I ordered a blouse from FloryDay, on the 3rd of August, sadly it did not fit me, so I returned it, and was told it would take about 14 days to refund me. It is now the 1st of October, and I still have not received the refund. I have tried to email them and have had no luck, the email will not go through. I've spent hours on their chat line, but there hands are tied, and they can not give me a suitable answer.

The quality is shocking. Cheap fabric & poor quality stitching. Probably made by a 5 year old.

Sorry, FloryDay clothing is awful, very cheaply made! Sizes are way off. I returned all items I received.

I ordered a bag in mid August, said to arrive in max 15 days, we are now late September and I did not receive anything. Moreover, I keep writing to the After-Sale Service and simply keep getting the same standard reply that I will be contacted within 24 hours - which NEVER happened. So, where is the item I ordered and paid in advance? Why didn't I get it on time? Why can't they trace it? And, most of all, why can't I get a real, personal reply to all above questions?

Beware is the best review of this company. Ordered dress June 28, July 18 sent an email about shipment, shipped July 20. Arrived Aug 7, dress is unfinished, sleeves unfinished and no hem. Contacted them, requested a finished dress. Back and forth with numerous offers, final one in interesting. I can pay $22.00 (non refundable) to return and then once it is received, if ever they will give me back my money. Consider the money lost, DO not bother with this company unless you like frustration.

Clothes on the site aren't the same as the ones they send to you....copycat items, different fabric, but you get charged for what you see on pictures ... then they don't respond when you want to send the items back... stay away. I suspect they are within UK...overcharging and misleading

Please read real castumers reviews. Flory day online crook, want to buy floryday only through amazone. There you can return refund, through floryday, when u want return, they never put inside the packege ticket return. Also flory..promised you send by email, take days to days and send wrong tickets..looks play games, win the time..and never refound. My order history disappeared, and can,t fill out form as order no order found. No history purchased, after few days...avoid this looks crook China site. .Remember only 14 days for return..

It is a laborious process to get a refund from Floryday.The dress I ordered was of very poor quality and too small.It takes several emails and detailed instructions in order to obtain a refund-ages after the item was returned.There was no return address,return label or receipt in the parcel. I had to pay the return postage and this was not refunded.I also had to supply a photo of postage receipt.I will never deal with Floryday again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Two tops I received shrunk after the first wash. To date Floraday have not found my order. It's a shame because I loved the tops.

The Returns Policy is complicated and very costly to the customer. Beware of this when ordering and be really certain you want the item. I imagine a lot of customers just don't bother returning items. With so many on line retailers offering free returns, FloryDay may consider reviewing their policy and making more customer friendly.

I purchased a top that looked great on the web. when it came it was too small and very strange sewing. I had to return it and I am waiting for the refund as promised. I also had to pay return postage. Things returned in US usually are postage paid by the company.

I ordered a hot air dryer I waited a few weeks for my delivery which hadn’t arrived I emailed the company and my email bounced back as none existent They took my payment Do not bother with this company They are SCAMMING people

Do not even try to return your item as they will do everything in there power not to give a full refund. Stay away from purchasing anything, The clothes are very poor quality..

Floryday.com is a total scam. I saw this advert on their website: https://www.floryday.com/cart.php and ordered the Women's Flats Flat Heel Flats (1321241) on 15/06/2019 Order #: 027985355520 for GBP 37.97 including standard shipping of 7-16 days shipping but parcel arrived on the 19th of July 2019. Upon receipt of the parcel, I realised the shoes received and the ones advertised on their website a totally different, not anywhere close to the ones advertised. (See attached pictures). I wrote to Floryday, registering my displeasure and utter disgust at their dishonesty and how they tricked me with their false advertisement and lured me to buy from their website, by advertising beautiful shoes and then making cheap ugly copycats and selling them off at the price of the originals. God knows where they stole those pictures of the genuine shoes from . Message from Floryday when I requested my full refund and that they take back their fake shoes: "Dear Joel Our customer representative has replied to your Ticket #3800794445: Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that the item(s) did not turn out exactly as you expected. We can totally understand that customers mainly check products by the pictures shown on the website when shopping online. Affected by the resolution and the lighting, some details may not be presented very well and easily to be overlooked. We will take these into consideration when launching new styles, and make sure that all the details are clear enough for our customers. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product(s). We can accept the return to our China warehouse, but based on our experience, the return might take quite a long time and also the return postage will be costly. Please kindly reply to this email to tell us which options you prefer before we process the next step. The above statement clearly shows that they are a dishonest entity and do not care about customers and they think the customers are stupid, the items they advertise on their website and the goods they deliver are not anywhere similar, Floryday products are bad, terribly ugly cheap knock offs/copycats of the originals. Look at the picture attached and judge for yourselves. Protect your money and keep away from Floryday.com. All you see on their website is too too good to be true, you will lose your money and you will be stressed too KEEP AWAY FROM FLORYDAY. AND READ REVIEWS OF THESE ONLINE SHOPS BEFORE YOU BUY Floryday.com really casts bad light on genuine online sellers like aliexpress, gearbest, banggood etc.

Clothes took far too long to arrive and when they did my 3xl shirt fitted my daughter who is a size 12. Also the long white shirt only just comes past my waist and is huge!!! Your sizing is a joke. I haven’t returned the items because to be honest couldn’t be bothered. I doubt very much I would have received my money back anyway. Will not order anything again.
