“I purchased a Pueblan Milk Snake hatchling. The packaging was top notch with a nice warm heat pack to keep her snug. She was lively and in perfect health. I also ordered some things to add the finishing touches to her new home which came with the snake. One item was missing to her things which I was contacted about and the customer services is great.”

“The service has been fantastic, I ordered and received a beautiful Water Dragon which arrived in great health and didn't even seemed to have suffered any stress from transit. The whole transaction happened very efficiently despite this particular species not being in stock at the time. Most importantly for me was the obvious attention taken to good animal welfare. Thanks Exotic Pets.”

“this company is very good to deal with.they are very helpful exotic pets ,are a top team to deal with , I had a slight problem on delivery , and it was sorted out with in minutes, plus loades of advice given, I will not hesitate to buy again from them, ANYBODY CAN BUY WITH CONFIDENCE , Exotic pets”

“First of all customer service was top notch, the love food was amazingly package absolutely no casualty during transport, their care for the shipping of live pets are amazing because they ship where temperature was most ideal, so very pleased with the service care that I would recommend to anyone because the people here knows what they are doing down to a tee. Big thank you to the team and will be making more purchase soon👍”

“My dealings with buying live food and habitat accessories have been very successful. The staff in customer care are nice and the team is efficient. One thing that I am weary of is that the site offers buying animals without pictures of the specific individuals. There are statements on whether they are CB or WC and age etc. However the images are always stock and I am not aware of the communication levels as to what the background details are of each individual. These conditions discourage my potential buying of animals via your site and also recommendation to others to use your site. Despite this I am very happy with all of the stock I have received thus far, and will continue to purchase live food and habitat accessories.”
