0 stars! I orderd an arrangement and chocolates for my mom for her birthday. The order was never sent. I called for 10 days trying to get ahold of someone. Noone is available for checking order status. You can be on the phone for hours pushing 1 & 2 to talk to someone. I was able to leave 5 messages through the order line. Noone wver called me back and on the 10th day i found out my order was cancelled! You all are the worst! Thanks for making my mom feel forgotten on her birthday! She is in the early stages of dementia and this was hard for her!🤬🤬🤬🤬 🤬🤬🤬! You are horrible people! I cant even answer questions below cause order was NEVER delivered!

I ordered a bouquet pictured and $19 chocolates. No chocolates arrived and customer service was not apologetic.. less flowers than pictured now tied on crappy…

First they had to substitute a different arrangement, then the couldn't deliver on the day requested and said delivery would be the next day, then they said they couldn't deliver on that day and I could have a more expensive arrangement and have delivery the NEXT day, THEN they just said sorry we dont deliver in your area. Say WHAT? They gave me a full refund but unfortunately my flowers never arrived and it's too late now. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I will NEVER use this company again.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR FLOWER NEEDS! Paid for premium flowers and was literally delivered wilted flowers and they gave a regular bouquet instead of the premium that I paid for. This company refuse to rectify it or refund me. Also I paid for 4 balloons, only received 2 and one was deflated.

Do Not use this company! They do not answer their phones and takes forever to reply to email. I had to act like I was placing a new order to even get someone. Then they finally emailed me and changed my order number. I placed an order for a lucky bamboo plant with 2 Mylar balloons and some latex balloons. I paid extra to have it delivered on Sunday. Well it wasn’t delivered on Sunday and midday the next day they still weren’t delivered. Took an hour to get ahold of someone because no one answers the part you need. I sent an email with no response. Finally pretended I was placing a new order and got someone. She said she would help me and gave her all my info and order number. She said it would be delivered this day. About an hour later I got my first email. Offered no refund for not delivering on Sunday but that it would go through. Got another email the order was placed and had a whole new order number. Got another email they needed to upgrade. I just said get my item to the person! Hours went by and the person finally got their order. It was NOT what I ordered and it had no balloons. I mean the company they used never contacted me about what changes were being made. They sent a plant that’s more for a funeral than saying congrats. The flower pot was horribly ugly light orange and the bow was rust color. I would have never picked anything like that out for saying congrats! Then on the typed out message I did they spelled my name wrong!! So they use people that don’t contact and ask you what you’d like. I continued to email them about this horrible experience. They asked for the pic of what I got and said well sometimes things aren’t available and we use the freshest plants blah blah blah. Good for you! But someone should contact the person paying and tell them what they have or ask what they’d like instead. They are refusing a full refund and offered me refund of a balloon, yes one balloon and 15% of the order. I told them I’d take it but I’m filing a complaint with my credit card company as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I’m so embarrassed by what my friend got on what was a happy occasion.

Never hire this service. They promise same-day delivery, charge more for this service, and are unable to deliver. In addition to a totally confusing service, where they offer services that they do not have the operational capacity to perform. Grade 0 for your services.

I ordered a big, beautiful bouquet with roses and lilies and other higher end flowers including a special, nicer vase along with a happy birthday balloon. What my mother-in-law received was a few carnations and daisies. No balloon, about 1/4 of the volume and much cheaper flowers in a dollar store vase. It looked like I went to the gas station and bought a $5 bunch of flowers. I was embarrassed as these were delivered during her birthday celebration. I reached out and they offered me a measly 15% refund. A good, honest company would have immediately refunded me and offered to send another bouquet to make it right. Never again! I tried to add pictures of what I ordered vs. What she got and conveniently the system is "unable to download at this time" I was finally able to get the Pic of what she received added but not of what I ordered. It was supposed to be the Meant to Be Bouquet by teleflora. It certainly was NOT!

Very dissatisfied…I contacted customer service and forwarded photos of the arrangement I ordered and photo of what they sent. They have omitted several flowers. The claim the substituted. I’m don’t think roses are substituted with carnations! I will never order from them again.

NOT DELIVERED ON THE DAY PROMISED, FREE UPGRADE DID NOT HAPPEN..... LATE DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY AND IT WASN'T EVEN THE FLOWER ARANGEMENT THAT I HAD ORDERED. I ALSO PAID FOR A BALOON AND THERE WAS NO BALOON DELIVERED. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED...... REQUESTING FULL REFUND....

