“I was a customer of the Milton Keynes branch. The customer service from the reception to the dentistry chair was above and beyond; extremely friendly people. Most importantly, of course, the results were absolutely exceptional. I am so happy with teeth now.”

“I went to the Winchester branch , I was greeted by Sam the receptionist who also has extensive knowledge of the treatments provided because she is also a dental nurse . My father was with me , we were very early so we were made a lovely cup of tea , in fact I had two ! . They gave me a friendly yet professional consultation , non judgmental. I have since had my teeth in a day done . It was a hard day but the staff and stavros were all very supportive . I am over the moon with the result so far . I look ten years younger . Life changing . I can't thank the team enough .”

“First of all, I decided to have my treatment done at Finest Dental due to flexible payment options and best price range compared to other practises. I have been seen for my check-ups at Leicester and Milton Keynes branches, and Leicester is my favourite so far. Very professional, amazing, friendly staff, every single one of them will go that extra mile, customer definitely comes first here! Being full time mum and living miles away from practise, finding time and flexibility for appointments should be real challenge, but not if you have a skilful treatment coordinator such as Talha. Excellent communication, excellent appointment coordination according to my requests. I was waiting for my first aligners to arrive, and asked Talha to keep an eye on arrival dates so I can book appointment in advance. As I was super impatient to start my treatment and did not want to wait another 2-3 weeks to book appointment after waiting already 2 weeks for my aligners to arrive. Talha managed to book an appointment the same day my aligners arrived at practise! What a great service! Highly recommended practise and brach!”

“I had braces fitted at the Barkingside clinic. My teeth were very crooked and it took a year to complete the treatment but the results are astonishingly good - much better than I expected. Thank you to dentists Arman Barfeie and Kamila Azimova and nurse Lush. Now I need to learn how to smile properly after years of hiding my teeth!”

“I visited the Leicester branch regarding implants for my front teeth. I was very nervous about the treatment before I went and doubted if my expectations could be met after quite a lot of bad experiences. However, Talha, my Treatment Coordinator, put me at ease straight away and was brilliant in making sure everything I wanted to achieve was being taken care of. This included always answering my numerous emails and phone calls and was very prompt in getting back to me with all my requests. Michael, my dentist, was brilliant too. He knew what I was thinking before I asked my questions and explained the process clearly to me. Every procedure has risks, and I was very grateful that these were clearly explained to me. The procedure was not painful at all. I am wearing denture at the moment waiting for the bone and gums to heal. I would strongly recommend this practise for others. Because you build strong relationships with the team, it feels like you are working together rather than being alone in the decision making process.”

“I have a lot of teeth problems and so naturally my dentist, their attitude and the supporting staff at my dentist's surgery are very important to me. I have been with Finest dental since the inception as I was already a patient at one of the surgeries they took over, with my original dentist moving to be employed by them. Since being a patient with them I have found them to be incredibly helpful, friendly and able to go the extra mile when you have an emergency or need help. I have had to see dentist's who weren't my own a few hours before flying abroad and every dentist has been so positive, kind and never made me feel bad about the state of my teeth (which is not so great!). Really rate this surgery - only problem is they can be difficult to get through to when you call them! Thankyou Finest Dental.”

“I am nearing the end of my Invisalign treatment and I can honestly say that the service provided by Finest Dental Liverpool Street has been exceptional. The initial consultation was great and everything was clearly explained, every appointment since has been extremely smooth running and they are always so flexible with timings. The dentists and all of the staff on reception are so friendly and welcoming, I am just so pleased I chose those practice. My Invisalign results are fantastic and my only regret is that I didn't start the process sooner - the treatment is worth every penny and I can now smile with confidence. 2 more weeks to go!”

“I'm a sixty six year lady, that has had a phobia about Dentist all my life. How I wish I had known about this wonderful practice years ago... I cannot recommend these people highly enough. If you are looking for Profesional excellence, with a very relaxed staff that give you a warm welcome. Then you need look no more. And I might add they are very competitive with the prices. Trisha.”

“What a fantastic practice with a great team and excellent value for money treatments. I needed an implant and did a lot of research including visiting two dental practices in Leicester and even considering having it done in Budapest!! Very fortunately, I came across Finest Dental on the website and how pleased I am that I did. The treatment was initially explained to me on the telephone and then by Michael who is carrying out the work. I was in no doubt after my first visit that I had chosen well as Michael the extra mile to explain the treatment and put me at ease. The treatment so far has been painless even though Michael said there may be swelling and some pain for 2-3 days. I had neither. Excellent!! Talha who manages reception and provides customer support has also been excellent; very friendly with a great smile always. He explained the payment options and even paid back £50 because he felt the treatment had been more straightforward than first envisaged. That has never happened before!! I now think I have a crack in my other tooth- where do you think I will be going???”

