400 wh version and then when it changed to 40t only U made me pay a free on my refund when I never would have put the down payment if the 40t only was offered. Not knowing what version Chooch cut out on the extreme in our messages claiming it be the 50e.”

Sorry to hear about these issues, eWheels always champions battery safety and will always opt for the more powerful battery cells, if available. We've always preferred the 40Ts and have now begun to persuade the manufacturers to use the superior Samsung 50S. We've exchanged hundreds of emails, with our policies noted on our website. Hope we can change your mind on the next order.

“I highly recommend purchasing from Ewheels.com. Their customer service is 5 stars and they answered and solved every question I had and they responded very fast to all emails. I am a new EUC owner and rider and don't know all there is to how the wheel works. And had a few issues they helped me fix like the battery not charging to 100% and issues with the wheel update in the app. But both problems were solved quickly. They ship orders out fast and they even gave me free shipping on my orders, refunding the shipping cost. My orders arrived within one or two business days. They give as a bonus a seat (V12), grip pedals (V12) and wrist guards free. I am very impressed with the service and company and will purchase again from Ewheels and recommend others do the same”

Thanks for the 5 star review! Glad we could solve all of your issues, especially with the V12 voltage calibration. We always try to be prompt in our responses, it's what sets us apart from our competitors. Machines always ship free, but we do try our best to refund most of the shipping for the parts and accessories. The bonus seat, pedals, and wrist guards are definitely a nice eWheels incentive, we appreciate your patronage!
