“Absolutely worst delivery service in ireland they decided to deliver the package to a different house and said nothing just got an email saying it's been delivered, rang the driver he lied to me about delivering it. He just signed for the package himself and left it at another house. Customer service is by email they never replied luckily the kind people who it was delivered to dropped it off to my address, I will never buy from any company who uses fastway again.”

“Absolutely a load of bollacks. Waited at home all day for package to be delivered, nobody knocked. I sent three emails over two days, nobody replied. I even updated to a 'safe place' so they'd have easier time finding the address if that was the issue, other than that no form of contact. Nobody rang me. And now there's no update or way for me to revive my parcel which had hundreds worth spent on its content. Said they'd deliver the next day and never did!”

“Disgusting service. I waited in all day for a package and then received an email at 4.55pm stating I wasn't in. They never attempted to contact me by phone. They just didn't bother to come out. Useless!!!”

“0 star rating for this company.they refuse to reply to emails and their contact phone number does not exist. The best way to deal with this useless company is to avoid purchasing from an online website or company who uses fastway couriers as their delivery source.its only people power that will get rid of this gangster company..”

“I track my order and it's seems that product was delivered.But I didn't receive the product. I contact fastway courier tralee county kerry.They told it was placed inside the van and you will receive it tomorrow. I wait for 2 days and afterwards one person call me and they told your courier was kept outside their house door. He was a genuine man that's why i receive the product.otherwise what to do?when I receive the product it was wet.Very very bad experience from fastway. Robin”

“Avoid valuable. I got an email telling me valuable parcel was delivered and signed for. I was there it wasn't. Customer service no.phone number. Text chat not functioning. NO RESPONSE FROM EMAIL. I RANG SELLER, THEY SAID DPD WERE MORE RELIABLE. FASTWAY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.”

“One Star is Too Generous for This Company If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has proven to be completely irresponsible and careless. I recently ordered a monitor worth €500, and instead of delivering it with any sense of professionalism, they left it outside my house in the pouring rain. To make matters worse, my house is right next to a bus stop, meaning the package was left exposed in full view of passersby. Not only was it soaking wet when I found it, but it was also at serious risk of being stolen. How can a delivery company think this is acceptable? They didn’t bother to knock, ring the bell, or even leave a note. It’s as if they were actively trying to ensure my expensive purchase was ruined or stolen. This level of negligence is utterly outrageous. I’ve tried contacting customer service, but they’ve been slow and dismissive. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They have no regard for their customers or the items they’re entrusted to deliver. Absolutely appalling experience.”

“Fastway New Ross.Avoid using this transport agency. They were supposed to deliver a package to me on Monday, but at the end of the day they said they couldn't deliver it because there was no one at home. Both that day and the next, there were people at home and we didn't hear a knock on the door. On Tuesday, they sent us an email saying that the package had been left in a safe place (the porch) and there was no package here. If they left it on the porch, I understand that they left it at the door, but my house is in a transit area and anyone can access the door. Also, as I've already said, there were people at home and no one heard a knock on the door. On Wednesday, we started a chat with Fastway customer service and they told us that it appeared that the package was being delivered. ???? I don't understand anything. They sent an email on Tuesday saying that it was delivered. On Thursday, we asked another question and they basically told us that we would receive a response and they cut off the chat. On Friday we went to the warehouse that the transport company has in New Ross and they told us that the package had been left with a neighbour, which we had not authorised at any time and they told us that the girl who delivered it would call us to give us more details and we are still waiting.”

“You actually left my delivery in the recycling bin, it's lucky I had to put them out tonight and I checked them. The item is fragile and easy to break and it says it on the package but you still put it out in -6c temperature. How hard is it for you to press my video doorbell just to let me know you delivered it. This isn't the first time it happened, many times with other deliveries. If there was a way to not have this company deliver anything to my house again I would choose it.”

“None of this is true as the reciver I did sign of? Website was extremely hard to navigate to make a complaint, did my own research and saw that a large number of people have the same problem with fastway. People dread having it for shipping and I know know why . Was told on new years that they couldnt ship the product, on the same day they said it's otw? Terrible.”

“VERY BAD SERVICE BE AWARE OF FAST WAY BEING THEFTS I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered an expensive gift, expecting it to arrive on time, but it got lost in the depot of Fast Way. Despite being an urgent delivery for a special occasion, the item has not arrived, and there has been no clear explanation or assistance from customer service. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a substantial amount of money only to have a valuable item go missing without any resolution. This has completely ruined the surprise and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I won’t be using Fast Way again for any future deliveries.”

“I always have a problem with this company. Or they deliver it to the neighbours, or at the door without attempting to check if is there anybody at home. Today, I'm at home and I'm waiting for my parcel and I received an email that the parcel couldn't be delivered because there is no one at home. I think because is raining and the driver is lazy to do it! The company doesn't have a customer service, customer email or whatever!!!!”
