“Sign up for a month trial and extra 9.99€ was collected from my account that wasn’t signed for, my bank had to ring me to confirm if I ordered the payment and my details was save in their system to enable them to collect money every month. Trying to log into my app right now but it’s not letting me do so. I went to the app yesterday to stop further payment on my account so right now I can’t log into my account. My subscription is not ending until the end of June, my money has been collected yet am not using their facility. What a terrible way of scamming people off their money 😢”
“Absolutely disgraceful.
I went onto the app and was not aware that it automatically signs you up for subscription.
I deleted my subscription and a month later, charged £30.00
After sending messages back to a representative called ‘Alex’ it seems my complaint has been ignored.
Is this how the company makes money, by ‘conning’ you in and not being able to remove your subscription.
How many thousands of people over the world has this happened to?
They are making money by ‘fraudulent’ actions.
I will be taking this further. I work hard for a living and do not have money for ‘companies’ to take!”
“Unable to view your “subscription” thru your apps even though you download the app and are using the app. That way you can’t truly see your subscriptions and can’t cancel the service. Also was not able to cancel the service after using only one time. They continued to charge me over and over. Could not figure out how to cancel. Very misleading….way too expensive for the level of service you do NOT receive. Would try to review my subscriptions searching for how to cancel and could not! Responded quickly at first then would not respond. Thinking I would go away. I did tell them if they wouldn’t refund me at least 1/2 of all they had charged me I would post negative feedback. Then I received a message about their high volume of emails. So here I am! Don’t sign up….you won’t be able to cancel the next day…and you can’t cancel normal ways. It’s all a scam! In the app profile it shows it’s free and yet they charge me! Free does not mean free!”
“Misleading cancellation when trying to cancel a subscription. I realised I hadn’t cancelled and on the same day asked for a partial refund which the team were unwilling to refund me on. Be careful taking a trial as I was charged £36 a month and didn’t realise I hadn’t cancelled. Beware and don’t make the same mistake I made.”
“Paid six pounds roughly for one weeks trial . Didn’t suit me so was going to cancel within the 7 days . On day five 38,75 was taken from my acct and they will not refund it. It is a total scam as I never had time to cancel and I have wrote numerous emails but it’s just churned out script repeated each time u email them. I will keep trying as they are doing this all the time judging by the bad reviews of them taking subscriptions and not refunding . They should be stopped and we should be protected by law against what these people are getting away with .”
“If there was a minus 1 I would give it. The app is horrible, I had a 3 month subscription used it for a day and they refused to refund my money. Do not waste you money on this horrible application/ service, better to use something like Noom which is a real good weight loss application.”
“I was offered a free trial and immediately with the hour saw that £6.93 was taken out. I hadn't even signed up for a subscription, as I wanted to try it first, but already had notification that various amounts would be taken out within the follwing weeks. I reported it to the bank that money was taken out without my permission, so they have opened an investigation. The unauthorised withdrawal came from United Arab Emirates.
Completely lost my trust in Fasteasy.”
“Alerted my credit card to monitor my payment. I will not do business with you. My app was already blank and knew something is wrong. Your reviews stink and I can see why. Make sure my information isn’t used, scam artist get reported to the district attorneys office and social media.”
“The App is great if fasting is for you.
However the customer service you receive is appalling. I was no longer able to use fasting as a diet option so uninstalled the app. Today I was charged £53....a renewal fee!! No email to remind me a renewal was coming up!!
Having explained my situation and asking for a refund. I was met with zero empathy and a dream of automated responses that's didn't listen to my individual case just banged on about policy.
Such a shame that a great app is let down by such poor customer service.”
“I am so angry with this app
the customer servis is so bad and disappointing, for unwanted subscription 42 $ decresed from my account
It means theft and rubbery”
“Cancellation didn't go through. Got charged for an extended period. I sent in the cancellation online, 2 days prior, only to come in and see it didn't register. Then within 5 days of the automatic renewal ( a reasonable time) I requested the refund for them to tell me no. The even offered me a full year subscription. Seems kinda odd they rather provide a full year of free service for a misunderstanding when they fighting me for a 3 month plan.”
“when i signed up for three months @25.99 I only then see that this also signed me into a further three months @65 per month ! I immediately cancelled the subscription and deleted the app i wrote to customer service for a refund of 25.99!as i am not using the app as i no longer trust their billing methods. they offered me free subscription for one year but trust is gone with their marketing and subscription practices. no refund no app disgraceful ! From your reviews below I may also keep an eye on my visa card for future attempts”
“Es un ROBO, me estan cobrando demas, son unos sinverguenzas, en la web hay mucha gente reclamando por lo mismo. 4 cobros en menos de una semana, yo solo contrate el plan de UN MES, y me siguen descontando de la tarjeta, hay incontables reclamos, son una estafa.”
“The app may be great, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. The company bottom line is more important than doing the right thing. Their policy is so stiff that they refuse to refund a payment (that should never have been taken) so that a single mother can provide the necessities her baby needs. There is apparently no room for compassion when it comes to the needs of a child. Instead of choosing to help, they offer an entire year's access free like that is going to pay for formula now. Note in the emails how they keep offering a year of free access instead of helping a child eat.”
“Made the initial purchase on Wed, Apr 24, 8:15 PM CST, but immediately retracted the purchase and requested a refund on Wed, Apr 24, 8:23 PM CST.
This is less than 10 minutes. In no manner did I utilize the service nor create an account. In no manner did fasteasy.io present me the refund policy prior to purchase. In my opinion, this practice of not giving entire details prior to purchase a scam. Thankfully, and hopefully, my account subscription was cancelled and the account was deleted.
Based on their "policy" and communication, I suspect their reviews are bots and fake to skew their horrendous policies and practices. I encourage *anyone* and *everyone* to stay far away from fasteasy.io.
I'm out $25.99, unfortunately, but will monitor my credit cards exceptionally close for any further charges from fasteasy.io.”
“I completely agree with all the negative reviews!
I signed up and paid for FASTEASY IO via their website and downloaded their app on my iPhone, opting for a paid subscription. Honestly, I barely used the app as there are much better options available, and I assumed the subscription would simply end.
However, I was shocked to find that they continued to deduct subscription fees! It's impossible to cancel the subscription directly through the iPhone like you can with most apps. This seems to be part of their scheme, as they likely bank on customers not checking their web accounts, assuming it would be linked to their phone subscriptions.
After contacting their customer support, I felt they were already aware of this issue and were exploiting this loophole for profit. Given the other complaints I've read, it seems I'm not alone in this experience.
In short, there are far better, more transparent apps available directly on your phone.
FASTEASY IO? The IO stands for I Overpaid and I'm Owed. Beware of this scam!”
