Again I'm annoyed I have to give this company even one star. Today was the second time I had the misfortune to receive a parcel from this company, and the second time they messed it up. Their staff left a parcel on my doorstep when no one was home and I was not due to be home for several days. €200 worth of goods just left on a main road!!! Lucky a neighbour spotted it. The worst thing is that I requested a change of delivery address four days ago which was clearly ignored. Now I know why the previous parcel went missing, because they probably left it on the street for anyone to take. It seems to be nearly impossible to contact anyone in the company. The last time I ended up leaving them a bad review and they contacted me, asking me to forward the bad review so they could address it. I never heard from them again, Not even an apology for my son losing his birthday present. Absolutely appalling service. No wonder they have such bad reviews.

I strongly advise that anyone thinking of using this company to rethink and do research and read all the reviews that have been left, absolute shambles ran by cowboys

This is the third time I have had an email from them stating my parcel was delivered but am left without my items! I have CCTV and last time I complained, they didn't get back to me once I told them the delivery was not on our CCTV. This time, they are responding but CS have basically said the driver delivered it, they have to go with what they are told, and they'll ask him to contact me but he might not... WHAT???? Where is my parcel? In future I will stress that companies should not use this company. They are either thieves or completely incompetent. I am furious right now, they sent me a Google maps picture of my home stating it was from the Driver GPS... I am so frustrated but unfortunately, I am the receiver rather than the sender. I will be contacting the sender shortly. Their CS is completely unhelpful, their attitude is generally combative, and I say this having worked in CS myself and understanding how frustrating a job it can be, but never have I responded to a customer in this manner, or even ignored them, as they have me. Unbelievable that they are still in business! As for the questions, my delivery is not on time as it is generally late anyway and has not actually been delivered. They appear to be using their own driver, the item better not be damaged, but it is missing so I can't tell, and it's taking ages to get it from them, the last two deliveries never materialised! Communication is a joke, and CS is more or less redundant as they seem reluctant to respond to customer issues. Never again!

Fastway tracking stating that they were unable to deliver (twice)as no one was at home , even though we are at home 24/7 . I don’t know what is going on with their parcel tracking updates but they are completely false They have no phone number or e-mail address , so they are impossible to contact . I will state in all future on line orders not to use Fastway as the service is awful and customer support is non existent . I did not believe that a courier company could be this terrible until I experienced Fastway.

Useless and Ridiculous Service I supposed to get parcel on Thursday. I got email about delivery on Thursday. I was all day at home. Nobody rang to me , nobody knock the door. Nobody came with the parcel. I tried ring to them many times no answer. I emailed to them no reply. On next day I got tracking update my parcel was sent back to the sender. Usually I am using another delivery service , this time fastway was chosen automatically during order process. Such a misunderstanding. NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYBODY !!

I can’t believe these cowboys are still in business, without doubt the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. They repeatedly “deliver” my parcels when I’m not home and leave no tracking information. It’s pretty basic to leave information to tell the customer where to find their parcel. They leave nothing. And when you contact customer care via the website to find out where the parcel is, they don’t respond. Ever. And they have no phone number to contact. I’ve complained to Fastway numerous times and they’ve never responded. Customer care is non existent. It’s an absolutely appalling courier service and I would strongly discourage any retailer from using them.

Doesn't deserve the 1 star. Received email saying my parcel has been signed for and delivered. No sign of my parcel. No number to contact and ask where my parcel is. How this company is still running is beyond me.

Parcel is 4 days late now. No idea if or when it is going to turn up. Not the first time. Cannot contact the company. As bad as DPD. An absolute joke.

Shocked with service! No way to contact with them. Driver had few “attendance” at my house but never showed up! Worst courier company ever had to deal! Still waiting for my parcel and still don’t know where it will go and what will happend. NOT RECOMENDING!

