Legit company and delivery on what they promise. They have the scooter that I want in "stock" unlike some other companies that say it's stock but doesn't and helpful on making sure your scooter gets to its destination through FedEx.

OH MAN, WHAT CAN I SAY. A LONG TIME AGO, I WENT TO COLLEGE FOR MY 8 YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE. MY SHERMAN ARRIVED HERE IN HAWAII: 7-2-21... WHEN YOU TAKE THIS THING OUT OF THE BOX, AND YOU ARE LOOKING AT EVERYTHING, THIS IS SO WELL ENGENEERED AND BUILT. EVERYTHING FITS SO SNUG, GREAT DETAIL AND WORKMANSHIP WENT INTO THIS. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS THING IS SO PERFECT. I HAVE BEEN TELLING EVERYONE HERE IN WAIMEA AND THE INTERNET, THIS DEVICE IS LIKE A: (ROLLS ROYCE AND A LAMBORGHINI COUNTACH) ALL IN ONE, ITS BUILT THAT WELL, NOT LIKE A LOT OF OTHER CRAP LIKE THE EW-36 MOBILITY SCOOTER. FOR NOW, I AM NOT GOING TO RIDE IT JUST YET. I AM MEMORIZING THE MANUAL AND WATCHING AS MANY YOUTUBE VIDEOS AS I CAN, WHEN IM READY, ILL BE READY. RIGHT NOW ITS SO PRETTY AND SHINY, I MAY JUST KEEP ADMIRING IT FOR SOME TIME. BUT WHEN ITS TIME, WAIMEA HAWAII, LOOK OUT!!!! I HAVE MASTERED EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER TOUCHED.

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Had a great shipping experience, I received my wheel that traveled from coast to coast and it looked like it was delivered from next door. For a trouble free purchasing experience, go with eWheels!

I love my new V11 only had it for a day. My only complaint is my charger is already not working. There is no indicator that it is charging and for this price I would expect more.

Intro First off I am not new to scooters, when I moved to Nashville, I commuted every day for 3 months on a Lime or Bird from our Air B&B to the office. I am, however, new to I guess what you would call a performance scooter. I have not ridden for 2 years until yesterday. Research After much research, asking questions here, watching what seemed like an endless amount of YouTube videos I finally settles on a Vsett 10+. My criteria was pretty simple, being a heavy guy of 230lbs, and living in an area where its hilly, I needed something that was capable of hauling me around. I was not bothered about top speed, but I figured the more speed and torque the scooter had, the better suited to my requirements it would be. eWheels Buying Experience Once the decision was made on the scooter, the next step was to find a dealer. I choose eWheels. Now I knew nothing about them initially, although I did see one or two comments on reddit mentioning that their customer service was good. I came to realize just how good yesterday (more to come on that). The buying experience was up there with some of the best I have ever had for anything. I sent a number of emails to them and the response was almost immediate, even during the weekend. Any questions I asked were answered in a language I could understand but at the same time I never felt that I was being treated like a newbie. It was a nice feeling. They even threw in one of the portable electric pumps and some spare tubes. Who does that? Just an amazing buying experience. Delivery I had the scooter overnighted because, well, I just can't wait. It showed up the fowling day around 2pm with Fedex. A word of warning, itā€™s heavy, really heavy, too heavy for the female driver who did not even have a dolly to put it on. She said that she had advised her manager that if I were not at home she would be taking it back to the local hub. So just be aware of that, no matter who you order from. Iā€™d have been pissed if my scooter was not with me after paying the overnight fee. eWheels Customer Service I had one issue. The screw that goes in the top of the stem was missing, so the screw that would have the yellow cap on top. I took a picture and emailed eWheels, they responded in I guess is was round 1 minute. Apologized profusely, informed me that it was safe to ride after I had checked some bolts where tight and then proceeded to overnight me missing part and include some Loctite. Now they must have just missed the Fedex cut off and the part arrives tomorrow, but the point is, they owned up to their mistake, but it right and then some. Thatā€™s all you can ask for. there was then some back and forth emails between us until about 7-8pm, just them giving me some advice. I am a stickler for customer service. I would go out of my way to pay top dollar for a product if I could guarantee good customer support. These guys are some of, if not the best I have dealt with.

I wanted to wait until I had a few weeks and over 100 miles to review the scooter. The honeymoon phase has past lol. Tldr: this is one of if not the best new 60v scooter to come out this year. You have a fast and powerful scooter that is not light but not too heavy IMO. I also own the Turbowheel Phaeton which is a real heavy scooter. So I know to most the 10+ is not considered portable but I use it as a daily driver in Chicago. The Good: The stem/latch is incredible. It's stiff and confidence inspiring. The new updated throttle/dash is much more smooth with less play vs the QS-S4. The updated handlebar controls are better than the old yellow/red buttons we have been used to. The hydraulic Nutt (at least on mine) brakes are perfect they are plenty of stopping power for this vehicle. The deck is shorter than the 10x which I like for portability but I still have plenty of room for my feet, I wear 10.5 shoes. The stem is higher than most scooters which I LOVE. It's not as tall as the Phaeton but not short like all the others. I'm 5'11 and I don't like having to hunch over. I rode the 10+, a Weped FF, and a Dualtron Thunder all back to back on a group ride. The others felt too short to me. The Bad: A C suspension design is what I prefer but the stock suspension is mediocre. It has a bounce to it that while I'm sure is good for offroading I use it almost entirely on the street. Some may be fine with adjusting the shocks with a spanner (which you can do) but I opted for upgrades that also make less noise and went with the exa form 291r. Also the folding handlebars suck. I am trying to live with them for portability sake and this is not my performance focused scooter. But overtime if they get loose I will replace them. Then you run into the unusual turn signal button's being integrated into the grips so you have to make decisions if changing bars or grips. The Ugly: I could dig into little things that are breaking on people because I've done too much research on this scooter but just reporting my experience many of the screws suck. The important ones are fine but the ones on the fenders, handlebar controls, and rotors are garbage.

I bought my 2nd wheel from Ewheels and really wish I bought my 1st from them. they are 100% most knowledgeable people in the usa on E-wheels, I have had them trouble shoot my wheel and find the fix easy

The KS16s is a great starter wheel. Iā€™m 6ā€™2ā€ 235 lbs and this wheel just moves along. I would highly recommend to anyone getting into the fun.

My order was processed and shipped within a short hour after payment. My shipment, however, was held by FedEx in my local state for unknown reasons for a few days. My order arrived 4 days later for a total of 1 week in transit that should have been three, but I think that is Fedex's shortcoming and not eWheels. I've never bought anything from eWheels before and I'm a brand new customer. Overall, I am very much satisfied with the service I've received especially from William and Jason, when I was worried about my shipment inquiries. So huge shoutout to both of them! I am currently in the process of inquiring about possible repair of my Vsett 10+ as it didn't charge at all after taking it out of the box to charge, and I'm very hopeful that eWheels' support team will get back to me with a solution about it :) eWheels, overall, gets a huge thumbs up from me!