I wish there was a NO star review option. Biggest scam going. When you send a picture of the arrangement (which is nothing like what they are picturing/selling online) they say your photo isn't good enough and there's nothing they can do. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Huge expense for something that can be bought elsewhere. Become any other flower company's customer except theirs. They take ZERO responsibility and make it seem like the customer (me) is wrong. I warned you!

bad experience with this company. they botched a delivery that was set to arrive on my wifes sisters birthday. the delivery never showed up and we never received any notification about the delivery. the next day i called, and called, and called to try and speak with someone on the phone. I spent about 3 hours of my day trying to speak with someone in order to get a status on the order. According to the person i spoke with, the deliver truck broke down so no orders got delivered. what respectable company does this? Why didnt that company rent a vehicle and finish the deliveries? Please dont waste your time with them. there are many other reputable companies out there.

Order was different from what was pictured. They basically changed the entire order, vase and quantity of flowers. This was for a big celebration and I am incredibly disappointed. Please look at all review (not on their website) before buying like I did.

Bait & switch operation, stay away! When you call, their IVR system only takes orders, no other calls. Ordered online, they had unique arrangements: should have known it was too good to be true - and I should have read the reviews first

My order was placed on Friday September 27th in the early morning hours for delivery the next day, Saturday September 28th. The order was never delivered. I didn’t receive an email regarding this until Sunday September 29th stating they were unable to complete my order. Today, September 30th I’ve called customer service numerous times receiving a revolving door of prompts that cycled on an on I to infinity. My phone call was placed at 2pm and was t informed by the recording that the customer service center was closed and that the business hours were Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm pacific standard time, I live in Orange County CA and am relatively sure I made that window. This has been by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. Next time I’ll pick flowers and walk them to my mother in law 80 miles away. I’d at least get there faster and have no excuses.

If I could give them no stars I would... I ordered a bouquet on a Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. and originally asked for it to be delivered by 12:00 noon the next day to New Jersey... not Alaska, not Hawaii... I paid extra $5.95 for 12:00 delivery and if they couldn't deliver it by 12:00 I understood that... I figured a few hours after 12:00... the package was delivered at 6:00 p.m. after the party was over for the birthday... all day I tried to get customer service ...you can't get a hold of customer service,they don't pick up the phone they jerk you around they answer your email requests six hours later...and all I could get out of them was a refund of the $5.95 for the 12:00 delivery... in but other words they told me that 6:00 at night which was 34 hours after the initial order was acceptable! Like I said after you order it there's no tracking no customer service nothing you're at their Mercy the only way I got to speak to somebody at the phone number was to make believe I was going to place a brand new order and then I wound up in another country and they could not help me to track my package they could only help if I wanted a place a new order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....BIGGEST MISTAKE

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I really wish I had read all of these reviews before ordering. I found this website from a google search. I really wish Google could do something about this, but I understand it may not be doable. I place an order for some flowers to be delivered to someone who lost their spouse. They ask for the zip code up front, I assumed to make sure they could deliver there. After completing my order, I received a confirmation email. Then a couple of hours later, I received another email stating that they cancelled my order due to not being able to deliver in that area (that should have been discovered when they asked for the zip code). I checked my account and they had charged me. I emailed them back immediately and asked how long it would take to be refunded because I needed to order from a place that would deliver. They never responded. So I called. The recording says customer service is closed, although I called during their office hours. I emailed four times and called several different times...no response. I kept checking my account to see if the money had been refunded and it has not. Day 4, I emailed again and let them know how disappointed I was that they canceled my order, took my money, and there's no way for anyone to reach them. I let them know that I would be writing a review. 30 minutes later, I received an email stating that they had looked into my order and they had not charged my card...it was simply just authorized. They then sent two paragraphs describing the different between authorization and charge and stated again that they did not charge me and for me to contact my financial institution directly if THEY were still holding my funds. I emailed them back to let them know that I understand the difference between authorizing and charging, and they DID charge me and needed to refund me ASAP. I never heard back. I will never order from them again and advise everyone else to stay clear of this company. So disappointing!

I tried to order several bouquets for my sisters birthday on the 25th for next day delivery, on the 26th. I finally picked one within delivery guidelines, placed an order, it went though, money came out of my account, only for them to cancel the order 4 hours later while I was at work. Couldn’t they just tell me no from the beginning???? I would have ordered from some place else!!! Now my sister has no birthday flowers😥.

I ordered a bird of paradise arrangement which cost an arm and a leg for my husbands birthday and received a day lillies arrangement which I could have gotten out of my garden.
