“I would give this company a ZERO, if I could. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, paid in full. Received a notice TODAY, that my order has been cancelled due to non payment (a lie) and that I should receive a refund in 10-14 Days!!! If I hadn't paid (their claim), why would I need a refund???? This whole copmpany is a scam.”

“I got the hooded floral jacket,it's thinner than I expected and ideally wish I had ordered the next size up so could wear thick jumper underneath but I love it,it came when it said it would be delivered and got emails tracking it,would order again”

“Shocked customer who's now suspicious. I couldn't even write a proper review of the popular coat I bought on their website because I wasn't a member and thus they didn't have my purchase saved in their system. There's a lot of polite language and kind emails, but it really isn't very helpful... working on my return right now and I am discovering that. Lots of complicated hoops to jump through.”

“Just to say thank you to all the unlucky reviewers who warned us! When I saw that a coat I wanted would be $20 shipping, bells and whistles went off and I checked the reviews. Thank Goodness I did! I won't order that tempting coat now, nor anything else from this company or any company that does work in China!!”

“Loved the service and the dress I ordered from FloryDay! It was too long for a 5ft 4in person and have to admit it was difficult to find a seamstress/dressmaker that would rehem a handkerchief hemline. Was able to work that out and it was ready for my sons wedding, but the flower down the middle didn’t look right. My dressmaker said she’d have the remake the entire dress to place the top of the flower just beneath the bust. Next time would take heed of the models height vs mine.”

“I placed my first and last order in November. The package has not yet arrived. When tracking the package it continues to show that it is in transit. I will NEVER, EVER order from this company again. If the package ever arrives and the dress does not fit, I will give it to Goodwill, rather than going through the hassle of trying to return it. Think twice before you place an order with this company!”

“I spent 165.00 with this company and not 1 piece was correct. Terrible and shotty workmanship. I'm a woman who wears a size large. These pieces were sooo big I had to give them away. Nothing like the pictures. Sleeves uneven and material awful. Stay away!”

“very very poor quality fabric, cheap dies used and stink of chemicals. nothing like the photos. be warned! the prices are low for a reason! delivery was on time and well packaged. but the products are for the garbage. very disappointed.”

“I was very pleased with the 2 blouses I bought, delivered within 10 days, packing was excellent. I had no problems at all with this company, although I was worried about the order after reading some of the reviews, AFTER I had placed my order! Thank you for the blouses, I shall use you again!”

“Absolute garbage. Photos look great but the item you will receive is a cheap poor quality Chinese copy made from a cheap itchy material. Had to open a claim via PayPal to get my refund. Also delivery should have been 7-9 days I waited for 30 days with a tracking number that does not exist. Check the reviews there's 1000s of bad reviews on lots of review sites. DO NOT RISK BUYING ANYTHING IT'S A SCAM they just make it so difficult to get a refund and hope you will go away and give up so they can keep your money.”

“I had to cancel my order right on the following day I made my purchase, because my daughter changed her mind. The order was intended for her. I asked the customer service for a refund. Within 7-14 days as they promised, they issued a refund to my account. I have a good experienced with all the customer representatives I got in to contact by email. They were polite and they did what they promised to do. They always replied to my emails within 24 hours. I am very satisfied with their service. Thank you all !”

“This is the worst experience ever. My orders are over 40 days late. I was finally able to track one order and as of November 29th it was in China!!! Today is December 10, 2018!!! The company had me call the post office because they have no clue where my order is. Do not order from Floryday.”

“The 2 dresses i bought were exactly as illustrated. The size was excellent. Unfortunately i waited 1 month from dispatch date to receive the garments. The company refunded me 10% when i expressed by dissatisfaction with tge delivery time.”

“Do not buy anything from Floriday , if you need to return an item it is impossible to get in touch with customer services to send an item back to them. Why can they not put a return address in with the item”

“Buyers Beware!!!!! I finally received my order today and was very disappointed. The items I ordered were/is being advertised as embroidered and they are just cheap looking printed fabrics! I will never buy from them again. Also, another shady thing they advertise is that you will receive order in 7 to 8 days NOT. That time frame is once your order make it to the US. It takes about 3 weeks. So very angry 😡😡😡😡😡”

“My recent purchase from FloryDay.com was substandard. The clothing look great online but in reality they are of very poor quality. FloryDay also state purchases are refundable. You will receive a refund according to the reason for the return. Exchanges are not offered and some items are not returnable at all (i.e.; belt). And it'll indicate shipping within a reasonable amount of time however it took 3 1/2 weeks to receive my purchase. It appeared Customs rummaged through the shipment before getting to the purchaser and an invoice or package sheet was not included in pkg. I understand international shipments must be checked however I will not make future purchases even with the coupon offered. One benefit is the return to shipper location is in the U.S.A. which shortens the time it will take to process your partial refund. And return shipping charges are your responsibility. Not worth it!”

“Uggh! Why did I not read reviews before I ordered? I had no idea this was a Chinese site and of course the beautiful blouse lured me in and I lost my senses and ordered. Fortunately, it was cheap. I ordered it Oct 9th. They send me an email saying it was shipped with a tracking code but no indication who the shipper is. After some research I figured out it was Aftership. I put the tracking code in on Aftership and when using Google translate, i can see it landed somewhere on October 21st. Where it landed, who knows. I'm hoping it landed in NY Customs? Beware, when you order from a Chinese site, you become an importer and have to pay tarriffs, too. I'm hoping my $30 USD blouse will go under the radar. It is now the 26th. I will give them 1 week and if I still don't get it, I will have my credit card company reverse the charges.”
