Impressed with the service from Flannels as a company however very disappointed with the product I purchased. The silver trim on the side of the trainer have started to peel off after 2 wears. Not what you expect from trainers over £100.

It's 29/4/2019, I am still waiting for the delivery of the order "FLAN40000056567533", the speed of delivery is realy, realy slow, it make me feel very disapointed. I did phone the delivery company to check the problem, it told me that my address is "out of area" (actually in comman area - Hong Kong is not that big) and will deliver next day, but it was postpone again. For your reference, for online shopping, I usually got my pracel at the next day after it arrive HK, by DHL or UPS etc. I think it's very important for a online shop to choose a reliable shipping partner, I feel appreciated for the good price of the pants I shopped, but I would say it's one of the worst experiance of shopping online. I am willing to pay more for choosing a better shipping company.

Expensive designer product but when delivered the packaging and presentation of the product is diabolical.the sunglasses I ordered were covered in makeup, had sticky marks on the legs,the case was dented and marked and inside was a ripped off but of receipt paper with the article number scribbled on in marker pen. No authenticity cards etc came with the glasses. Really unhappy as this is expensive premium product , primark values its product and customer more than flannels

Requested next day delivery and paid additional. The product didn’t turn up 6 days later. Within the 6 days I’d sent an email with no response at all. I am returning the product and guess what, you can’t return it to a shop and have to pay for the return out of your own pocket. Frankly a pretty poor service I’d say.

When I get in I was waiting for someone to come and ask me what I need but even after 5 minutes nobody came,and they let me wait more than half an hour to collect my item.

Fact that you don't offer free delivery or returns when most of your competitors do is a bit of a joke. probably will never shop with you again.

I made my purchase online and used the collect from store service as the store didn’t have my size in stock. When I went to the Denton store to collect my order there was a female member of staff at the desk, she looked up as I approached, looked straight at me and turned and walked into the back room area, completely blanking me. I waited at the desk as I couldn’t see another staff member. After a short while the female member of staff returned to the shop floor and walked straight past me, even ignoring me when I said ‘excuse me’ to draw her attention. She then took up a position approximately half way down the store with her back to me, I managed to attract the attention of a male staff member who had to walk past the fald to come to assist me. I would not expect or condone this attitude from a staff member in a ‘Pound shop’, I find it inexcusable and unnacceptable that I was treated like this having spent hindreds of pounds with your company. This experience has certainly coloured my view and I will think twice before using you again and I certainly won’t reccomend your company to friends and family

Hi I ordered some mallet trainers for my husband which has come with the wrong colour laces what I've ordered, don't want the hassle on sending them back so I'm currently looking for the same coloured laces! Other than that the hubby is happy with the trainers.

All the top brands but poor that you can spend hundreds and still pay delivery. Buying one garment and returning one cost me £23 on top of the price. Won’t be using again.

Although the shopping experience was ok etc. The price for Delivery is extortionate! £7.99 for a Cap ridiculous would not purchase again, only reason i paid this time was because was needed as last minute gift!

I like flannels but first time shopping online and such a terrible system. How can you charge delivery for click and collect to store and THEN charge for returning clothing items. Such a terrible way for customers who are spending there hard earned money at flannels

Very hit and miss. In store staff members range from excellent to rude and snobby. Online is often good, but I only ever buy from flannels online if it’s something I’ve seen and tried on elsewhere because the returns policy is so weird. The shoes I purchased online have wear marks on the sole, the soles are 2 different colours and someone had half ripped the stickers off already but I was to afraid to tell them, as last time I had an issue with clothing from flannels I was told I damaged it myself, when all I wanted was an exchange.

I placed an order online, when I collected it I was so disappointed, it didn’t look anything like the picture I paid for delivery then had to pay to send it back even though it wasn’t what I ordered and had to go out to get present so online shopping did me no favours

Was sent clothes with the tags on? Should get a quality control you can make sure clothes you supply are of standards if people are spending there money with you.

Lovely clothes but the sizing is all over the place. I ordered two suits and a jacket, in theory all of the same size. The suits were ridiculously small, and the jacket was large and shapeless. I get that different designs and styles with have different fit, but these were miles apart. Ordered a pair of size 10 pumps, again way off on sizing. In all, ordered over £500 worth of clothing, paid £10 delivery. Returned all of it at a further cost of £13, so spent £23 in total without keeping any of it.

Ordered a belt as an anniversary gift for my husband but it came with the security tag on. This resulted in him not being able to wear it when I wanted it for. Quick delivery though

Good quick delivery but I sent the top back due to being to small an ordered the next size up. I sent back 1st class on Wednesday an re-ordered on Fri. The money had come out for new top but still no refund from original order. It's simple if I send back an get same top in bigger size then don't charge for the new order. Also should be able to hand into store. Probably won't use online again I'll just go to store. Hurry up with my refund please