If only you could give zero stars ... Good for nothing shower .. my item is worth over 500 euro said it would be out for dilivery 1 -2 days on the 1st of june was updated on tracking on the 6th saying the exact same thing it's now the 12th Ive had my baby which the item is for and had to repurchase somewhere else or i wouldn't be allowed to leave the hospital. My husband went to the depo where a worker said it shouldn't have been scanned twice and it's stuck in the portairlinton depo and probably won't be let out for at least a week . Not even the company i purchased off can. Get a reply from this shower . Its being sent back with the driver as soon a it arrives will never use a company that uses fast way again

I'm very disappointed with the Fastway service. I had to reorder a gift because it was not delivered. The second time it was not delivered either. I was not notified either time; I had to keep checking the tracking via the supplier's email. I needed to contact Fastway both times. It was very hard to get in touch. You cannot phone anyone. I filled in a form and had to wait more than 48 hours for a reply both times. Fastway needed more information the second time it was delivered, but they never notified me - I only found out through checking the tracking via the supplier. They seemed to try to deliver something to a post office at 7.20am. They updated the address, but there was no name, so the post office were very confused. I thankfully had rang ahead to say I was expecting something and waiting for a book. However, Ashling helped me via email recently and it eventually got sorted. It took 7 weeks to receive my package after it was shipped. I don't like complaining and have never given a low star review before. But this is not the first (or second) time I've had difficulty with Fastway. I didn't comment those times, but this time I had to. Please, please help us by improving your service.

I got email yesterday afternoon to say delivery would be that day I waited until 6.10 pm but no delivery. I then went out for 1 hour. I received another email saying that package was delivered. It was not delivered at all

This company's name has to be a big joke - Fastway? - No-way! Delivery notification received 9.30, twenty minutes later Unable to Attempt Delivery. I don't believe anybody came near us to attempt delivery. Now, after a solid week of trying them, I learn that parcel was damaged - A glass topped table, looks like they couldn't handle it, but it took them a week to tell me, and the supplier, Woodies. Don't know why they use them.

I ordered a lovely pair of boots on sale. Not like I can replace them in a hurry or anything. Fastway were supposed to deliver. I got a message to say that they attempted delivery and I wasnt there. I was here all day long No sign of their van on my lane. Then today I get notification that my parcel is delivered. No it is not. There is no sign of it. Is it stolen??? I have to wonder looking at other reviews. I have tried so hard to get in touch with the absolutely useless customer service portal which said someone was in the conversation with me. But no response.... I am actually concerned about this service and questioning its validity. I will avoid this service at all costs in future and will not use a retailer who uses them either. no thanks... Rating customer service at 1 star as there are no other options to add no stars

The worst company ever! My first experience with them was during Christmas when i ordered a Christmas gift for my father. After a month and lies that i will receive it in 24 hrs, i never received and as I trusted them, i didn't go to buy another gift, so you can imagine Christmas morning when everyone got their gifts except my father. I repeat, I never received it, my husband was home all day every day and not an attempt to deliver or call, absolutely nothing. I didn't write a negative review as I thought I'll give them a benefit of a doubt, considering it was busiest time of year. Fast forward to three weeks ago, I ordered online, without checking first what courier is delivering for that particular business and to my horror, it was Fastway. Order was supposed to be delivered between 18th-22nd May. Today is 29th, I am at home, all day, waiting for delivery that was diapched this morning, only to receive an email that delivery was attempted but failed. Again, no attempt, no ring, no call, nothing. I honestly don't know why would any business that cares about their reputation use Fastway. They are shameless and disgraceful and they know it, that's why it's impossible to reach them or contact their "customer service".

Very poor service. I am copying a previous review that was exactly what happened to me. I waited at home all day expecting my delivery but again fastway delivery left my parcel somewhere else, didn’t make any attempt to contact me nor did they even bother to tell me where they had left it. The tracker states that a signature was obtained, but I have no idea who that was because I live alone and it certainly wasn’t me. This is not the first time either. No customer service either, there should be regulation on this industry. They are shocking. This all occurred on the 12/05 a and after following up four times with their online query submission I am being ignored.

No sign of parcel even though it said it was delivered. Impossible to contact. Really disappointing as the parcel was important.
