What I ordered for my mother in law looked NOTHING like wha she received grocery store! I paid to upgrade the content of roses too! I ordered purple roses with purple filler: see pic below What she received: see pic below She received pink roses with baby's breath! I spent almost $100.00 for the purple roses and she was delivered pink roses with baby breath! NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED!

Nothing like what I ordered. Then they tell me the substitutions used were acceptable. Nobody asked me about substitutions. News to me. Big disappointment especially for the cost. Was worth less than half of what I paid.

We ordered a baby boy vase with 2 balloons and a bear and received dead flowers with a lamb and no balloons. We payed extra to have it deliver to the hospital and it was 2 hours late and we were completely embarrassed so embarrassed that we didn't even take into the room.

Customer service is garbage. Spent 140 and I don’t know if they will be delivered or not I call and get through to nobody so I’d imagine that’s a big waste of money. Definitely won’t be using these guys again

Hello customer service, The order made February 18, #4035014 was very disappointing. I ordered the deluxe with 24 white, 8 pink and 3 rose with a ribbon. 13 pink and 13 white arrived and was not worth 133 dollars. The arrangement was very small, nothing like the display. Please refund some of the money. I will not order from here again. Sincerely Lavonne

I ordered the Gentle Thoughts Spray for a funeral. It was substituted with a very cheap looking bouquet, that was no where similar to what I ordered. Pictures on the site look great, but not what you'll receive. I'll be reporting this site to FTC, Internet Crime Complaint Center and any other entity where I can report them.

FlowerShopping.com has a very nice photo selection of all types of arrangements, however; I can only speak to my order of the Paradise Palm & Paradise Found items. The items that arrived were on time.The photos were lovely but, the items delivered to the funeral home were not like the description on website. Please don’t be fooled into believing you will receive what you observe on the website. You will be disappointed as I was not to mention embarrassed by the attempt of the florist they used to recreate the look. The website does mention the florist can make substitutions of equal or greater value but that’s up for debate. I was thankful to have something arrive for my brothers funeral but extremely disappointed in what I saw. I even looked past the arrangements that were my order because they weren’t what I saw online. I would not recommend using this website unless you’re willing to accept the fact that they can make substitutions without notifying you so maybe you can have some say so in the final look. FlowerShopping.com is aware of my dissatisfaction & their response is “we apologize for your unhappiness…” they believe the substitutions made were suitable in order to deliver “nice arrangements” for the service. Do Not think what you see is what you’ll get & if you’re okay with that then you will be satisfied with FlowerShopping.com.

My Order 04619218 Was delivered to someone else and I’m furious !!! This is ridiculous and I want my money back there should be no reason why someone else received my flowers , balloons , teddy bear and chocolate. Especially when my name , address, email , phone number was provided . & not to mention the delivery was suppose to be on Feb 22nd was rescheduled to be delivered on either Feb 23 or Today Feb 24 and yall had the nerve to confirm my delivery when it went to a different customer and not to mention nobody contacted me about anything . I want all of money back now!!!

I ordered a deluxe size plant and fruit basket. My recipient received fruit only. I had selected a thinking of you card and they delivered a get well soon card. The CS team informed me the florist didn't not have a healthy plant and added extra fruit instead. I did not order a fruit basket. I was so disappointed with this transaction.

Paid $122. For a large arrangement to be delivered by noon. After 5:00 p.m. a very sad arrangement arrived. What arrived was not any better than $24 bouquet at the grocery store. Extremely disappointing

Website was inconsistent with claims regarding same day delivery and then was unable to provide reasoning on why the order was unable to be delivered same day. “Monica” offered her apologies, but did not offer any discounts or was open to any constructive feedback. Definitely not worth the cost nor time with any orders.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Placed an order for same day delivery and payed the rush deliver fee as well. They emailed me hours later saying they couldn’t deliver and that it would be delivered the following day. It was never delivered the next day and no one ever reached out to me to let me know that. Getting in touch with customer service is impossible as the calls are automatically re routed to the order placing department even though it says to press 4 to speak to customer service on their directory. I highly recommend using a local florist instead of this so called “business”.

Ordered the Be Happy Smiley Mug and flowers. They sent it in a basket, not the mug. Called in a complaint. Lady was very rude. All I got was a email to send picture. I sent it 3 days ago, but no offer to reimburse even a small amount. Paid $73 for the wrong item!!!! Don't use this service!!

I ordered the Heart and Soul arrangement for my parents' 67th anniversary. What they received did not even remotely resemble the photo on their site. I wanted to post photos, but this site will not allow me to do so. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the Premium Ducky Delight for my friend whose dad passed away. I specifically ordered the duck arrangement because he was known as “Grandpa Duck”. The company sent a Smiley faced mug with flowers and happy face Mylar balloon instead. Not even close to what I ordered. They had my phone number and email and could have called to tell me that the order needs to be changed. Don’t waste you money….they don’t care about customer satisfaction

My Mom is 77 yrs old. I thought this place used florist in Indianapolis, turns out they used a florist in Brownsburg IN and my Mom didn't get her flowers on her birthday. The most disappointing place to use. They have set deliver hrs and don't tell you that on their website. The also don't return your money. I will use someone else next time.

They had on their site for Sunday delivery, which is the next day delivery. It is now Tuesday when I am posting this, and I still haven't had a delivery. Was called earlier in the day and told that there would be one today. Guess not! They then told me it would take about 10 days for me to get my refund. Do not do not do not use these guys
