Fastway genuinely is the worst of the worst, giving them 1 star is a star too much. Anytime I order online and get confirmation it's going to be delivered with fastway my heart sinks as I know this could drag on for a week or even 2. No phone number to contact them, emails can take days to get a response. Wish they'd pack it in or suppliers would pay an extra euro or 2 and send with a legit courier.

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor customer service. Have lost orders, delivered to incorrect addresses, said they tried to deliver when I was at home all day and most recently using customs clearance as an excuse even though orders placed and fulfilled through other courier services have delivered without issue and the orders were coming from the same international location, similar type product and value so therefore would have gone through the same customs clearance process. If I didn't have such poor experiences with them in the past I might believe the customs issue isn't on their side. Won't be ordering from the supplier again solely due to the fact that Fastway are their courier.

Fastway have failed to deliver packages to my address three times. The first two times they went to another house in my estate with the same number and I was able to collect them. The last time was before Christmas. I was at home all day and waiting on my delivery when I got an email from Fastway to say my package had been delivered and I had given instruction to leave it without a signature. I never gave that instruction. My package was not outside so I went to all of my neighbours and any house that it could have been delivered to mistakenly. It was not delivered to anyone in my estate. After four weeks of being in contact with Fastway customer service, they have now told me that they have spoken with the driver and he said it was delivered to the correct address. They have not provided me with proof of this. I have heard the same issues from many people here in Waterford. My sister in Dublin has had similar issues with Fastway. They are without doubt the worst delivery company in Ireland.

Zero and bad service i don’t know why the suppliers still using this poor service company. the parcel is missing and cannot get to customer support, waiting 1 hour for live chat and the window chat disappears before starting the chat. emailing customer care replied your item was delivered.

If I could give a minus rating I would. I have read through a lot of the other posters comments and I see many similarities in my own experience so need to give the details. How they are in business still is beyond me. Absolutely f****** USELESS. They 'delivered' Dec. 21st and left it in our non-existent porch. Still hasn't arrived. I sent e-mails that are now into double figures with no reply. In future for online purchases I am now going to add in the 'additional instructions' box ..... please do not use fastway.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE ! If you are an online consumer [or an an online retailer], do not use this company for delivery of your goods if that's possible ... especially if you are not going to be at home when the driver arrives unannounced/without warning/without prior notification. I ordered goods 21st December 2023 - when the retailer sent me an email on 10th January 2024 to say 'signed delivery completed by Fastway Couriers on 9th January 2024', i was amazed - because i had received nothing. To keep the story short, the bottom line is that Fastway condone the policy of allowing their delivery drivers to leave boxes or packages outside the front door beside a resident's bin on the footpath if there's no-one at home. They do not send any message to the customer before, during or after this negligent practice, and they do not contact a neighbour for signature to leave it in safe hands - but they lie about 'a signature' on their tracking page. No-one signed for this deliver ? and the driver didn't attempt to deliver to either of my neighbours either [they have CCTV and Video doorbells] - so no one took authorised delivery of my box/package - but a thief did !! So - because the driver left them in full view of every passer-by all day [my address has on-street parking you see], the goods are presumably stolen. I'm writing to Fastway now, copying the sender, requesting an immediate refund. I'll contact PayPal if i get no confirmation of refund. One more thing - i also spent an hour trying to find ANY phone number to contact them - i couldn't find one - Fastway use carrier pigeons for comms it seems - because they don't use phones that's for sure !

🤣 I watched the driver while I was parked the last day on mums drive and he drove up into the cul de sac at speed, more a less did a hand break turn. Put the foot down on the accelerator again so when he went to break outside the house he was delivering to he slammed on the breaks but the van skidded 🤣 hopped out and scanned the parcel as he ran and fired it at the door 🤣🫤😖 didn’t even check to see if the person was home. #shock As for my own deliveries. I have all my business deliveries sent to the house and I have had boxes with over a €1000 in retail products left lying at my front door. I even had another courier company ring me with their delivery to say they were leaving it round the back and would they like me to take the delivery that was left at the front door and half opened and leave that round the back too. Surprise surprise that was from Fast way. Prior to that I was waiting on a business delivery and the company I purchased from said it was delivered. In the end up I checked the recycling bin and yep a box in there with €700 worth of products and no note left in the letter box to say ‘ hey your delivery is in the recycling’ no instead I was to use my magic powers to draw me to the delivery box 🙃 Worst courier EVER. They have comments turned off on the facebook posts. Hmmm 🤔 I wonder why?

