“Right from the beginning the Finance Advice Centre has supported us in gaining a mortgage to buy our first home. After searching through the high street banks, to no avail due to my partner being self employed for only a short amount of time, Paul found us a great deal (better than we ever thought we'd be able to get). He was always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had, even during weekends and late on in the evenings, going above and beyond to provide us with the support and guidance we needed. As our case progressed we had an offer accepted on our house and we had received our official mortgage offer. Kayleigh supported us in dealing with the solicitors when a few issues arrised, she provided us with updates every week, chased the solicitors to provide us with updates and progress with our case as well as being at the end of the phone/ email when we had any questions. Kayleigh most definitely took some of the stress out of a stressful situation! Over all the Finance Advice Centre made it possible for us to buy a house much earlier than we thought we would be able to. We were provided with excellent, professional service and cannot thank Paul and Kayleigh enough!”

“Like many others probably are, I was a little apprehensive about using an on line agency, the thought of handing over thousands of pounds without actually meeting the agents in person or visiting the office troubled me a little bit. However, from the start of the process until completion, the support I got from the broker and his assistant was exceptional. They found me the best deal to meet my needs and situation, any questions or concerns I had were addressed and communications via telephone calls or emails were responded to immediately . Very impressed and very happy.”

“I would just like to say a massive thank you to Rob Hannis for his first class service he provided for us. He was constantly in touch with us the whole process and made it totally stress free. Getting back in touch even out of hours which showed how committed he was . What a true professional. Big thank you Rob!!!!!!. Also a big thank you to Callum Doherty as well for getting us over line with mortgage and life cover updates. Thank you for everything and if anyone is reading this review about the company I would strongly recommend the names mentioned as I will definitely be recommending them to people we know who have difficult cases. “I completed my house purchase this week and I am now in receipt of the keys. I would not be in this position were it not for Sam Wright and his hard work in putting together my mortgage application. I am very grateful for his support during a very difficult and stressful time when I thought that buying a new house would be beyond my reach for many years to come. I had not heard of Finance Advice Centre beforehand but I took a roll of the dice and it paid off. Supported by Joel Adams Sam managed to deliver my dream house. “We received excellent advice from Chris Towlson backed up by quality support from Kavan Morris who kept us fully informed throughout the application process. Our circumstances being self-employed were difficult for the High Street lenders to deal with. Finance Advice Centre were able to overcome these and save us valuable time and expense. I would highly recommend their services.”

“We have been very happy with the service provided, from the quick response to our initial enquiry, to the excellent case handling by our advisor Lynn Cutts, who went above and beyond her duties to ensure that were well informed and gave us very clear and helpful advice along every step of the application process. If there were any issues she dealt with them promptly and her attention to detail made us feel very assured throughout the whole experience. I cannot recommend her enough to anybody seeking mortgage or protection services, and I will be recommending her to any of my friends and family. “We were facing the potential of falling into a debt spiral because of high credit card debt and a switch from employment to self-employment. Our original mortgage lender wasn't interested but the Finance Advice Centre came up with a choice of products and very useful financial advice. Moreover, never did we feel stigmatised or made to feel guilty during our conversations.Our credit score rating is improving by the day and would thoroughly recommend the Finance Advice Centre to people.”
