Requested a refund with 15 minutes of purchasing as I was told all eating plans were included at time of sign up just to discover there was an additional payment required to access this information which was totally misleading. Have requested a refund several times just to be repeatedly told that I do not meet their refund guidelines. This company is a sham and should be investigated as refusing refunds is illegal and they hide behind their so called refund policy which basically says nobody is entitled to a refund for any reason what so ever. I went to the website to login and my phone recognized the site for my login credentials, and my login credentials were rejected. I then tried forgot my password and when I enter my email, it says something went wrong and I never received a password reset. I immediately called my credit card company and put a block.”

“Please, please, stay away, this APP is a scam. I cancelled less than 30 minutes, and they refused to refund me my $24.99. Alex, responded to my emails and tried to brag me for a year of subscription for free. I told them I do not trust the APP. After several emails, I confronted them, stated they are using AI (Alex), then they stop responding to my emails. Fortunately, the gift that I used only had $25.04 on it. They tried to charge the gift card to no avail. SCAM, SCAM”
“This website is a total scam. Once they have your money, they're all ears, but try to make another withdrawal, and suddenly, they disappear like Houdini. If it weren't for the folks at the forensic firm, I would have kissed over $60,000 goodbye. I filed an online complaint with "L I N C O X R E C L A I M," and their awesome staff helped me recover every penny and my profit. They've been my go-to heroes ever since. Seriously, "L I N C O X R E C L A I M" is the best choice!”
“Sign up for a month trial and extra 9.99€ was collected from my account that wasn’t signed for, my bank had to ring me to confirm if I ordered the payment and my details was save in their system to enable them to collect money every month. Trying to log into my app right now but it’s not letting me do so. I went to the app yesterday to stop further payment on my account so right now I can’t log into my account. My subscription is not ending until the end of June, my money has been collected yet am not using their facility. What a terrible way of scamming people off their money 😢”

I went onto the app and was not aware that it automatically signs you up for subscription.
I deleted my subscription and a month later, charged £30.00
After sending messages back to a representative called ‘Alex’ it seems my complaint has been ignored.
Is this how the company makes money, by ‘conning’ you in and not being able to remove your subscription.
How many thousands of people over the world has this happened to?
They are making money by ‘fraudulent’ actions.
I will be taking this further. I work hard for a living and do not have money for ‘companies’ to take!”
“Unable to view your “subscription” thru your apps even though you download the app and are using the app. That way you can’t truly see your subscriptions and can’t cancel the service. Also was not able to cancel the service after using only one time. They continued to charge me over and over. Could not figure out how to cancel. Very misleading….way too expensive for the level of service you do NOT receive. Would try to review my subscriptions searching for how to cancel and could not! Responded quickly at first then would not respond. Thinking I would go away. I did tell them if they wouldn’t refund me at least 1/2 of all they had charged me I would post negative feedback. Then I received a message about their high volume of emails. So here I am! Don’t sign up….you won’t be able to cancel the next day…and you can’t cancel normal ways. It’s all a scam! In the app profile it shows it’s free and yet they charge me! Free does not mean free!”