Customer service is non existent. They failed to deliver two of my items which were expensive and have no contact number to query about missing items . When emailed they failed to respond it takes accountability or responsibility for their mistakes . Atrocious. I would never use them again as they have no policy or company values in place or to the customer.

First of you can't ring them if you have a problem you have to e mail them,when I did it said someone would get back to me within 24 hours ,that was 3 days ago .They are as bad as people say they are , how are they still in business ??

Terrible service. They always just leave your parcel outside your front door with any knock or door bell ring. I've had parcels stolen twice because they were just left outside the front door on a busy street.

Terrible company. I get many packages from delivery services and there is always a problem with fastway. I now think less of any business that uses them as a courier and avoid businesses that do use them.

Worst delivery service I’ve ever used. Claimed my package had been signed for on a certain day and got in touch with them as it hadn’t been and four days later still not here and no response from them at all. Joke Update some fella Donal emailed back and said that their driver says I got it so therefore I should have it and that’s that sorted. What help was that like I still don’t have it I’ve checked everywhere these fellas Are completely useless at doing their job in the first place and no help at all fixing problems they caused. I wish nothing but the worst for them workers

Useless impossible to communicate don’t deliver as outlined in tracking. Said no one in despite someone in all day long n two seperate days. purchase again from store that uses Fastway for delivery Only delivery didn’t get An Post DHL DPD provide an infinitely better service.

Waiting 2 weeks and still no parcel. Tracker says it is misdirected. I was advised to drive to Portarlington to collect it. Seriously? Isnt that why i paid money so i wouldnt be doing that? .No phone call. I sourced a mobile number but the manager will not answer his .mobile. Customer Care is zero.

I ordered a parcel from Feel Unique via Evri International on the 15 December 2023. I’ve been following up with Fastway who delivered the parcel and I saw yesterday that the package was delivered yesterday 20/12/2023 at 19:39:53 and was signed by a person named Esther. This parcel was NOT delivered to my address, I have been home all day yesterday and have been waiting for the parcel to be received and this is a Christmas gift that I’ve been waiting to arrive. I’m very annoyed that Fastway delivered this to the wrong house and let someone who I don’t even know sign for it. This is completely wrong and I will take legal action against Fastway if this isn’t handled immediately. I need to receive this item tomorrow. Fastway need to deal with the driver who caused this problem because I’m very angry. There’s an expensive gift in that parcel. A stranger has stolen my package and your company didn’t even verify that it’s the right person. Now Fastway is taking ages to respond and telling me the parcel is in a “safe location” when someone literally signed for my parcel yesterday and took it. They didn’t attempt to deliver to my house.

I got an email to advise they could not deliver even though I was in the office. The phone number is for information only. I have emailed 4 times but no reply. I have paid nearly €50 for goods that I don’t have. I couldn’t access their tracking website today.

Same as other they don’t deserve a star asked for parcel be delivered to my job a hospital open 24/7 they said customer failed or refused to take parcel I was on main door reception all day. Haven’t had to deal with these clowns in couple of years where the delivery process went on for over 3 weeks of their lies about delivery when my home is cctv and I could prove they did not deliver got onto company I purchased and cancelled these were Xmas gifts this delivery company are so bad I believe they keep half of the packages and pretend they delivered they must be just sitting sleeping in vans pretending to deliver

If it was possible , Id give these guys 0 stars! How they can call themselves a courier company is beyond me. We try actively avoid companies that uses these clowns, but unfortunately Oxendales uses these cowboys. They managed to "loose " our parcel twice and makes you wonder as it was quite high in value. First time around they told us parcel left outside the door, lies as I was home all day , because thought foolishly that maybe I get the delivery on the date promised . When told this, they quickly changed their story advising , that it was left on the pack door. That is quite interesting, as no backdoor where parcel could be left. Oxendales gave refund and foolishly agreed to place order again. Only this time they have " mis sort " the parcel twice .. Customer service is non existent , sent them an email and got response "it will be delivered the next working day" this was days ago. These guys really aren't worth the hassle and headache they cause you. AVOID
