“Good experience with eWheels through the purchase of two different EUCs. Good email communication and updates around pre-orders and they were quick to refund another order when I became concerned about some of the feedback on that product.”

“I have purchsed 2 EUCs from ewheels. Transactions and communication have been excellent. So far no need for maintenance or service, but that's the idea, right? Deposits have been properly applied and shipping and other peripherals have been flawless. I'll keep shopping with them for sure.”

“So it's time to do a review for Mr. Jason and eWheels and Ill start with the date... Ah man the date, was one week for christmas and I'm really nervous about getting it at time since I'm on the east coast NYC and eWheels is the other side of the country, but Jason dispatch my V12 at the same day Dec 20, was 1pm and he was able to send it at the same day telling me about getting the wheel on sunday Dec 25, just the fact that he send the wheel at the same day that the purchase was made I'm already satisfied. To my surprise I got my wheel on Dec 24 (christmas) one day earlier and was my christmas present for myself lol, so I'm very satisfied with the service of eWheels and Jason, thank you so much!!! UPDATE: I've lost the protector of the charge port and when I asked him about having the part to sell he sent it to me even before to reply to my email. (never saw such efficient work like this) Don't worry about speaking through e-mail with them, because it works flawlessly. Conclusion: AS TODAY I DON'T HAVE A KNOWLEDGE OF A GREATER SERVICE THAN eWheels, forget the bad reviews if they exist, THIS COMPANY IS LEGIT and deserves our recognition to continue with the awesome/perfect work on EUC World, keep it up guys and thank again Jason for all your support.”

“eWheels is amazing! I ordered a V12HT. I couldn't believe how fast it arrived. It was shipped and delivered within a few days. This is my first wheel, and I couldn't decide between the Inmotion V12 or the King Song 18XL. I emailed eWheels, and Jason reached out to me to explain the differences. He never told me what wheel to buy, but because of his straightforward explanation, it was easy to make up my mind. I am so excited to get better at this hobby. I will happily buy from eWheels in the future. Absolutely amazing company.”

“I'm writing this review for the prompt service from eWheels. I ordered an Inmotion V12HT which was delivered on time with no damage to the shipping box and item. I also received the powerpads a few days before from their other location. I really appreciated the welcome email to get me situated when the wheel arrived and what to expect. I may be new to this hobby but I know excellent service when I see it. The attention to detail and making sure the customer is taken care of is huge in my book. Thank you eWheels!!”

“I've been a member of the EUC community since the IPS Zero, released in 2015. I've watched the company quickly gain an exemplary reputation that remains to this day. They are the only company that consistently leverages orders with the manufacturers to push for important standards for safety, something the entire community benefits from. When I finally had the money to buy a new wheel (rather than used) I immediately turned to eWheels. They've been incredible in communication, sourcing parts, and making the EUC ownership experience seamless in an otherwise unstructured and rather niche community. Hats off to Jason and his team.”
