Very impressed with ordering , to delivery, I contacted them to find out when my top was being delivered and they were so nice and polite and so helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again, love the top it’s good quality and had lots of compliments so yes very pleased with whole process

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE: COMPLETE SCAM. If I could give 0 Stars, that would make the review more honest. The site is a total Scam. It's only possible to talk to pre-sale representatives, that simply give you the run-around with the limited information they are given. I can't rate the product quality or delivery time because I ordered a dress that was never shipped. Then two weeks after order was placed, I was sent an email that I could not respond to stating that the product was not available and that I would be issued a refund back onto my account within 7-14 business days. After waiting the 14 days, I tried to contact the company to address the issue only to be given the option of emailing a "relevant department" and being told I would have to wait 24-48 hours to even get a reply to this issue, putting it and 15-16 days with still no refund. So, over a month after I ordered from this site, No product, No refund, and No real way of talking to anyone with any useful information. I was left with the only option of forwarding all relevant information to my attorney. I guess now the fun begins. What a headache!

Apart from the fact it takes ages for your order to be delivered once it has arrived and you find you want to return it the problems start. There is no return slip in the bag. You have to go on-line and fill in a lot of details about your order, why you want to return it and then they'll send you an e-mail within 24 hours. This doesn't include the return address, just another form to fill in. Once you have the return address, they ask you to take a copy of your proof of posting and send it to them so that they can reimburse you quickly. And they do - except that they take off the cost of postage to you, their insurance, and a little bit more besides. What that is for I have no idea. Will I use this company again. Sorry, no - I haven't time to jump through all their hoops. A simple return slip is really all that's needed as most other companies provide.

Ordered some shoes, delivery between 5/9 days, then later I read the reviews, my heart sank thought they would take weeks to come or poor quality or it was a con and I'd lost my money, then on the eighth day as promised the shoes came, I was so pleased , beautiful quality, love them thank you

I am extremely happy with the level of customer service shown in their returns policy. My Emails were responded to quickly and I returned my itms without any fuss. I received a full refund very quickly. From my experience I would recommend this company as being honest in their treatment of their customers.

I ordered a blouse from FloryDay, on the 3rd of August, sadly it did not fit me, so I returned it, and was told it would take about 14 days to refund me. It is now the 1st of October, and I still have not received the refund. I have tried to email them and have had no luck, the email will not go through. I've spent hours on their chat line, but there hands are tied, and they can not give me a suitable answer.

I had previously written a very negative review as, after almost two months, I hadn't received the item I had ordered and paid in advance. I had tried to contact Floryday several times, but got no answer. Yet, after my negative review, I was contacted and given the refund. Given these premises, I cannot say that I am super happy with Floryday and its service but at some point they really started to care - even though that happened only after the negative review.
