Fraud - I ordered an arrangement and candy. They never sent the candy, and left the “arrangement” on top of a car late at night, hours late. And the product is really bad. So disappointed people do this. One picture is the product picture on their site, and the other is what they delivered. They won’t answer their phone line or emails either. Please don’t order here!!!!!!

I ordered the Zen Lily arrangement (Deluxe) as I wanted my family to have a fall centerpiece for Thanksgiving. Instead, they received the white bouquet which resembled a funeral spray. It doesn't look anything like the Zen Lily - not one orange-colored flower! Additionally, the flowers sent began browning the next day. When I provided FlowerShopping.com with the photos, the response was the white arrangement was within the parameters of their contract with the local florist. They did offer a 25% refund because of the browning of the flowers which I have yet to receive. I would not order through this company - I don't care if they claim the fine print indicates they can substitute any flower they want - it should at least be within the color ordered and similar seasonal style. Like other unhappy customers have indicated, I wish I had read these reviews first. I have found a local florist in the area with real 4+ star ratings and will use them next time. Bummed, I didn't do that this time!

I recently ordered flowers through this company for my mother’s birthday. While I was initially patient and understanding of the possible delay due to an order placed for the next day, it quickly became obvious that my order would not be delivered on the day promised. After sending an email questioning the status of my order, I received a phone call by a representative of the company who offered me an $11 refund on my $67 order. When I refused an $11 refund, the representative said they could not help me and I said that was fine, but I would be calling or emailing higher up to resolve this situation. Later that evening, I received an email that my order had been delivered. This was at 8:45pm, which is not during normal business hours, and did not make any sense. I feel that the only reason my flowers were delivered was because I refused a partial refund, and threatened to take the situation higher up. The flowers delivered were subpar and did not match the pictures on the website. The vase was not the same as advertised either. Less than a week later, the flowers were wilting and dying, and they were not fresh upon delivery, nor were they carefully arranged, just loosely held together with a rubber band. Disappointed is an understatement. I am frustrated that a company who claims to service people who are trying to give gifts to loved ones at special times, is taking advantage of their customers.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I beg you, if you were smart enough to look at the reviews for this website please do not waste your money ordering from this place!!!! It is an absolute scam. I ordered a $120 flower bouquet for my boss that got diagnosed with cancer and she received a bouquet that I could've bought for $20 dollars (more than the refund they gave me). The original bouquet had at least four species of beautiful flowers, and my boss just got a dozen roses. The bouquet wasn't ugly but NOT what I ordered and I ordered the deluxe. I was outraged!! The customer service was terrible. Lisa or Lydia if you see this, you're terrible. I thought she was a bot with how terrible she was. SO unhelpful, NEVER NEVER Order from here. Please they suck. I put pictures.

3 days after my supposedly delivery I called and was told they had no flora shops in that area that served them. They did however post the cost on my credit card. They did NOT inform me of this at anytime. Meanwhile I was under the impression my flowers were delivered to my friend. Now she thinks I don’t give a d about her suffering. All I got was an “ I’m sorry” from the customer service. Like that helped.

I paid extra 30 dollars for same day delivery and the bouquet was delivered at 8 o'clock at night. Day was pretty much over. The bouquet was nothing like the picture and the person who delivered the bouquet was intoxicated. I called customer service in hopes to get some of my money back. I got nothing but excuses. Disappointed to say the least. First time and unfortunately the last time ordering from them.

I wish I read these reviews. Ordered a sympathy bouquet 11/16 for same day shipping. Got an email saying it couldn’t be shipped so delayed till Monday. Got an email 11/19 that it was delivered; checked in with the recipient and was not delivered. Called the company, was assured it will be delivered the next day (11/20). Called and said it’ll be delivered the day after (11/21). Received email saying there were modifications and would be delivered that day. No word. I call again 11/22 and talk with an argumentative rep. Finally they agree to give me an actual update when there is a delivery. It would’ve been faster if I had just bought a bouquet when I got off work!

Ordered Baby's First Block Flowers with balloon to be delivered 11-15 or 11-16-2024. As of 11-17-2024 they were not delivered even after receiving email that they were delivered or out for delivery. Requested them to be canceled as patient would be going home. On 11-19-2024 customer service sent me a picture of flowers in a vase and stated my order was delivered. Nope- not what I ordered. I ordered Baby's 1st Block white roses and blue ribbons and Emailed customer service a copy of my order to let them know- the picture provided was not what I ordered. They said they would investigate and get back to me. As of today, my credit card has been charged so I will dispute the charges since services were not provided.

