“I had an abysmal experience with Fansidea that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Their customer service was beyond appalling, and their promise of providing a mock-up before the production of my order was a complete farce.
Prior to placing my order, I specifically requested a mock-up to ensure the accuracy of the product. The customer service representative assured me on December 8, 2023, that after placing my order, a mock-up would be sent for confirmation within 24 hours. I diligently followed their instructions, providing my order number promptly, but alas, silence ensued.
Despite my repeated follow-up emails inquiring about the mock-up, there was not a single response from Fansidea. Shockingly, on December 18, 2023, I received an email notifying me that my jacket had already been shipped! To add insult to injury, a mere four hours later, they had the audacity to reach out, stating they could help alter the mock-up – an offer that was rendered utterly useless since the package had already been dispatched.
This lack of communication, their failure to adhere to their own promises, and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction are utterly unacceptable. The negligence displayed by Fansidea's customer service team is inexcusable. Their actions demonstrate a clear lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for customer concerns.
I strongly advise against using this company for any purchases. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer needs is simply intolerable. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and disappointment by steering clear of Fansidea. They have lost a potential 47 additional jacket orders and any positive recommendations from me.”

“Never during purchasing does it say it’s coming from overseas. Shipping is the worst. Advertise 10 day shipping after processing, it’s now day 8 and it hasn’t even left the country of origin. Tracking is the worst, updates with information nobody understands. Going in circles. Received an update yesterday “Transfer to Airport of Origin” and today “Reached Airport of Origin”. Where exactly is this “origin”. Never again.”

What they don't tell you up front is the jerseys are supposed to take 6 to 8 additional business days to make. I paided 50 Dollars for a Jersey with my birthday number on it and the word 'strange' in hopes to help speed start people's fitness journey at my Church.( because you can't be in your comfort zone when your making progress.) It’s going into the second month and my order has not arrived. They sent two different tracking numbers that do not show the package in route. One tracking number is not even a USPS tracking number. Everytime I contact customer service (a chat bot) it just keeps saying the package will arrive in a few days”

“I am fighting with this company now to get my order. Their site says 7-9 business days for processing, so I contacted them after this time frame....just to find out they never started my order. The representative said she would put a rush on the order, and I asked them just to cancel the order. I ordered this under the assumption it would take the time frame listed on their site, and was told this is a busy production time for them. I also paid for rush shipping. They stated they would cancel my order but there was a $20 restocking fee. I asked them what they were restocking because they had just told me my order was never started. No answers, can not give me a date of completion, was basically just told you will get it when you get it. This company is not USA based, they are located in Hong Kong. BUYERS BEWARE! This is a fraudulent company!!!”

It was $50 b/c they charge for everything, front, back, numbers, etc. The jersey itself is worth about $5. When I tried to add a pic to this review, it wouldn’t let me post. SMH.
