I am mad at myself because I checked for review after being scammed. I ordered the flowers on January 30 to be delivered on February 1 before or at the beginning of the viewing at the funeral home. I asked a family member of they saw the flower from the picture after the whole funeral. They said no. I called customer service past 1 PM and never received a call back. How inconsiderate you can be.

I paid for same day delivery and my recipient never received it! What is the point of paying for same day delivery if they are unable to execute this.

This company makes substitutions and do not inform the paying customer that they are NOT sending what you paid for. My daughter inlaw birthday arrangement was delivered on New Years Eve and it was not an arrangement designed to be a "form of gift box", but instead a plain flower arrangement in a clear glass vase was delivered. They never informed me of the substitution. We live 600 miles away from each other. I often send flowers to family members. My daughter sent a photo of the flowers and this is how I found out about their substitution. I asked for them to correct their mistake or refund me. They offered to give me 25 percent refund, I have not received this refund. I selected this company because they are located near her home and I intended to use them for her during holidays and special occasions. I will never order from this company again. Very unprofessional as well.

Never got flowers delivered to funeral home for funeral. How cruel and inconsiderate can you be!!! They should be out of business. They are frauds! Thank goodness I got a refund and my credit card company alerted. Do not use go with FTD at least you will get tracking and e-mails on status plus a receipt.

Ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday and they did not deliver and did not notify me that they didn’t deliver and didn’t refund me until I called to ask about it. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered before noon on Saturday a same-day delivery, as advertised. At 5:00pm, got email advising order would be delivered the following Monday. Monday morning, got another email, saying order had been cancelled as deliveries not available to the location. A weekend wasted, and occasional missed due to FlowerShopping.com. Will never use again.

Terrible terrible terrible . I placed an order for flowers in a heart shape . Received an email stating that they could not give me what I paid for and that they would have to change it to a birthday theme instead . I do understand that they have a “Substitution policy” but you are supposed to contact the customer and let them know what the substitution will be and if they are okay with that!!!!!!! You cannot choose for the customer ! What type of business would do such thing !!!! I was offered 10% off this order when they already took my money!!! I am so tired of unprofessional MONEY HUNGRY businesses . They only care about the money and not the customers . I can tell you now this business will NEVER be successful and it’ll be shut down soon

I am so f***ing mad right now it's insane. Spent almost 100$ and ordered a bouquet to be delivered almost 2 weeks in advance. 15 minutes before it was supposed to arrive my order gets canceled and I am stuck with no places open for flowers, no heads up, or nothing. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and this place is a scam. Waste ur money, ur time, and the headache cause good lord I am fuming right now.

I ordered sympathy flowers that were never delivered. They contacted me 9 days later saying they would refund me. 9 DAYS!!!! HORRIBLE customer service. No one returns calls or emails. BEWARE. Your funeral arrangement will never arrive!

Beware!!! This is an awful business. I've never been so mistreated in my life. They promise something they can't deliver, they are terrible at communication and I don't know how this website is still up and they keep offering something they can't provide.

Claim to have same day delivery but did not deliver that day. I was sent an email at the end of their work day stating the flowers were “successfully delivered or will be very shortly.” I reached out to customer service who claim to not have the capability to track where the delivery is. Was told to expect a call within 24 hrs for a response as to where it is even though it was “delivered successfully”. My wife was having an aweful day and I wanted to cheer her up with some flowers and now we are both upset and I’m out $75 dollars. Flower shopping.com sucks ass and I warn anyone else to not waste your money on a company that cannot deliver on their promises of same day delivery by printing shipments and sitting on the packages all so that they can appear to be making the deliveries but in fact cannot and leave their customers wondering where their orders are.

I am very disappointed with the bouquet I received. The flowers looked nothing like the photos on the website. I order premium bouquet for my sister birthday. But flowers were not fresh and many of them of them are wilted, and the arrangement seemed rushed and poorly done. For the price I paid, I expected a fresh and beautifully arranged bouquet, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I wish i could do minus rating. What order is different than what is received. Also I I paid for a balloon, and there was no balloon.

I ordered a flower arrangement on Jan 6, 2025 for my wife for our 45th wedding anniversary. The delivery date was supposed to be today, Sunday, January 12, 2025. It hasn't been delivered as of 6:30 pm today. (January 12, 2025) I even paid an extra fee for it to be delivered on a Sunday. I emailed customer service twice and have yet to get a response. Next, I will file a report with the BBB. Also, I'll contest the charges with my credit card company.

I wanted to give 0 stars but that was not an option. I ordered a fruit arrangement with some flowers to be sent to my family in Arizona for Christmas. It was to be delivered between 12/22-12/24/24. That was great. On 12/24/24 I was notified that it couldn't be delivered because they were too busy and had only worked until noon. It would be delivered on 12/26/24. Ok, one day late. On 12/26/24, again, no delivery. After business hours on the 27th, I get notified that the florist can't fulfill my order because they don't have the fruit they advertised. What did I want them to do? They could send flowers (my card mentioned their healthy lifestyle). I said no, find a florist that can fulfill the order and use them or go to the grocery. No they couldn't do that, they were canceling my order. It was a week late (almost) and now it appears that I didn't send my family a gift!! Don't use this place! They advertise things they do not have!

We placed our order and delivery date. On the day of delivery, we got 3 notices that they were unable to deliver our arrangement. They were sorry for the inconvenience. No explanation, no reason. No welcome home gift for our friend who had been recovering for 4 months in the hospital. If I could I would give a minus star.

This company accepted my order on Dec 28 for same day delivery. No delivery happened. After several emails with new delivery dates they finally sent an email on January 10 25 that they were unable to deliver in Nanaimo BC. Totally useless and unreliable company

Flowers never showed up but I got a delivery notification. I called for refund and was hung up on because she didn’t want to hear my dissatisfaction. She refused any accountability and offered no apology. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
