I ordered a delivery service of an expensive cake to be delivered on Mother's day on Friday. On Sat morning, I received an email indicating the cake is no longer available and I had promptly replied on what cake to replace. On Sat night, I received an email indicating a delivery was made. I decided to call and verify the delivery and no delivery was made.
I had tried to contact the company through the chat bot on the website as well as calling the number and none of it works! I'm very disappointed and I will be disputing the charge if the delivery has not been made before the end of the day.

“Very bad customer service.. i had to cancell an order worth some 7000rs and i was issued gift coupons to use it for future, without any expiry date. The next time i tried to order i recieved rhe message that the coupon code has wxpired.. i struggled so much to reissue the certifiacte and place a order worth 800 rs.. finally i was successful after lot of back and forth and the headache.. i still had 6000+ rs left for which i tried to place order after few days and still not able to order.. going back and forth.. every time talk on their chat app they keep me hanging for hours and finally close the chat without resolving. Never never never order from this site.. no doubt the times i had successfully ordered cakes the quality of their cake is very good.. but their customer services and processes really sucks. Specially if you are tryinf to. Get ur money back”
“Cake did not get delivered.
I ordered cake for my parent's anniversary. The delivery time I selected was 8am to 3pm. FnP changed it to 8am to 9pm. I was OK with that. But then they did not deliver till 9pm. I was not getting any response from FnP. My parents were waiting for the Cake to celebrate their anniversary, as I live in Dubai and they live in India. At 10pm, which way beyond the delivery time, the local partner of FnP called my Father and told that they have a cake order and they want to deliver it. The delivery came at 10:35pm in the night. What kind of time is that to deliver a Cake? My parents were asleep and could not receive the Cake. FnP ruined my parent's anniversary. I do not live in India, my parents live their alone. It is very disappointing and hurting to see this happen. The order was paid for in Advance and there is no refund as well. FnP just absorbed the money. I am never ordering from FnP again and will tell this to all my contacts in social media as well.”

“Their flowers are not even fresh. Some flowers are out of shape. You can see the actual one versus the pic from their website. It's not even close.
Seemed like they are not very honest with their business. Will never buy from them again!”
“Very bad experience, i ordered gerberas with glass vase, they show very beautiful pics on site , but layer they mail you that neither gerbera neither vase is available. You have to purchase something else. So i ordered pink flowers with a sitting base bouquet. When we received flowers they wrre just moist and just taped at tbeir stems. It was not even a proper bouquet costing me Rs 1090. Worst experience, not trustworthy at all”
“Worst customer service I ever received. I wanted to order orchids flower to be place in a vase, table top kind and they send me in bouquets. The customer service even hang up my phone!!! That was rude. Will never support them anymore. Utterly dissapointed”

“Actually the rating should be WORST.
It is literally broad daylight cheating, robbery or any other appropriate word that you can put.
My experience is that I wanted to gift my wife blue Orchids and what I got in return was a blue painted orchids. We realized it only the next day when we wanted to shift the flowers from the FNP pack to a vase. Our hands turned blue colour and was clearly evident that we were cheated.
When we went to the customer care the next day, they just closed the ticket by saying that we should have got back to them with the query within 48 hours. It cant get easier than this for FNP to close the call and they did it.
So I will never ever buy any product from FNP because they dont take ownership. All those reading this review please dont take a chance.”

“I ordered and paid extra for the cake to be delivered after 9pm yet it was delivered in the heat of the sun at 3pm. And the delivery boy told me that for my roure there was no night delivery. I had placed the order on the phone and was assured by the Ferns and Petals telephone assistance person that the delivery would be at 9pm. This is unacceptable. And this is the second time this is happening.”
“I had ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday and I received the worst possible flower bouquet in my life. It felt like the flower bouquet was stolen two weeks ago and was delivered today cause the conditions of those flowers were so dry and they were dead.
The worst part is that the delivery executive had stepped on that bouquet and delivered with his footprints on the bouquet.
I paid money for your product and services and it felt like your team is doing some charity here. I’m disappointed to say that this product and service is not even worth a single rupee.”
“I wish I could zero rating. I am not a person who give negative review in a public platform but I am doing this now because I don't anyone else to undergo what I went through.
I had an event organised in my company and I ordered 30 Jade plants to be given to the employees. I placed the order made the payment everything was done, the plants were supposed to be delivered to me on the 22nd of March as my event was on 23rd. I get an email stating that the plants will be delivered on 23rd evening.
Worst customer support, I call them, spoke with agent, supervisor and then the manager, no use. They give me the option to cancel the order. Worst experience. P”
