The worst service possible, I placed an order today and did not receive what I paid for. The picture on the website is the “as shown” option. I ordered the “Premium” which should be even better than whats shown in the picture. What I received was way less than that. I am extremely upset about it. Customer service did nothing to help, neither offered to deliver the correct product or a full refund. Went back and forth with a service rep, they made no attempts to correct the situation. Would not recommend to anyone.

I tried to order flowers to be delivered to my aunt in a physical rehab facility yesterday. I chose an arrangement that was available in her area, and paid the same-day delivery fee. There was also a same-day guarantee if you complete the order by 3PM - my order was in hours before then. I got a call at 4:30PM yesterday that the florist would not be able to complete the delivery on time, and asked if it could be delivered today instead. I said yes, and didn't mention the extra fee because it's a busy time of year and I get it that sometimes the day gets away from us. This morning at 9:45AM, when the day has barely begun, I get a call from FlowerShopping.com that the florist can't complete the order yet again, but maybe they can tomorrow. Instead, they have found another florist who CAN complete my order, but required an extra $31 in fees to get the order out today. When I refused (because that's obviously a scam), their offer became "$10 off the extra charge to help with today's delivery." SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. The flower arrangement I picked was $48. In taxes and fees, the total for my original order already came to $72, and then they wanted to tack on a $31 if I ever wanted to have my order made. SCAM!

Worst customer service ever. I wish I had checked here first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Paid for a rush/before noon delivery because daughter had to leave at noon and it is a locked building. 11:45 nothing arrived so I called. I was told that no one could check the status or help me and that I'd have to email. I tried to explain that this wasn't okay and I needed a status. She hung up on me Called back and asked for a supervisor. Someone came to the phone, said she was not a supervisor but she could check the status. Said it was on the truck and would be delivered sometime that day. I explained again and asked for a refund. She said she'd request the cancellation but since it was out on the truck she didn't know. I said that was unacceptable and asked for a call back. It never came. Item was delivered and a neighbor let them in. It was the WRONG THING! I ordered a tray/pot of succulents and she received this tiny vase with three carnations and a bunch of leaves. I'm out $90 which is a huge deal to me! I'm telling you- STAY AWAY!!!!!

This company goes back to the house and takes your flowers away! They took away my mom's flowers on her bday because I told them they didn't match the picture online. Massive difference between online and delivery - no flowers listed online were in the delivery.

The worst delivery experience of my life. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered next day flowers for a friend whose loved one had died. I got an email the next day at 4 pm saying his address was too far away, the email looked like a scam it was done so poorly. I had to call another florist and get him flowers. I has already put in an order with them for his brother's family to get flowers. I got a call Friday (the day they were supposed to be delivered) at 5 saying the florists in the area wouldn't take their order it wouldn't get there that day they want to go home so it's going to have to wait to be delivered Saturday instead. I get a call Saturday afternoon, the flowers won't make it, no one will take their order, the only option is to have them done Monday. They hung up on me, the body will be in the ground by the time these flowers get to them and it'll be a week! Absolutely ridiculous, yet some how their website makes them seem like they have 4.6 stars when they should really be deemed a scam. I'm praying my flowers get there tomorrow, but I'm not counting on it.

NEVER AGAIN AND STAY AWAY! I ordered flowers to be delivered for sweet sixteen on Oct 26 and waited all day and no show. When I called the customer service , I had to wait 15min only to be told that the rep who answered the call ONLY took care of orders. Please note I specially dialed the option to check the order status. After another 25 min wait, the rep put me on hold again for 10 min. The rep CLAIMED that the delivery person did not receive my order because it was not processed properly. The order was placed on Oct 23rd and they charged my Amex immediately; all of a sudden my order wasn’t processed? The rep said either the flowers can be delivered earliest tomorrow or I could cancel. I was so irate I cancelled the order. Their cancellation email stated that there was no delivery service in the area where the flowers were to be sent. So why did they take the order and process? I will never use this site for flowers ever again.

