“So i ordered a Vitacci mini hunter and i recieved a Kandi 60cc which looks exactly the same but two different companies with 2 different prices,if you go on there site you can see the vitacci mini hunter and the kandi 60cc look the same, but are not, if they were the same why is it an option to choose between them, and if they were the same why do they have different prices?. I called them bc this made me upset and they basically told me to deal with it, so now 4 months later the atv they sent me is broken and it was barely riden by my 4 year old and i cant even get anyone on the phone to really help. It may look like they have the best prices but whatever you do dont order from them, pay a little more in the beginning to avoid all the bs that comes with this company. super disappointing this is how this company treats there veterans. they offer a military discount, but its so small you are better off buying from somewhere else. Trust me.....Stay away from family go karts. Nothing but problems and headaches and most of there 5 star reviews are all bs and fake.”

“WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... We ordered a go kart for our child's birthday. Their website stated it was ready to ship, I even called them just to confirm it would ship right away and make it in time for our child's birthday. Two day's after placing the order, we were still waiting for our follow up call that was suppose to happen within 2 day's. After we waited over 2 weeks, I decided to write them to get the status. A guy wrote back the next day stating Alley would be calling me the following day. The next day Alley called me to inform me that they sold my son's blue go kart by accident, and their next shipment would be in 3 weeks from now. Alley and her manager told me I wouldn't even get the go kart for smooth 6 weeks... I stated that wouldn't work and I was guaranteed this go kart would make it to us in this for our child's birthday, seeing that's the reason I chose this company. The owner said I can't miracle you a go kart and for me to shut up and quit rambling so she could talk. I told her that was very unprofessional and how ghetto she handles her business. She canceled my order without my consent and hung up on me. So, here i am... wow, what deceptive business practices. DON'T TRUST THEM! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL... THEY BORROW YOUR MONEY FOR WEEKS, FREE OF INTEREST.”

“It's an awesome little dirtbike my kids are to little yet to ride it themselves yet but I give them rides on it ...it has a pair of balls that's for sure I don't not recommend for kids under 13 that don't have any riding experience”

“Purchased a Vitacci ATV from them in February ‘21. Less than 2 weeks it arrived. We had it up and running in about an hour. Great communication throughout purchase.”

“DO NOT PURCHASE! I placed an order on 11/20/2020. I immediately called them and confirmed that they would be delivered by 12/21/20. Today is 01/20/2020, All I have received from Family Go Karts is excuses and the run-around. They have NO TRACKING info for my order and do not know when my 2 ATV's will be delivered. I am also told that I cannot talk with anyone regarding my order, all I can do is submit a request for tracking by sending them an email. Of which, I do not get a response back. This is unacceptable. These were Christmas gifts for my children and they understood that they may be late. However, at this point, the entire family is angry and disappointed in the unAmerican spirit within this company. I will never purchase from them again and would recommend that no one else does either!”

“STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Don't even consider buying from them! They are a SCAM! I purchased 2 quads on Sept 29, 2020. Money was taking out of my account Sept 30th. I was told 6-8 weeks Definitely before Christmas! Well on Thanksgiving I got an email stating that my quads were going to be shipped and were damaged and they no longer had the quads I wanted in stock and to pick 2 different quads. So after multiple phone conversations, being hung up on and the run around from multiple people I picked out 2 different quads were told yes you'll have them before Christmas! Well December 5th I got an email stating they were sorry and the 2 new quads I ordered were ALSO damaged and they didn't have any more of the ones I wanted in stock! I was suggested 2 wait till AFTER CHRISTMAS TO GET QUADS AND TAKE A PICTURE OF QUADS WRAP IN A BOX KIDS WILL BE HAPPY! My kids are 6 & 3 NO THEY ARE NOT going to be "happy" with a picture of quads! So the rep who was emailing me back and forth said I could also cancel my order MINUS a 2% restocking fee instead of the normal 5% fee. I'm sorry but why am I being punished and your keeping my money when you messed up! It took 7 days to get my money back of course minus the 2% they held! I'm telling you this place is a SCAM! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! I have all the emails to prove this! How can you order something in September and not have it available 12 weeks later?!?! Also they charged me an extra $200 for shipping bc I was not in a state that allowed quads so be shipped! Well let me tell you I found a place Dec 5th ordered 2 quads was NOT charged shipping spent $200 less then family go karts charged me the owner of the new place has personally emailed me all the details on shipment when they will be arriving every detail! And they are at my house already! Take it for what it's worth don't want anyone else getting the run around and scammed like I did! Also to note I NEVER write reviews especially bad ones especially with what is going on to small businesses these days but these people truly screwed me!”

“HorribleRUN!!!!! Please save yourself the headache. The service is horrible after they have secured your payment. Jay the “owner” had reviewed my order via phone and stated the only assembly we had to do was tighten the bolts on the tires and place the rollers over head. I cried when my husband showed me the go- kart arrived in 200 pieces to assemble. I reached out to the company and they have had a terrible attitude with me. I’m a NURSE on the frontline away from home and sent this gift for my kids to enjoy only to receive pieces in a box when that was not what I paid for. RUN AWAY AND NVR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THE AFFILIATES.”

“Got 2 quads from them... both were sebt with missing parts and bad batteries . Asked for the parts to hold the tires on that were missing and new batteries and they told me to get them myself. Or I can pay to have them sent back. If they sent them with missing parts, then they should pay for the shipment back and be more thrn happy to refund us the money for the missing oarts we paid for ON TOP of the price of the quad. And should also offer us NEW batteries instead of having to keep the ones that were bad”

“Good customer service. Emailed them about the gokart not starting. They got back to me in under 30 minutes and continued to email even after 5pm. The last email from them was a little after 8pm.”
