Utter shambles. No quibble return actually means they keep the VAT from the refund. 20% of sales value kept by them for something that is back on their shelves. Contacted BBC Watchdog and HMRC to take their view and open a case. DO NOT BUY from here under any circumstances.

Terrible company, I ordered 4 items, the quality and cut were appalling, such poor quality. I spent £56.24 on this order which took 2 months to be delivered. When I applied for their 'hassle free return', they refunded me £39.59. They charged me for the return delivery as well as the original shipping fee, this was their reply: We are sorry to know that you are doubt about the refund amount. I can understand your concern. Please note that if you have used any coupon in your order. The coupon value cannot refund. Thank you for your understanding. For the shipping fee, according to our policy, we hope you could understand that the return postage and the original shipping fee will be at your expense. The shipping fee is paid to the delivery company to arrange the shipment for you. We do not earn anything from that. Here is the statement ""Cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to our company. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process"". Reminder: If you have used the label we provided to return the order, the return cost deducted from your refund. It may cause your problem about the refund amount. Stay clear!!!

It’s been 28 days and it hasn’t been processed yet! Then it will be another 15-20 days to ship .Floryday didn’t even offer for expedited shipping to make up for the delay

I am disgusted by the way floryday treats their customers. I preordered a dress and they kept my money for a month then cancelled the order after keeping my money for a month, however I could have bought the dress at a larger price. My second order was a poor quality and sent to me 3 sizes too small even though the size was on the packet - no excuse floryday. This item I then had to pay to send back their problem. Never again!!

A refund of $87 AUD confirmed for Order 028508433326 in October has never been credited to my card. This despite advice of this. Never again would I deal with Floryday and would never recommend you.

It’s a great way to shop, but when I needed to return items it was too difficult & the process was drawn out, not pleasant when the customer feels like it’s her fault the clothes didn’t fit (sleeves to small). Process to complicated. Returns were Very unpleasant so I will not be using this service again.

I bought 3 dresses in size S. One fitted well and looked like the pic on the website. The second wasn't made well, didn't look like the photo. Well, the third one...what can I say???!!!!..... It looked like a bag of potatoes (LITERALLY!!!) Ordered size S, it didn't come with ANY labels whatsoever, no sizing, no materials description, no cleaning instruction NOTHING! It was a XXL!!!And the fabric was so cheap, it literally looked like it was a 5 mins garage stitching job....and to think that I paid the same price I would pay for a good quality dress in a top department store in Melbourne is frustrating! The review option provided by them after delivery is as CONNIVING AND DECEITFUL! They're have PRE LOCKED IN the five stars (excellent) for you so you can't change it to 1 star with a small interix included to indicate fine print making customers accountable for misreading their misleading shifty reviews! Disgusting really!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! 1 STAR!

Forget returns....you buy it period. My final order from floryday arrived yesterday. The quality of the fabric was unwearable. The sizes were erratic and the quality of the dresses was nothing like the web photos. All things considered each item was overpriced. The best part of the delivery was the packaging. So sad bc early on I received several items which I enjoyed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE: COMPLETE SCAM. If I could give 0 Stars, that would make the review more honest. The site is a total Scam. It's only possible to talk to pre-sale representatives, that simply give you the run-around with the limited information they are given. I can't rate the product quality or delivery time because I ordered a dress that was never shipped. Then two weeks after order was placed, I was sent an email that I could not respond to stating that the product was not available and that I would be issued a refund back onto my account within 7-14 business days. After waiting the 14 days, I tried to contact the company to address the issue only to be given the option of emailing a "relevant department" and being told I would have to wait 24-48 hours to even get a reply to this issue, putting it and 15-16 days with still no refund. So, over a month after I ordered from this site, No product, No refund, and No real way of talking to anyone with any useful information. I was left with the only option of forwarding all relevant information to my attorney. I guess now the fun begins. What a headache!

Apart from the fact it takes ages for your order to be delivered once it has arrived and you find you want to return it the problems start. There is no return slip in the bag. You have to go on-line and fill in a lot of details about your order, why you want to return it and then they'll send you an e-mail within 24 hours. This doesn't include the return address, just another form to fill in. Once you have the return address, they ask you to take a copy of your proof of posting and send it to them so that they can reimburse you quickly. And they do - except that they take off the cost of postage to you, their insurance, and a little bit more besides. What that is for I have no idea. Will I use this company again. Sorry, no - I haven't time to jump through all their hoops. A simple return slip is really all that's needed as most other companies provide.
