Shocking customer service. No phone number and no reply from to 3 messages. I've been having major issues with your driver. He won't drive down our lane. Myself and my neighbours all having same issue. Getting "attempted delivery" emails when the driver is not even coming. I work from home a day sit right next to window and I also have a note on parcel to leave delivery on porch. I've ordered twice from the same company this month and your driver has done same thing. You need to sort something out. Ill happily arrange to have all my neighbours write an email and a review if it's needed. Shocking "service".

Awfull was told 3 days in a row that a package was loaded onto the van then they lied saying there was no one home and they tried to deliver !!! I have 2 cameras pointed at my gate and I sat watching TV all day waiting for the delivery 😡😡😡😡😡 .. if they told the truth I'd understand but to lie to customers is the sign of a.poorly run company ..

For the last month my packages has been delivered to the wrong address have gotten on to them to get the driver to delivery to my address was told that they would rectify it bit again not done Again to the wrong address I am so sick of sending emails to no avail absolutely shocking company my valuable item being delivered to someone else Have no idea why this is happening I want to make a formal complaint to the area manager so can I please have his phone number and address as this is going on for weeks now My name address phone number and eircode is always correct when I eventually get my package so I don't know what kind of a clown is on delivery

Never use this service ! A complete joke. First, the courier is too sloppy to find your actual address and approaches some random spot in the area, then they contact you just to tell you have a parcel and then leave immediately. I just missed my parcel collection because of a joker like that.

They are terrible, most horrible courier company. Everytime my package gets into the hands of Fastway it never gets to me. It's always said delivered but never true and hell no you can't contact them. This has been going on and on I think something need to be done about regulating these courier service companies especially Fastway. A petition to hold Fastway accountable and sue them should be raised and retailers must take our reviews seriously and stop giving our packages to Fastway. This company is absolute scam and full of frauds.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. They lost my parcel worth over €100. And was basically told tough luck. Customer service was probably the worst I've ever had to deal with. I requested a manager to call me which didn't happen either. Avoid this company at all cost.

Awful. Delivered a package to a mislabelled address (which they dropped into a local library and didn’t tell me at first). Then when I explained it was the wrong address she offered to pay to have it collected they refused. Utter rubbish. Avoid at all costs. Never got my package. Plus you cannot call them. I’d go elsewhere

BAD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE I order an item from the seller on eBay on the 13th of June and the seller provide a Fastway tracking number 2F1000006072 ,The item was sent from Bulgaria to Ireland and should be delivered by the 17th of July and was not delivered until today 18th of August. On the 17th of of July I email Fastway costume services and asked them where was my item and they replied next day saying that they didn't know where the item was and they was going to escalate this case to depot. Since then I haven't heard from them and the item still lost somewhere in Fastway depot as you can see in the tracking number provided Terrible Service Fastway.

NO STAR is my rating. I ordered a parcel 3 weeks ago. I'm still waiting. Only I contacted via email I wouldn't know its supposedly in customs. No phone number to actually to speak to anyone. I keep asking for a number to speak to some one in fastways and customs but they won't. They keep ignoring what im saying on email. A disgrace of a service. Your reviews is about 1 star from most people but most would give No stars. I have paid for my parcel and I expect to be delivered on time. But I'd not to give updates which you don't do.

if I could give 0 stars I would. customer service system is unhelpful. Got an email to say they attempted delivery and they would only try to deliver another time before returning my parcel to the sender, when they didn't even attempt to deliver. Contacted them to follow up, turns out the driver broke down (this happens, no problem) and just set all his packages to 'attempted to deliver'. going around in circles the last 2 hours to opt for collection and the girl said she couldn't help with this type of query, said she would transfer me to a colleague to help- didn't and lef tme hanging 3 separate times before then saying she couldn't help and disconnected the chat. Customer service agent Karina, needs training!

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. This company are the absolute WORST delivery company in Ireland. They delivered my package to “the back door”, even though there is no access to my back door. I can only assume they delivered it to someone else. I have another 2 packages that although on my delivery details I said to leave them under the milk cover, they notified me that they were leaving and took my package back. The fact that there is no simple way to contact this joke of a company and their phone number doesn’t work anymore speaks for itself, they are 100% aware of how useless that they are but hate the idea of being held accountable. DPD are so so so much more efficient and easy to work with, they give you a text to let you know the hour that you will be receiving your package aswell and when it is been delivered, if no one is home they take a photograph of where they left it. They need to get their act together, for the foreseeable future they if I order something online I will cancel it if fastway are the delivery company. 😡

Ordered item for special event, ofcourse I didn't know that this idiotic company delivering. So I took a day off work to wait for that parcel, waited all day at home with phone beside me and I even put down safe place where they can leave it.. and guess what, delivery couldn't be attempted as according to them I wasn't at home.. there idiots didn't even bother to call me.

Every single time I have a Fast way delivery, it never gets to me on time!!! Every single time I track it, it's ALWAYS the same pattern: 1) Email received from Fastway that my package is in the van and being delivered that day. I stay home all day, and NOTHING gets delivered! 2) The next update on the tracking states "Delivery Attempt". Again, I have stayed home every single time, all day, and they did NOT try to deliver! 3) Next update states: "Rang - no answer"! No, they did not. EVERY single time, I am home all day and my phone is right next to me and not once does it ring!!! And, no, there's not a problem with the phone number!!! It's Fastway that's the problem! My deliveries from Fastway follows the exact same pattern every single time!!! They are the worst courier company ever!!! I don't know how they're still in business!!!

1 star is too generous for this company. I have,never,EVER managed to get parcel delivered to my address by these clowns.If I know company uses Fastway,I avoid. Recently, placed order without knowing,that they use these cowboys and needless to say parcel never got delivered to us. However, parcel was signed ,what I presume was the driver and prob left somewhere in the area…I just can’t understand, how these are still in business as I have never heard nothing but complaints

A nighmare to deal with. They have no email address. They arrive unannounced and the drivers have next to mo English, I could not understand a word from him. Stay clear of fastways Appalling service .

Delivery drivers just sign the delivery notification themselves and dump the parcels anywhere. The way this company operates, is nothing short of criminal.

Again I'm annoyed I have to give this company even one star. Today was the second time I had the misfortune to receive a parcel from this company, and the second time they messed it up. Their staff left a parcel on my doorstep when no one was home and I was not due to be home for several days. €200 worth of goods just left on a main road!!! Lucky a neighbour spotted it. The worst thing is that I requested a change of delivery address four days ago which was clearly ignored. Now I know why the previous parcel went missing, because they probably left it on the street for anyone to take. It seems to be nearly impossible to contact anyone in the company. The last time I ended up leaving them a bad review and they contacted me, asking me to forward the bad review so they could address it. I never heard from them again, Not even an apology for my son losing his birthday present. Absolutely appalling service. No wonder they have such bad reviews.
