“The rear area of my 2025 is not the exact same as the 2019 -2024’s. However the quality of the exactmats is still superior to any other protective mats. I had previously purchased them for my Audi and my tundra, and now for my new Ram. Aero products well worth the price!!!!!”

Hi Walter, Thanks for your review! Speaking with our Support Team, it sounds like you ordered mats for the 2024 model of your vehicle, but you have a 2025 model. These mats have different patterns. That said, it looks like our team offered to get you the right mat, but that was declined as you are happy with the mats you received. We're so glad to hear it and hope you enjoy for years to come!

“I originally purchased a mat which I was very unsatisfied by. The company made the issue better by ending out a new mat. So far, it’s holding up well.”

“These mats are not what we expected at all. He wanted the Lexus logo on the mats and thought they were on there. He is very disappointed with the mats. He told me he wanted them for Christmas and needless to say, he was very disappointed come Xmas morning. And we can’t return them! What?! Your return policy is no returns? Good luck with that! I will never buy from you again, and I will be sure to make that known to everyone I know and then some.”

We're so sorry to hear you were expecting your mats to have a logo on them. We do not offer mats with logos on them, but rather, our products are so clear that you can see your original mats through them! Many of our images show our clear mats on top of the original floor mats (what they are made to cover), which sometimes includes the logo. To clarify though, while we do not offer returns on custom products, we do offer returns on auto mats. It looks like our team attempted to contact you a few times but were unable to reach you. “These mats match the exsisiting carpets perfectly. They are high quality and I couldn't be happier with one small exception. The Exactmats sit on top of the floor mat toggle creating a small bump in the Exactmat. I would be nice if there was a circular cutout to fit around the toggle thereby eliminating this small hump in the mat. Otherwise, I would by these again as they are affordable and look good in the car. This is my second set of Exactmats.”

Although not a standard with the product you ordered, we can certainly do that for you. “Ordered a clear table mat for our breakroom table. We didnt even get it out of the box and it was all scratched. We had to use several weights over the weekend to flatten the mat out so that it would lay correctly on the table. We then bumped it into a painted door frame while moving it into the next room. The paint came off of the door frame and is now a permanent resident on top of the mat. We used the table top for lunch that day, and now there are permanent scratches across the table mat from simply moving plates/silverware. I would not recommend this low-quality product to anyone.”

It sounds like you may have received material with prior damage (not typical, and something we'd like to assist with), and that the product purchased may not have been the most ideal for the use-case. We are glad to hear that your custom mats are providing an extra layer of protection for your pantry, but we’re so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the smell of your vinyl liners. As a customer-centric company, that’s certainly not what we want! To add a bit of color, we would like to clarify there is a natural off-gassing process (not to be confused with harmful “out-gassing”) for any newly made plastic or vinyl. This occurs soon after an order is produced and typically only lasts a few days after unboxing. This happens with nearly every plastic product there is, like a new shower curtain or beachball. That said, due to our products’ special formulations (pure virgin vinyl, lead-free, BPA-free, and Phthalate-free) the scent you are experiencing is not harmful and should dissipate. “This mat cannot withstand any weight without deforming. I have a brand new, expensive mat that looks terrible right after being placed out. Definitely not what I was expecting, and much more pliable than the website makes it sound. I also don't believe the 1/8" tolerance, or that these mats are cut to square. The website says to give it some time to 'adjust' before checking tolerance, but I doubt I'll leave it out long enough to find out.”

“The ExactMat we purchased for our oval shaped dining room table fit perfectly. We were amazed. It looked like glass, at first. My only question is what is the max temp that this ExactMat will take without leaving a mark. My husband put his coffee cup on it and I can now see the round spot on the ExactMat where he put the cup. I also have a spot where I sit that was left there after I heated something up on a plate in the microwave and put it on the ExactMat. That is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating. I thought it was a tougher material than that. Is there any way to remove these blemishes from the ExactMat? I look forward to hearing your response. Since my initial review, Katie in CSD has been working with me to help resolve the issue. I have changed my rating from 4* to 5* because of her outstanding resolve to make sure I was satisfied with our final resolution. My only advice would be to make sure and put a pot holder down before putting anything hot on a crystal mat finish. If you prefer not to do this, then you should purchase the Riverston e finish instead.”

“I was expecting the acrylic to be hard and was surprised that came in a roll. It flattened well overnight with a few books and other weights on it. The advantages: acryllic is clearer than glass and isn't heavy yet it's durable and will never break.”

“Product lives up to the name! I ordered a mat with a 1/16” difference and it fit perfect, no uneven lines or anything. Product is good quality as well and I feel confident in protecting my furniture. Shipping was expensive though, and I wouldn’t mind waiting longer in shipping in times if it meant it could be cheaper, however, if you live in a rural/small area like me, then it’s worth investing. I’ll most likely be buying another in the future!”

Regarding shipping: we'd like to clarify that we do offer free shipping on orders of a certain value or more (currently, orders of $120+ in the lower 48 states receive 100% free standard shipping. Looking at your order, we can see the order did not qualify for free shipping. Additionally, it looks like 2 day shipping (an upgradable shipping option) was selected, which does typically come at a higher carrier cost. This accounts for the higher shipping costs in general. “Ordering was a breeze. My exactmat shipped on time perfect before the holidays. Happy with the quality had no problems with the corners curling in it doesn’t slide around which I love. It’s heavy duty definitely something I was looking for that will protect my dining table for years to come.”

“After researching table liners, I still had some questions and emailed ExactMats support. I was lucky enough to correspond with Katie who is a SUPERSTAR. She was patient with me and gave me all the info I needed to make my choiice. The website is well laid out, attractive and user friendly. Odering is quick and easy. The shipment was quick considering mine was a custom size. The liner arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Perfectly. The Riverstone frost is nice and thick while still looking pretty on my table. The quality is just fantastic. There was no odor and there was no curl the following morning. If I had more tables, I would absolutely order more of these excellent products from this great company.”

“We have had the placemats for 8 days. A couple issues: 1) they have yet to lay completely flat. A portion of each platemat continues to slightly curl up. They're exposed to the afternoon sun every afternoon but that hasn't helped. 2) There is a small offset where the circular cut was apparently started & stopped. It's small but noticeable on all four (4) placemats. Revised: ExactMats responded to the above review, acknowledged the issues we were having and immediately sent out replacement mats. The problems have been completely resolved. Well done!”

“I rated the ExactMats I ordered as a 4 because I expected the product would be more rigid than it turned out to acually be. I was expecting a product that would retain its shape like a solid wood top desk. The product is soft which means if you place a heavy object on it and leave it for a protracted period, the mat will become depressed and reflect the shape of the heavy object. I still will use the product to cover my desk top as it is an improvement because it will protect the top of my desk.”

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the product did not 100% meet your expectations. That's not what we want at all! After all, our customers' satisfaction is our #1 priority! To clarify, while our product is made to look similar to glass, it does not share all of the same physical or chemical attributes as glass. Vinyl is not typically rigid like glass, for instance. That said, our product is rolled up for shipping and can be rolled for storage, and does have a bit of give (this is due to the impact resistance in the material), but it should not cause any permanent impressions unless a very heavy object has been sitting on the product for a prolonged period of time. That said, it looks like our team contacted you to see if there was anything else we could do. They've let us know that you've opted to keep this existing mat for protection purposes. “The quality of the mat was very good, but I asked for 22.25 inches width, and they cut it to 22.0 inches. Still usable, but that's concerning for a company that calls itself EXACTmats.”
