“I recently joined the world of EUCs and bought my first wheel from eWheels. The website is plain and simple to navigate. From ordering to shipment, the process was swift with responsive and considerate customer service. I also like that they sell parts so you can modify your wheel and send it back for servicing/repair. I got the king song 16S (a great beginner wheel) and learned how to ride in 30 minutes. I'd describe the feeling of riding on a EUC as the feeling you get when you ski or snowboard, only now the courses are your local streets. If you love adventure and thrill you won't regret buying a EUC. I think it's only a matter of WHEN that EUCs become the main mode of personal transportation (it's kinda obvious).”

“Ewheels have been the place I always know will give me peace of mind in my purchase. They care about their customers and their safety. I mean, just look at their website. They always try to educate you with as much information as possible. They are also taking the action to prevent more damage from some of the faulty batteries out there. Thanks ewheels!”

“Just bought my first EUC from eWheels this Feb 2023 and it's been fantastic so far. I just past 100 miles today after riding my Veteran Sherman Max for a week. The seat, pads and second (faster) charger that eWheels included are appreciated, although I haven't tried the seat yet. Delivery was fast for free shipping and everything was in order.”

“Ewheels is always the go-to in the local Seattle EV community for new wheels. Their service is prompt and helpful, they have some of the best communication around, and their prices are reasonable as well. What’s more, they go the extra distance to ensure they’re sending out the safest available products, and in my experience have stopped selling certain products that don’t meet up to certain safety standards.”

“My experience with eWheels was very positive. They were extremely responsive to questions and requests for support. They helped me select the best scooter for my needs, passing up an opportunity to upsell me. They are extremely knowledgeable about the e-TWOW products. When I needed parts (one to correct a minor manufacturing defect, one to replace something that I broke), they shipped extremely quickly and, for the parts that were not covered by warranty, price was very reasonable. Scooter prices were competitive. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.”

“This is a review of the latest KingSong S18 version, with Molicel batteries and the hollow motor. While lacking experience with other wheels, I know already I'll never buy a KingSong again. I chose the S18 well aware of its drawbacks (limited top speed, poor range,...) because it was an 'old' product, and reliability was paramount for me since I planned to use it for commuting. Poor choice. The S18 started making horrendous 'clunk' noises after only a few hours, caused by the bearings being misaligned with the stator mounts. And I CANNOT fix it, because the bolts holding the axle are jammed, which means I can't remove the motor to open it and glue the bearings back. Riding an electric unicycle is tons of fun, but I wish I would have stuck to eBikes and scooters.”

“Volumes have been written about the Sherman S but can’t be said enough is the fantastic experiences I’ve had with EWheels. Very fast shipping on numerous recent orders including my new Sherman S. Very well packaged and delivered ahead of of the estimated time. Jason responded to all my emails within a couple hours and in minutes couple times. Extremely satisfied and ready to buy again in the near future.”

“The pedals I ordered are fantastic, and came fast and well packaged. I’m an eWheels convert for sure. I’d waited two months for another vendor to ship the same pedals, and finally canceled that order and looked up eWheels. I probably should have bought my wheel from them, but now I know better. Thanks for being awesome.”
