Don’t order from flower shopping.com! Highly disappointed. Ordered for my daughter’s birthday and spent nearly $100. They delivered to the wrong place, according to customer circus then said they went and picked them up a day later and took them to the correct address. NOTHING like what I ordered and the picture advertised. I said I wanted my money back and they said we can do that but need to pick up the flowers we dropped off. Complete scam: the flowers looked like something you can get in the discount section of your grocery store. Don’t order from here. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

BAIT AND SWITCH! I spent $90 on a Birds of Paradise arrangement and got nothing like it. Dont waste your money! Customer service is horrible... no one gets back to you.

Ordered flowers on a Wednesday night paid for Rush Delivery for noon on Friday. Our Anniversary got off Wrong do to the Fact Flowers were Never Delivered, And I Still have Not Received my Credit to my Account. After talking with a snotty employee named Lisa, She still could not tell me when my Credit will post !! Personally I would Never Order from them again !! Order:04437617

Ordered. flowers for same day delivery. They took my order, charged me then several hours later said they can't deliver and no longer have a store there. Now, every real local shop is closed for the day. I don't believe they are "Shop Local! Florist Hand Delivers Flowers Same Day. Family Owned/Operated." as they claim. Wasted my time and lost a day because they can't do what they said they can do. I do not recommend. Buyer beware!

They never delivered the flowers and refused to respond to emails after saying they would "look into" the order. I lost a FAMILY MEMBER and my boyfriend sent me flowers from this company which I never received. Ignoring someone after failing to perform your side of the contract is illegal and vile. For shame on your guys. How terribly, terribly awful to do to someone grieving. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a vase for my girlfriend, and paid extra to have it expedited to her work before noon time the next day because she was leaving at 1pm for the day. The flowers showed up at her work at 2:45pm. Not only were they late, but the bouquet and vase looked NOTHING like the one in the picture. I even asked in comments to "use as many purple colored flowers as possible". There were 2 purple flowers in her bouquet instead of all of them like shown in the picture. When I emailed the company to look into the situation, they told me "We appreciate the picture you have sent of the arrangement and apologize that you are unhappy with the delivered item. We've reviewed the picture and our florist followed the substitution policy and recipe promptly, as it states on the website. The designer did not have the lavender roses but had used hot pink ones instead. They also used white carnations with lavender tip for the waxflower & mums. This way it's kept in a similar color theme & value while following the substitution policy Our substitution policy is listed on our website & your order confirmation and states, "If the exact flowers, plants or container you have selected are not available we will create a beautiful arrangement with the freshest available flowers or plants. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value." The arrangement is not wilted or dying so there is nothing further we are able to do. Is this what customer service is? Really My girlfriend had to drive 45 minutes back to her work to pick up the flowers that looked nothing like the picture. The first attached picture is what they were suppose to look like. The second one is what was received several hours later

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered an arrangement on Sunday to be delivered the next day, that day came and went but not delivery. I called the next day and they told me that it had been marked as delivered on their system but don’t know why it wasn’t delivered. I arranged to have it delivered THAT day but again, nothing. I called back again the next day and they told me they had issues contacting the florist they were going through. WHAT?? I ended up just cancelling the order and am still waiting for my refund, it’s been 2 days. I called again today (Friday) just for their automated message to say their customer service was closed. ON A FRIDAY?? This company is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I didn’t. The amount of comments about this company on here speaks volumes!

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my friends for her wedding anniversary. Around 4 pm, I got a cold that it cannot be done on the day. The delivery was supposed to occur unacceptable there was nobody else could go to this time.. Only thing they could offer A full refund. No negotiations about refunding half and delivering tomorrow.. Company will never do business again!

ordered the “premium” tulips and what was delivered was embarrassing. There were 12 shriveled up tulips, never even opened. Just dead. Had some weeds mixed in. All for a total of $125. Customer service offered me a 25% discount which is laughable. Even with the pics I provided (it truly was embarrassing a florist even sent them out) they felt customer service not worth it and stood by their crappy product/ florist. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN.

They confirmed my delivery for my requested date, my sister's anniversary, then didn't show up. When they did show up the display was nothing like I had ordered. Different colors AND FLOWERS. BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND THEY ADD AN EXPENSIVE HANDLING CHARGE ADDED RIGHT YOU PLACE THE ORDER. SCAM!!!!!!!

Changed delivery date and what was delivered looked nothing like what was ordered. Extremely disappointing! That is a lot of money to spend for it not to be what was purchased.

Ordered flowers for my Daughter's 20th Birthday - She is in Juneau, AK away for college. First phone call was the vase I had chosen was not available - they assured me they had a similar size vase and it would be pretty and elegant - no problem. Second phone call - their driver had some something come up and was no longer available. FlowerShopping reached out to Flower shop#2 on my behalf - they could make the arrangement, didn't have either vase but could come up with something similar, oh ... but they didn't have any helium so no balloons. (The rep told me that helium was hard to get in Alaska (mind you I lived there for nearly 40yrs... there is helium there)... but again, just wanted my kiddo to have flowers and they were willing to throw in a couple extra stems to make up the cost I had spent for balloons... okay, not much of a choice, but still she was getting bday flowers. Third phone call... the second flower shop is out of flowers, their delivery was delayed, and they had nothing on hand to make a bouquet, so they were unable to deliver today (I paid for same day delivery) - So I cancelled my order. However, even though they debited my account within 5 minutes and took my money - they are unable to return my funds for 7 days. Terrible experience, no bday flowers and I'm out a handsome amount of money for the next week. Aggravating - Must happen often, as the customer service rep was unphased by my being upset at the inconvenience this caused me and my special delivery/gift not being delivered. - But don't worry - when they mess up your order - you too can get a lousy $5 off your next order.

total scam.. never received order... called 4 times to check n order and got run around . out for delivery. driver running late. then no communication after that.. thank god my credit card company helped file dispute and returned my money but sadly my little sister didtn get her flowers and balloons for her birthday...

Ordered flowers for a birthday and what I received was nothing on the site. A complete disaster and even more of a disgrace that this site wouldn’t give me a full refund on the negligence of false advertising. And I still have even receive the so call 30% back that I was suppose to receive. This site is a fraud and advertising falsely. Neverrrrrrrr order from them you’ll be highly disappointed. When the flowers arrive, I laughed so hard at the arrangement and how pitiful it looked. Withered everything was nothing of what I paid for.

Ordered about 11:00am, 6/20/2024, with a guaranteed same day delivery. My niece out of day surgery never Lived long enough to see flowers. Received email next day stating area was unable to deliver into. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP. SORRY I USED YOUR SERVICE.

Ordered for Friday delivery and nothing came. I reported it to my bank for dispute so they helped me with it. Never order from this websites. Better get somebody buy it for you( sisters, brothers, ) so they can physically get to give it to your love one. That is if theyre close. Never again!!!
