I really really liked the experience with the folks at ewheels, as soon as I placed my order I got a notification and when I wrote to them for some details about the product ( side pads, good product made with good material) it didn't take them time to get back to me. My item was delivered as promised. I am really really happy dealing with them . Henry

I purchased an Inmotion V11 from eWheels (EW)site. For the most part my experience with the EW team was positive with one very big snag. When I received the notification that my wheel had cleared customs and was ready to be shipped out, I was sent a link to pay the remainder of my balance and offers to purchase any upgrades I wanted. I opted for the rapid charger and also paid extra for expedited shipping. When I was told that my whole purchase would be shipped out, I made sure I was waiting at my house to receive the FedEx to make sure my wheel didn’t get stolen. Lo and behold there was no box on my porch. After raging for an hour, trying to talk to FedEx and getting the run around there I finally reached out to the EW group. All questions and concerns have to be done through email which is supremely frustrating when you are pulling your hair out thinking your $2000 plus item is poof. I can understand for ease of users email is good, but when there’s an obvious issue maybe giving out a number to reach a live person instead of 20 minute wait to get a back and forth “talk” would go a long way towards helping a situation calm down. Through emails with EW, I found out that my wheel had it even shipped yet, instead it was broken up into 2 parts, the upgraded charger which was delivered and then my wheel which was “shipping out tomorrow”. If I had known it was going to be broken up I wouldn’t have stressed thinking it had been stolen for two hours nor would I have paid extra for the expedited shipping. All of the problems I had could have been nullified with some clearer communication. All that being said, the actual customer service with the whole team not only with this issue, but others that I had along the way set my mind at ease and other than the frustrating parts I believe I made the right choice going with EW and will not hesitate to use them again for my next purchases. They really are the way to go!

I am finally able to sit down on rides and rest my legs a bit. I've been wanting to get this seat ever since it was announced. I could have built my own as others have done but I wanted the results to look like it was meant to be there rather than a bodged seat. This seat doesn't disappoint. It looks good and is a good height to make it easy enough to sit while riding. At this point, I end up sitting a bit far back and have to scoot my way up to the middle of the seat but I'm sure this is just me getting used to it. Installation was super easy. I cleaned off the trolley handle with some isopropyl alcohol, peeled the backing off the adhesive on the seat and stuck it to the handle. Simple as that. Cons: 1. The trolley handle is a bit inconvenient to release since you have to do a reach-around to release it. 2. To pick up the wheel, I now have to release the trolley handle to get the seat out of the way to get to the handle. 3. I don't think this will hold up in a crash since it is a foam seat stuck on by two sided tape. I'm also a bit skeptical that the tape is enough to hold the seat in place long term but will trust it until it fails. It Isn't something that would cause a crash if it came off so I'm not too worried about it.

This company is awesome. Their support has been fantastic. They really took time to answer all my emails, test the problems that I was having, and offered quick solutions. Not only that, their website is filled with lots of useful information about the wheels that they sell, and it makes it easy to compare and get just the right wheel for me. Although, now that I've started, I want to get another. I have been really pleased with them. I will be using them for all my EUC needs.

I recently purchased an Inmotion V11, power pads and a seat from eWheels. I have to say, these guys are great to deal with! They have been extremely responsive to all of my questions and the products were shipped super fast. As for the equipment, the V11 is an awesome machine. It didn't take long at all to figure out how to ride it. The build quality is super robust. It is a heavy wheel, but that only adds to the statement that it is a quality and robust product. I am super happy with my purchase and plan to buy more Inmotion products in the future. Once again, if you have any interest in buying an EUC, eWheels is the place to get it! Great products. Great Service. Awesome people to deal with!!

Unfortunately, the InMotion V11 didn't work correctly when my husband unboxed it on his birthday. However, eWheels support services have been stellar. They communicated via email providing suggestions about how to remedy the situation. When those didn't work, they arranged for FedEx to pick it up and send a new one. They responded in a matter of hours after placing the request for info.

First off I like to thank Drew for helping me out with my new hobby purchase. I’m really enjoying my KingSong 16x and look forward to seeing my next purchase with you guys, this wheel feels so good I’ve experienced going backwards for short periods and also taking it off road.

Purchased and received a V8F from eWheels in Early September as a starter wheel to get me into the world of EUCs. The product came in pristine condition, in addition to the incredible support & response times provided by the eWheels team when it comes questions and delivery updates. eWheels is known for their support and this is why they are my go to for EUC related purchases moving forward. If I could give more stars I would!

I have been using ewheels for all of my EUC purchases in the past two years that I have jumped into EUC's. They have been outstanding across the board. Their wheels are top notch and their prices are consistent with every other reseller. What really makes them stand apart is their customer service. If only every other company was this good! Whenever I have had an issue with my wheels are equipment they are ON IT. They have had new parts to me in literally days with pretty much zero hassle. The fact that they went through the trouble to redesigned and outfit their new Begode/Gotway wheels with significantly safer battery packs really says it all. It is safety and customer first at all times. This is by far the most important thing to me and for this alone makes them the go-to distributor for me.

Even in the current "everything is delayed" environment, they we were able to get my wheel to me in a very reasonable time frame. I had originally ordered an Inmotion V8F but decided to switch to a KS16S partly due to shipping delays on the former and I realized I'd probably be happier with the range of the latter. eWheels were able to make the switch with no problem. The wheel even arrived two days earlier than the final shipping estimate they gave me, arriving on my birthday! A very pleasant surprise.

your service and advice were uncommonly good. thank you. your constant updates were amusing and detailed; shipping from the dock to my door was spot on. got my wheel in early july. it is performing as expected. thank you also for the wrist guards. got a cover. looks great. each time i ride i go further and further. one day i am afraid i will have to walk home. one last thing; i am 61 years old and had open heart surgery in february. this old dog is learning new tricks....
