The absolute worst when it comes to returning an item that was much smaller than it should have been. No return label, no one available 24 hours by phone, impossible to contact directly. The company wants to make it so frustrating that you'll keep the damn item.

Like others, I was pestered and tempted to buy from this company, and ended up ordering a dress. I decided to pay an extra $5 for 'expedited' delivery, to speed up the delivery from about 2 weeks to 2-4 days. Nowhere was I told -- before I had paid -- that it was 2-4 days shipping time AFTER a week of getting the item ready to ship (insane!). That it would take a week to organize the package for shipping made me suspicious, and I therefore searched for reviews of the company, which I should have done before ordering. Seeing so many negative reviews, I lost all faith that I would actually like the item I had ordered, and decided to cancel my order. Three times I was asked if I really wanted to cancel -- and offered an additional discount, told the package was ready to ship, etc. It's like they didn't believe me, and was just causing more delay. To their credit, this entire e-conversation was tracked (and I made sure to keep screen shots just in case). Then, the final email said it could take up to 15 business days to get the refund, but it actually came in just a couple of days. So at least canceling the order -- once I convinced them that I really wanted to cancel it -- worked ok. Overall, however, I would not recommend doing business.

Two months delay for goods. From Singapore. Inferior products. Won’t reply to my request for return address. Have to pay postage myself.No faith they will refund. Do not buy from this company.

Nearly 80% 1* reviews tells me all I need to know. The dresses look gorgeous but clearly there is huge problem, either with the products or with the service, so I will shop elsewhere and save myself a whole load of hassle.

Its' just incredibly cheap quality clothes. Looks great on the models only because they can literally pull off anything. The material is horribly cheap looking.. I got 5 items including a necklace. The necklace was fine and even though I was confident about everything else, it was all really terrible. And I don't even have that high of standards.

On 2/3/2019, I ordered dresses for a wedding this Friday, 3/22/2019. I thought I would have enough time, over a month, to receive the dresses. On 3/8/2019 I received an email stating the dresses had been shipped. I went back to this email after waiting for 10 days, and in fine print it states, "may take 8-18 days to arrive". I guess I'm going to be shopping for a dress!

I ordered a dress paid $23.93 for express shipping 17 days later and an email to the company with a reply saying it was peak season (whatever that means) it will be sent on the 12th but according to their website to track it still has not even let the building. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Ive cancelled my order 🤞🏼🤞🏼 And cancelled payment with my bank. I should have read the reviews first.

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use. Nasty cheap poor quality items,took six weeks to deliver. One item was duplicated and charged for,difficulty in getting response for my messages on how to return all items.I have now given them to a charity shop.

Would give zero if could. Ordered 16 Feb and still waiting for items on 14 March - not in line with advertiserd delivery times. Tried to contact by webchat - got an email saying had been shipped. Tried to respond to email on customer service address and email returned as undeliverable. I think the items probably will arrive as the courier has details and is waiting for it to turn up, and will update on the quality when they do arrive, but based on turnaround time and customer support I would avoid in future.

I am nervous after reading the reviews and think I have fallen for a scam. I placed an order 5 days ago. I have tried to track it to find it has not been shipped yet. Money has left my account £110 😬 No contact number for customer service. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Avoid this company. Ordered 2 items: one turned up as ordered after a couple of weeks; other bore no relationship whatsoever to item ordered (other than size). Return process cumbersome, no sign of return labels, company address or invoice in pack. As requested sent photos of wrong item, but was told they were in the wrong format (though photos were in format requested). Company clearly wants to shirk customer service obligations.

Thanks to all for making us aware of your experiences. After reading them I won't be purchasing anything. So glad I read reviews i think going forward its probably best to do so when ordering from an online company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!! I purchased over $150 of clothing on Feb. 17, 2019, and have not received anything. Also...the tracking info they gave me is bogus. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!

FloryDay sent me a dress that was so different from what I paid for. I am now finding it impossible to return to them. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM. I hope I get my money back

Do i ordered a dress and what i got was not remoty near what was advertised. I am extremely disappointed mot to mention livid because it also means that the reviews are not genuine. I doubt that i would be returning the dress cos its gonna cost me more money for shipping. So its gonna be throwing good money after bad unfortunately. I wi never trust to buy anything from this site again. And i will be telling all my friends not to even attempt it. U wish i could post a picture here of what i received. The fabric and style was no where near the advertised item. I have been scammed.

If I could give zero stars I would- this company doesn’t ship, apparently ever! I ordered in early January and am still waiting. They said they’d reship my order, but it hasn’t even been packaged yet (that was five days ago).

The coat I ordered was way smaller than the Flory Day size chart said it would be. It also took a very long time to arrive from China and came without any receipt enclosed. When I tried to exchange it, I was told I'd be given a credit for the price of the coat but not for the very high $15 shipping charge I'd incurred. According to their policy on exchanges, the customer has to eat the cost of shipping three times over--for the original purchase, for the return through the mail, and for the replacement purchase. In my case, that would've added up to more than the cost of the coat itself so I decided to forego all that hassle & expense & just pass the coat on to a family member. I feel burned by this experience and will never do business with Floyday again.

Order placed 1/6/19; charged 1/9/19, items in stock and still haven’t received. Cust service only does internet chat and don’t have access to orders. When I tracked pkg processing date changed twice and shows still in China. Wished I had read reviews. Disputing charge.