Flowershopping.com is the worst flower service on line. It was the first website that came up when i Googled ordering flowers. They had a 4.7 review rating, but i admit i did not read them. Their website is enticing and elegant, but their customer service is pathetic. I ordered SURPRISE flowers for my daughter's 30th birthday on 11-15-24 for her birthday on 11-16-24. Their website says if ordered before noon, generally they are delivered that day. Not only did she not get them on 11-15 or 11-16, I got an email on 11-17-24 in my "junk" folder that my order was canceled. So it was too late to order from another company. The company gives you NO update, where the flowers are coming from and good luck trying to reach customer service to find out anything. Currently I still have a $75 charge on my Visa as of 11-19-24 and still haven't talked to a customer service rep to resolve this matter. Im extremely disappointed in flowershopping.com and cannot say one good thing about this company. My advice, if you want flowers delivered in time, keep scrolling on Google to find a reputable company because flowershopping.com is NOT

Unbelievably bad! I’m so frustrated that I didn’t check these reviews first. There’s no accountability or anyone to talk to. I placed an order on a Wednesday to be delivered on Monday and they failed! Don’t order from flower shopping.com

I never received a confirmation for delivery. I called the customer service number and once I selected the phone prompt it disconnected. When i called the department to place an order the rep said she couldn't check my status. Total scam.

Don’t do it. I ordered a deluxe arrangement for a hospitality team for a church I had visited a few weeks ago thanking them for their kindness. I paid extra for it to be delivered on a Sunday during their service. I never received confirmation or even a picture of what the arrangement of what the flowers looked liked since the recipient is in another city. When I called a few days after the delivery inquiring about the flowers they said they were busy and would have someone get back with me. No one ever called. This was two weeks ago and as you can see the customer service needs work. I spent a lot for the arrangement and they didn’t put my mind at ease letting me know if it was delivered or how it looked. I finally got in contact with someone at the church and she said they did receive a delivery. I would share a pic of the flowers but I told her don’t waste her time on trying to track them down because if they weren’t the quality I expected I would be even more upset. Lesson learned. I will never order from this company again. Like Amazon, they should take a picture after delivery so customers know what they ordered.. even if the order has to be adjusted. Here’s the “confirmation” I received about the delivery. In my opinion, the is NOT a confirmation… saying “will be delivered shortly” is not a guarantee of delivery. When I called to follow up they never responded…

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. Ordered flowers for my Mom's 60th Birthday to be delivered and even paid a rush fee for early delivery. The delivery was supposed to occur by 1PM. I wasn't notified until 2PM that the order would not be happening. I understand that things happen. My main issue is the lack of communication and it being so late in the day; making is too late for me to make alternate plans. Customer service rep was nice though and issued me a refund. I'm sure I'll never be using them again.

I would give zero stars if I could! they told me that my order was being delivered and then they said the florist contacted them saying they could not fill the order. When I asked why they said “we don’t know why we are just a wire service.” THEY DON’T CARE! this was a sympathy arrangement for the family of my friend of over 30 years. His mother is having to bury a son and I wanted to send her some kind thoughts. All they can say is full refund and sorry for the inconvenience. This doesn’t cut it. Not only will I never do business with you. I am going to dedicate myself to letting as many people know as possible. You can’t just treat people this way and expect to stay in business. Your service matters, and you clearly don’t care! your suggestion was that I should call local florist. I called you because I can’t get the local florist to answer their phone! then you send me emails telling me to call customer care and customer “care” is saying they are not open, even though it is clearly within your business hours and you just called me! You don’t wanna talk to me! You know what you’ve done is wrong. You are giving your customers the runaround. thanks for compounding my grief. I could not have done it without you

Do not order from this disgusting company. I cannot believe the horrible way they have acted concerning mistakes made on my order. I ordered a completely white, peaceful bouquet in a basket for my sister who just lost her baby. Without contacting me or even letting me know, they substituted the flowers and delivered a rainbow bouquet that was about as opposite as can be from what I ordered. I immediately contacted them concerning the wrong delivery. You'd think they would send the correct flowers or refund me or something with an apology... But no. They inform me they would only EXCHANGE the bouquet. So take flowers away from the grieving person I sent them to?! I asked for a refund instead but they said they would still go take away the bouquet to do that. I have never experienced such horrible service. I'm truly disgusted. The person (Lisa) I talked to was so unapologetic and rude.

They cancelled my order at the last minute after I had already paid for it. They would not substitute, or offer anything in return for the cancellation. Will be using a different flower company from now on

They canceled my entire $300 order 5 minutes before closing for the day. They had the order for 10 hours and did nothing to fulfill it. Only after I called to inquire did they take action. I was notified of the cancellation by email. Aside From a refund, they did nothing to make this right. I’ll never try them again. 1800 flowers all the way!!!

DO NOT order flowers through this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother's 70th birthday, and the informed me at the very last minute that they were unable to make the delivery. I few hour later I received an email stating my order was canceled. I read to the Better Business Bureau website that customers were not receiving refunds from this company so I resorted to disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

Ripped me off. I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday. They never came. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone . They lied to my bank and told them they delivered them. REPORTED TO BBB.
