Delivery was excellent, updates throughout the whole delivery process. Please note if ordering from a company in England that days on delivery updates seem to be the merchandise company not the delivery firm

A terrible experience every time I buy from a vendor that uses fastway couriers so in future I will never buy from any company that uses this excuse for a delivery service. There is no way to contact them and I have had messages to say a parcel has been delivered and it has not I have had messages to say they can't find the address I had parcels badly damaged the list goes on and on. Today I was delivered a parcel of small but expensive electronic components that would easily have fit in my letter box at the front gate but the driver would need to get out of the vehicle to do this so they did what they normally do and threw it out the window at the door and if my two dogs had not destroyed it which they did the rain would have done the job. The parcel was clearly marked fragile aswell but why should they care you cannot contact them to complain no phone number or email address nothing. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from any company that uses this disgusting excuse for a business. This is the first time I have done a review on any subject but fastway couriers are the worst company I have ever ever ever had the misfortune of dealing with but I suppose I have never dealt with them because they can't be contacted. DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANYONE THAT USES FASTWAY "couriers "

This so called Courier busses is utterly useless, unreliable, couldn’t care less drivers and any retail outlets that use them should think hard as to why would they would employ such a ramshackle parcel delivery service that does not deliver. I would sooner tran a team of Clowns on roller skates for a far better service. I will Not order from retailers who use Fastway, NoWay would be a much better name.

I have just found another parcel thrown into my back yard this is the 5th parcel that the couriers have thrown away not delivered also two of my neighbours have also found parcels dumped in their back gardens from Fastway couriers,also parcels left on doorsteps they should be made to get a signature when delivering to someone disgusting

Worst customer service ever Says item delivered. Can’t get through to any number despite them sayin they are constantly reviewing better ways to assist ppl The web chat never has a reply I’ve tried entering chat and the track number 8 times in one hr and it goes around and around asking same info No lines manned and no couriers numbers or depots working. Shame on them Items saying redirected three times as lost depot to depot

RECIEVED A EMAIL TO SAY ORDER CANT BE DELIVERED SS NO ONE HOME, I WAS HOME ALL DAY NO ONE CALLED, AND JUST TO BE CERTAIN I CHECKED MY SECURITY CAMERAS NO CALLERS ON MY PROPERTY AT THE ALLEGED TIME 10.08AM, TRIED TO CONTACT FASTWAY A TOTAL WAST OF TIME AS NO COMTACT NUMBER THAT OPERATES, SHOWER OF COWBOYS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DPD OR UPS ARE MORE RELIABLE, FASTWAY ARE A JOKE, TOTAL DISGRACE.

Lost package, tacking details said it was delivered but I did not receive any packages. Their support team is non existent, no contact number, no response from emails and IMs sent to the support page.

I tried to get paid for an item through the Fastway pay portal and, start to finish it was the dodgiest, rudest experience I’ve ever had. The system kept crashing and when it finally worked, rather than paying me they attempted to debit my account with four separate, totally different transactions, all in Rubles. The woman on chat was so rude, so unhelpful. They also claim to be unable to refund the original amount which feels so wrong.

Terrible and unprofessional company! I should have received a parcel from them yesterday, it shows on the tracking that it was delivered, but never got to destination. No contact phone number or online costumer support. Same thing happened last year, when my parcel was left by the driver in the neighbourhood.

Terrible customer service. Package was never delivered, however according to their tracking number it was. They do not respond to attempts to get in contact with them and it is impossible to find out where my package was delivered to. I now have to avoid any company that uses fastway as I know I won't get my package. Very disappointing service.

Worst courier service ever. No phone no online support. I have NEVER received a delivery from them. Now i am fighting to get my money back for non delivery. I dont know how they are still in business. I will be taking the matter wherever it has to go now. No business should be allowed to operate like this.

Avoid this company at all cost i have 3 parcels with them, but one is already 3 weeks in the depots with everyday "Stage for next day delivery" its travel now between the depots but didnt come to the owner, the other two are over a week with them with the same note. Customer service are very bad as they have no clue whats going on in the company. If i get these 3 parcels then for sure i will avoid to order anything that SlowWay deliver....

We were supposed to have a parcel from Woodies delivered last Friday the 7th of Jan....They said it was on it's way...then it hadn't been picked up...then it was in the depot....oops the driver hadn't registered so we cant track it ect ect...it was definitely to be delivered yesterday Fri 14th ....still waiting !!! Fastway....more like fartaway!!!!

Avoid at all costs. They lost a delivery worth 1K. They constantly update tracking with nothing but lies. Customer service is a joke. No contact number, no online chat (recently online form has been removed). I went to the depot and one of the guys working there told me that my parcel may be loaded on the van without scanning the code (it looks like they have no control over drivers and my parcel was stolen).

Worst courier service ever... I have emailed companies telling them that I will not order from them again until they change their courier service. No way to contact them anywhere! They have been like this for years ...I don't mind items being late but when they update the tracking 7 30am to say its on the van out for delivery, so you stay in to get delivery and then to update at 8.30am ( didn't get until later in the day because their site was down)to say they attempted delivery is just an outright lie , they have left packages in the gateway in the past just lucky that they weren't taken ...can't understand how they are still in operation
