Poor packaging and regularly cancel orders without even an email, let alone an explanation.

I ordered three items: one was damaged (the shipping box was safe, so they sent me a previously damaged item) and one was completely wrong. I wrote to "Customer Service", they treated me ridiculously and didn't solve anything. They also didn't accept returns outside France and they offered me a voucher of one third of the value of my purchase. I will never buy from these thieves again.

worst store i have ever had to deal with. it's a culture of uselessness or dishonesty. avoid and sleep better at night

Extremely bad service. Ordered an iphone 11 and paid extra for fast delivery. Stiff haven't received it. Will never ever ever again buy anything from fnac!

I bought a computer online in fnac.com but it didn't work well- Fnac sent me a label to send it to fix and they confirmed the reception of the item... Well, A few days after the confirmation they literally deny this and the laptop "disappear". As simple as I tell you so please be aware ...if you buy in fnac you can find yourself without product and money, they do not have the more minimum problem to steal you the money and you will need as I did, get the courts. Compré una odenador portatil on line en en fnac.com pero a los pocos días no funcionaba bien, Fnac me envió una etiqueta para mandarlo a reparar, y confirmó que el ordenador había llegado. Bueno de repente unos días después, literalmente niegan la llegada y el ordenador se da por desaparecido. Tan simple como te lo cuento, así que mucho cuidado con comprar en fnac.com porque no tienen reparon en robarte el dinero. Descaradamente te puedes encontrarte sin producto y dinero, y necesitarás, como lo hice yo, ir a los tribunales. J'ai acheté un ordinateur portable en ligne sur fnac.com mais il ne fonctionnait pas bien, la Fnac m'a envoyé une étiquette pour le faire réparer et a confirmé que l'ordinateur était arrivé. Eh bien tout à coup quelques jours plus tard, ils nient littéralement l'arrivée et l'ordinateur est considéré comme manquant. Aussi simple que je vous le dis, soyez donc très prudent avec vos achats sur fnac.com car ils n'ont aucune objection à voler votre argent. Vous pouvez vous retrouver de façon flagrante sans produit ni argent, et vous aurez besoin, comme je l'ai fait, d'aller en justice.

FNAC marketplace is NOT A SAFE SITE TO PURCHASE ON! I purchased a set of jbird Tarah pro earphones off DigiWorld, the rubber fell out of the button case and the Bluetooth was faulty within 2 months. The product has a two-year warranty. DigiWorld claimed that it was all 'physical damage' I caused and not under warranty. I tried contacting FNAC by phone, email, Facebook, Twitter and they did nothing but refer me to DigiWorld. I would not recommend FNAC for anything that you might need the warranty on, as I got a faulty product and could not claim my warranty.

SCAMMED. Ordered an IPhone 11. They ended up sending me a Headscarf... and was only able to get a 38% refund as they said it wasnt their fault they sent the wrong package.

Fnac doesn't offer any warranty for Xiaomi Scooters. If something broke during 1 year, you give your scooter for 3 (!!!) months and later, you receive an offer to pay 490 euro for 1 broken detail. Oh and, they will bring it back with some extra scratch marks and will take no responsibility for any of it.

This is totally fake and cheater,bcoz I had placed order 30th of December 2019,x.mas deal,they took money by secure method,and after few days later sent me fake tracking order number which is belongs to royal mail uk,I was tracking nearly 10days when the delivery time it's delivered to other address i calked to royal mail and it was not on my name and post code ,all fake they took some other web side and sent to me..it was totally fake and fraud..don't try to buy ,as u think cheap u lose yr money 100%

Alles begon met de online aankoop van Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch Rose Gold 40mm op zondag 01/12. Na 2 weken wachten check ik mijn FNAC account en daar zie ik dat de aankoop is geannulleerd wegens mislukte banktransactie. Quid??? Na contact met de FNAC klantendienst wordt mij geadviseerd om een bewijs van betaling over te maken. BTW. de klantendienst is een drama want telkens sta je +- 15min in de wacht. Na 3 gesprekken en 2 mails blijft het windstil van de kant van FNAC. Dus bel ik op 20/12 alweer naar die klanten dienst. Uitkomst. Het gaat over een verdwenen pallet en mijn uurwerk kan de facto niet meer geleverd worden. Voilà, end of story...... Quid?? Dus 1) FNAC speelt goederen kwijt maar casht wel het geld 2) de klant moet dit zelf allemaal opzoeken en zelf bewijzen en zelf bevragen 3) FNAC verstopt zich op schandelijke wijze achter een geweigerde banktransactie ( terwijl die storting wel degelijk heeft plaas gevonden) 4) FNAC vertelt doodleuk dat goederen niet in stock zijn maar communiceert daar zelf totaal niets over 5) Op hete inde moet ik zelf expliciet aandringen om terug betaald te worden. Proactiviteit volledig zoek. ECHT??????????? OMG wat een foute ervaring. @ FNAC , customer exprience =- NUL,NUL

Très mauvais service, plus de 600 € dépensés, livraison promise hier et commande encore pas traitée !! De plus, très lent à répondre aux questions ... si du tout !! Évitez la FNAC Very poor service, over €600 spent, promised delivery by yesterday and order still not even processed!! Also, very slow to respond to queries..if at all!! Avoid FNAC

I bought one of your scooters at FNAC. I had the scooter for 3 weeks and I paid $300. I bought the scooter on Oct 18, 2019, and brought it into FNAC to fix it no Nov 15th, 2019 because I have a 2-year warranty and because it rained one day when I rode it the battery got water in it and FNAC will not fix it. BAD SCOOTER! BAD COMPANY! BAD BUSINESS

Worst place to sell your goods. We are a shop that sold our goods via fnac. At first they told us we could sell our goods for only a percentage of the sale. After that they charged us 40€ extra per month. Don't sell or buy here.

Fnac has a point system with a card. If you buy something you can earn points. But if you forget your card you can never get your points afterwards. We bought a phone but forgot our card. A few days later we went back with the receipt and the points card to credit the points. They said it is not possible to credit points afterwards. Only by returning the phone and buy it again. What a ridiculous action you need to do to get your points if you forget your point cards.

The most horrible customer service, if I could I would not even give one star. I ordered a product, which was not compatible with my camera, I returned it following all the lengthy procedures. It was confirmed that I would be reimbursed but three weeks later, I still have not received the reimbursement. On top, they have closed any communication related to my order stating that I have been reimbursed. Never seen such bad service, never order anything through them.

Nous avons acheté un micro-ondes de la fnac. La livraison a été retardée. Quand il a finalement été livré, le livreur ne l'a pas livré à notre appartement. Il nous a demandé de le récupérer à l'entrée du bâtiment. Lorsque nous l'avons ouvert chez nous, le four à micro-ondes avait une bosse au sommet et l'emballage était déchiré à cet endroit. Nous en avons informé la fnac. Après des jours d’échange d’images et d’envoi d’e-mails, ils nous ont demandé de nous retourner l’article et de payer le retour. Ce n'est pas une solution que je veux. S'ils livrent un article endommagé, ils devraient prendre la responsabilité d'en envoyer un nouveau et de le reprendre. Je suis très déçu des niveaux de service de l'équipe de livraison et de son équipe de service à la clientèle.