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday on 9/30. Flowers were not delivered. On 10/1 I received an email confirmation of delivery.... But nothing was delivered Called customer service (who is almost never open despite "hours" of 8am-4pm PST Mon-Fri) and eventually got a person who said they would check into it and call me back Next day no call Sent them an email ... nothing Next day called several times to the "Customer service is closed" Finally on 10/4 get a call back that they could not deliver the flowers today but will WAIVE THE RUSH FEE for delivery tomorrow. Told them that delivering at all would be a start and asked why they would charge me a rush fee when even 10/4 would be 4 days late??? They hung up on me. 10/5 (only good part here) Flowers delivered and were nice 10/6 Tried calling back to give them an opportunity to save me as a customer.... Guess what, Customer service not open during their "open" hours....

my order was supposed to be deliver yesterday. Nothing. again today Nothing and no reason. i'm so mad!! they take your money and don't give 2 hoots. i'm calling my credit card company and cancelling payment

I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday to be delivered on September 5th. At 3pm on September 5th, I was advised that the order could not be fulfilled and they would either refund my card or upgrade my arrangement at no cost for the inconvenience. I chose the latter, which was a regrettable mistake. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! I ordered a Deluxe Hydrangea plant and my friend received a bouquet of yellow flowers with a card addressed to Lizzie from John and a balloon that said "thank you". Clearly receiving the wrong order, we both tried to contact the company to no avail. My friend ended up looking up the address of the correct receipient and switching flowers on her own time. Not only does this company not even acknowledge this error as theirs, but the flower they "upgraded" me to was a single orchid, which was weltering. They offered me 10% off for my troubles, referencing their substitution policy- which is a joke. Rather than battle via email, I called their "Customer Service" line. The representative sounded like she hated her job and told me she has no power to actually do anything to fix my experience. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told managers are only available thought email. THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AT ALL? I went back to email and pulled screen shots of the pricing of the flowers I ordered vs the flowers I received/should have been upgraded to. My upgrade to Premium totaled $109. The flowers my friend received were $69! This website is a scam- I only used it in error. I intended to use 1800flowers (they are amazing by the way) and was in a rush and did not realize I was routed to this terrible company's website instead. Now that I am in this experience, there are 100s of reviews like mine. This company clearly does not care about their customers- they just want your money and will gain it fraudulently. A beautiful gift has turned into a stressful embarrassment. Go literally anywhere else but here.

We paid for same day delivery and that didn't happen, customer service was a joke as well. They offered to refund the $3.95 for same day delivery but that was about it. We spent over $100 for the flowers! We will never use this company again and I will be sure to tell anyone who wants to order flowers from this company about the terrible experience we had. Buyer beware!

Did not deliver same day as guaranteed on their site,no card included,when I complained they told me same day is NOT guaranteed even thought it says so clearly on their web site.Will NEVER order from them again.

Horrible!!!!! Ordered a Get Well arrangement for someone recovering from surgery and it was delivered with a Happy Birthday balloon. Called customer service and they asked “Is your complaint about the arrangement or the balloon?” No service recovery at all!!!! There are way too many options for floral delivery and would not recommend or ever use again.

Ordered flowers august 1 same day never delivery. Do not order from these people and it was. Edited cutoff time around 11 am. Save your time and money.

Adding to this long list of people who have had horrible experiences with not only the delivery and flowers, but also with the customer service team. I ordered flowers for my dad, who was diagnosed with cancer, I ordered him a nice bamboo selection with a black tray - something that would last longer than flowers would. I also paid for rush delivery to have it delivered same day (I actually meant to order from 1800 flowers, but they must have paid to be first up on google so oh well, my mistake), I did not hear from my dad that day - I have never had an issue with 1800 flowers they have always been delivered on time. The next morning I got an email stating that they did not have the bouquet I ordered, but would replace it with something “similar”. The email came in at 7am and I responded at 11:30am that I wanted to cancel. They responded they could not cancel. The flowers were delivered and they were not even close to similar to what I had picked out. I ordered something that was “zen” and plant like, what arrived was just an ordinary bouquet of flowers. I sent a picture and no one responded, so I called and spoke to someone who agreed with my sentiment and said they would escalate to their manager. The “manager” wrote back that all they were willing to do was give me a 10% refund ($13.00 on a $134 delivery - so basically nothing), even after explaining the flowers were not delivered on the right day, not the right flowers and then no response after my initial reach out, I was told that they reserve the right to basically send any type of flowers they want; and that it was my fault for not cancelling earlier, even though I canceled on the day I was told the flowers were not available. I should have been refunded 100%, if the flowers were not available they should have picked up the phone and called. This company takes advantage of people during difficult times and has horrible customer service. Don’t make the same mistake I did; steer clear and get your flowers from a legitimate company.

I should have looked here first to see all the 1 star reviews before ordering from this place! My relative just called to let me know the flowers have not arrived. Customer service are liars. You get out on hold then when a live person answers, you tell them your story they say they will transfer to the right person, only to put you back in hold in the same que.
