“First EUC, probably the first in the area! EWheels shipped quickly, well packaged, and have been very responsive to my inquiries. I appreciate that, YouTube and eWheels are my sole source of information on this! The InMotion v12 is a fun ride, nearing the point of being able to ride unaided. I used (still sometimes do) a push broom as my outrigger, or jousting spear!”

“This company shows exceptional communication and transparency with all transactions and products. It is apparent if you have any problem or malfunction that the team will do whatever is needed to ensure it is remedied as soon as possible. “I've ordered 2 scooters now from ewheels and I can say the customer service is great. A really nice thing I was on my last order I received shipping notifications for everything that happened to my scooter which is a nice change of pace from the companies that don't even tell you it was shipped out till you find it on your door step 1 day.”

“This is my very first wheel that I ever bought, I am 65 years old and yes it is challenging and as of this writing I am still practicing when ever I have the chance. The EUC responds well, I have no issues with it, I really like the wheel. Don't let age be a factor if you can do it then go for it. Be safe.”

“I recieved the v10f on Monday. Didn't have any idea how hard it would be to be able to drive. On the third day I was able to ride around my yard. Not going to fast but I believe that is a good thing. Am learning to control it, so far so good.”

“I seldom leave reviews but this time I really want to shout out to ewheels team for the excellent service, even though i’m just ordering some parts, not the biggest order here for sure. So responsive, and they have all the things I need that I can’t find anywhere else. Also more responsive than any other shop that I tried to reach out to.”

“They don't truly list what the escooter range actually is. They just copy the theoretical range of the scooters. Be prepared to get less than 50% of what the range is that the website states the scooter can actually get. This is based on someone who weights 140 pounds,riding in a flat area while keeping the scooter in the lowest power settings and driving it slowly,no where near it's max speed.”