“If you are thinking about having dental work, look no further than Finest Dental. I have just finished my extensive treatment (bridgework, crowns and implants) and I am over the moon with the results. The whole process has been seamless; fantastic girls on reception, appointments to suit me, an interest free payment plan to pay for it (and half the price of other dentists I had visited). The gentle Simon carried out most of the work and every step of the way he explained what he would be doing, and then Charlie did the final treatment today. I'm not exaggerating if I tell you it's changed my life, because now I can smile with confidence, rather than never showing my teeth or laughing with my hand over my mouth. I will be back to get the bottom ones done - thank you Finest Dental!”

“I had been looking for a while to find the right dentist to acquire invisalign braces, but as i soon as i found Finest Dental I know it would be the best dentist to start my treatment with. The process was explained very well by the consultant and Olivia who is one of the the treatment coordinators, this made me feel very confident to go ahead with the treatment. It was very easy and simple to understand and had removed any doubts that I had prior to the consultation. I look forward to starting my treatment soon. I 100% recommend choosing Finest Dental if you wish to get any dental treatment done.”

“I came to finest dental with the fear of going to dentist... once I had met kamila and the team after a consultation I booked in for my 8 vaneers and very happy I did so! The have worked very hard to give me the natural smile I was hoping to achieve and my confidence has had a mayjor boost. “I have been thinking about Veneers for some time but was a bit worried regarding the treatment and whether it would work for me etc.. I looked online and saw that Finest Dental do a free consultation which I thought would alleviate my concerns, so I applied online for an initial chat. Someone has just called me from Finest Dental and I was totally shocked. The conversation from the person I spoke with just revolved around the cost and not the treatment. This is how the conversation went. him: "How many veneers do you want" me: "I am not sure that why I wanted to speak with someone". him: "Do you realise how much they cost?" me: " Yes I looked online". Him: Will you be going for the finance option." Me: I hadn't really thought that far ahead at this stage. " I just wanted to see someone to get their expert opinion" Him OK I can book you in but will have to charge you a deposit of £50." me: " But I thought it was a free consultation" Him: "We will refund it when you turn up". I'm sorry but from someone who wants specific medical treatment I felt like I was a credit card. I am sure that once you get past that initial call things are great, but guys I have a business and I use a consultative approach not a this is how much it's going to cost are you happy to carry on talking to me.”

“I've recently had upper and lower arches teeth in a day treatment and the customer service has been excellent from the start. Always been made to feel very welcome at the Winchester clinic and the staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease (which is very difficult when your about to have all of your teeth removed). Sam, the receptionist, has been more than helpful throughout and is a lovely person to chat to. Binita and Katie, the dental nurses, have been amazing to say the least and I haven't wanted for anything and last but not least, Stavros is a dental god! I have full confidence in his ability and am amazed at how much he has changed my confidence and my entire life. Would highly recommend this brilliant team of people to anyone looking for any dental work. Could not have asked for better service and was definitely worth the money.”

“£50 deposit which is fair enough. Called one hour before my app to say would be 10-15 mins late. Girl told me she was an external receptionist but would pass Message on. Got to the place and said their policy is 15 min cut off so even though I had 15 Min left of my app they wouldn't see me. Bad customer service. Should have told me not to bother coming. I'll go to sensu for my Invisalign”

“I have always been nervous where dentists are concerned but I bit the bullet and went for my first consultation. I met Stavros and he really put me at ease with the whole journey that I was about to take. He explained what would happen at every stage and timescales that each process would take. So the whole process started and is now complete, I am very pleased with the new teeth I have. There were complications with the lab that made the implants but all the way Stavros sorted it out straight away. He is a credit to Finest Dental and I would recommend him to anyone that is worried about seeing a dentist. The level of care that I received by Sam (the smiling receptionist) was outstanding, whenever you walked in the reception she always had a big smile, she was very friendly and was always very welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the treatment I was having and made me very relaxed whilst waiting to go and see Stavros. Sam always offered me a cup of tea or coffee before and after each appointment. On occasions my partner would accompany me to the Winchester practice and Sam would look after her and offer her coffee while I was in the chair. All through my treatment I would have questions about what's next and Sam would explain everything. My partner would always comment on how nice and professional Sam was. Sam is also a big credit to the Finest Dental team. Stavros, Sam and the dental nurses at Winchester together make a great team and even though there were problems along the way with the lab that made the teeth I would 100% recommend Finest Dental in Winchester”

“I was for the first time at this clinic and was fully satisfied with the welcome at the reception, the venue and the high professionalism of the Doctor. Was there for a polishing with Dr. Kamila Azimova, and was impress by her skills, the treatment and how she made me feel confortable even if seated on a dentist chair.”
