I ordered two jumpers that were advertised as in stock on the website. The jumpers took 1 month to be delivered to the UK. Despite me asking for updates, correspondence was very poor. Before I received my items, dealing with Exxpozed had another sting in their tail. They have no agreements for shipping items internationally - I am based in the UK, and in order to receive my jumpers was faced with a £103.82 Customs charge, which I had to pay. I reached out to Exxpozed twice to express my dissappointment - I haven't had any form of response. If you live outside of Germany - I would strongly suggest thinking long and hard before using this company.

Paid for an item 12th of April. Next day I got a message saying item was out of stock and that I would get a refund within 3 days. It is now May 17th and still no refund. I have sent email but only had 1 reply saying I'd get my refund in a few days - still nothing. After I wrote another bad review about them, they replied to the review saying they were having problems with my bank account - absolute lies! Any idiot knows you just return it to where it came from. I am going to have to go into my bank and ask them to reclaim the money. These liars with terrible customers service are certainly not going to do anything. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Kann vom Kauf bei Exxpozed nur abraten. Von der Schweiz aus surfend gibt sich die Website gekonnt als Schweizer Seite aus. Erst wenn es zu spät ist merkt man dass die Preise ohne Mehrwertsteuern gerechnet sind. Bekommt man später die Rechnung von der Post für Mehrwertsteuer und Zollabwicklung, zahlt man am Ende mehr als direkt hier in der Schweiz. Auch beim Geld zurückverweisen nach dem die Bestellung wiedderufen wurde lässt sich exxpozed enorm Zeit. Obwohl auf der website max. 14 tagenach wiedderuf steht, warte ich nun schon über einen Monat auf Mein Geld. Auch die Rückerstattung für Produkte die garnicht erst verschickt wurden weil sie nicht auf Lager waren (obwohl auf der Website stand das sie wären) fand noch nicht Statt. Ein äusserst perfides Geschäftsmodell den exxpozed da betreibt. Hätte ich nur besser vor der Bestellung ihre anderen Online Bewertungen gelesen. Bitte Geld zurück

I leave in Canada, I order two ski jackets, in two different packages. The first package arrived to Canada after two months, I order it at the end of November, I got it at the end of January, the package was damage. I email them many times to ask about my package, they don't care about your problem! I had to find out with the post office. The link that they provide, with the information of the package is not accurate. Unfortunately the jacket didn't fit me, so I had to return it, the next day I got it. The package arrived to them at the end of February, they refund my money until April, of course until I request for it. I had to pay $180can to send the package back, they didn't reimburse that money to me. The second package, was lost after a month. They never let me know, I had to email them several times, I need to find out by myself with the post office, that the package was lost. They refund my money, just after I request for it!! But they knew already that the package was lost. I called them a few times, they just don't know anything, I emailed them many times, they just don't care about us the customers!!! Don't waste your time and money with them!!! Even if you find the products cheaper, you will pay an over price after all!!

I purchased an item that unbeknownst to me they actually did not have in stock. I received a back order notification and promptly canceled my order. SIX MONTHS later they still have a pending charge against my credit card. I have emailed them on numerous occasions with no response. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I spent $500 on a pair of snow pants back in December. Well it’s now going into March and I have nothing to show for it. The people running this company are FRAUDS

eXXpozed puts no effort into customer service. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card because of lack of delivery. I order hiking boots on November 27 with an expectation that I would receive these before Christmas according to their website. Two months later, the last DHL tracking report was December 2. Customer support at eXXosed did not follow through on their promise to trace the package and refused my request to refund the purchase. I filed a dispute with my credit card. I lost most of the winter sports season and eXXpozed offered no solution. Highly recommend buying from their competitors.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Order placed on the 6 Nov parcel never delivered to me. Problem was with DHL but exxpozed made no effort to resolve the matter with DHL. I was told by exxpozed if I did not stop bothering them the investigation would be cancelled. Finally received a refunded from pay pal today. I would estimate it took 5 hours of phone calls and numerous emails to eventually get my money back. Very unpleasant and was treated as if I was the one in the wrong the whole time.

Total scam. Ordered new ski gear, over a thousand dollars and the package still hasn't shipped. I ordered 3 months ago. Customer service is AWFUL and won't refund me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Awful Company and customer service awful company and customer service. was sent out the wrong ski helmet and have been refused the refund for the return postage of £40!!!!! i emailed to say the item would need to be returned as it was the wrong model and not one of their advisors told me otherwise. never been so angry in my life !!!!! absolute scammers !!!!! avoid !!!!!!

Ordered three items December 19th shown as in stock. December 26th, they answered my email asking why it hadn't shipped and said they either had to reorder from the manufacturer, or they didn't receive payment. However, they charged my account immediately on ordering. January 3rd they said to expect delivery on the 13th. January 18th, they said they had shipped, but it just listed as ready for pickup by DHL, where it sat for several days. Cancelling. This is a scam.

Ordered 5 items on 13.12.2. All items in stock. However, no shipment ever arrived. Wrote e-mail requesting information & delivery before Christmas. Finally got answer that shipping was delayed. Received order AFTER Christmas. Not only was it much delayed, they also sent a WRONG article. Very poor service! Contacted exxpozed on 2.1.21 for rectification. Haven't heard back from them at all.

Terrible service. Charged me more than stated due to "exchange rates". Never told me product would be delivered from Germany. Never received product. Lost by DHL in Germany somewhere. There website is only in German. Should have thrown money down toilet and saved myself all the agro!

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** I ordered two items from them which had a 1/2 day delivery time. After them not arriving on time I contacted them and still (8days later) nothing. I then tracked my item on DHL which read delivered?! After contacting DHL, I found out my items had been returned to Exposed due to Germany being in a full lockdown and not accepting any imports/exports. Like the DHL advisor said, the supplier would've known this for over a month and wasn't sure why they would continue to take orders from abroad knowing they can't deliver them??? Well I'll tell you why, after reading lots of reviews on Exxpozed, they're inept at best and on the brink of being a fraudulent company, that is prepared to take orders & payment from customers in countries they know full well they can't deliver to! I now have to go through PayPal to get a full refund, but thankfully I paid with PayPal at least. If you are not in Germany, forget EVER USING Exxpozed!

They send me a parcel not completed overseas where i had to pay a lot of shipping (wasn't worth to send anymore) without my agreement. I decide to send it back to get refund but they never take the parcel back form custom and they never refund me .... still pending after 2 month at custom.

ordered the boots last Friday and picked them up six days later in Sweden. (just like others mentioned, the email ended up in the spam first)

I placed an order in the summer (August), but since I never received it I cancelled the order mid-October. Still haven't received my refund (now end-November). There is no phone number to call and they don't answer on e-mails or messages. This company seems to be a scam, stay away!
