Asked to review. Order as yet not even arrived. Was meant to arrive 17 Dec. Still not arrived. Not impressed at all

I received a great selection of high quality products. Many of the products I hadn’t seen before so have enjoyed trying new things. Would definitely buy from BoroughBox again. Highly recommend.

Easy to order (although I was sending to 6 different people at different addresses - would have been nice to checkout once for multiple addresses) and recipients really happy with the products. Really clear communication about delivery.

My order with Black Mountains Smokery was placed on Dec 4th through you with very specific instructions to deliver it after December 15th This was totally overlooked and delivery was made the week before.Looking forward to receiving my repayment from BoroughBox as per Black Mountains apologetic email to me.

We have received a borough box hamper as a present and were very impressed - so impressed that we then made an order to send one as a gift. Unfortunately, having ordered on 7th December, this appears to have been lost in transit, between being shipped by BoroughBox and accepted by the courier. Appreciate that these things happen, especially given delays in supply chain eith lockdowns, and overwhelmed delivery networks - however, this is obviously frustrating, and having sent numerous emails, been advised that emails will be answered within 10 days. I am now awaiting a refund, with no present delivered. Unfortunate circumstances as I believe the quality of the product is very good, but demand has obviously caused the service to be overwhelmed.

Just not impressed with BoroughBox at all. We decided to order these hampers for our staff and I ordered them around the 8th December. I was given the option of selecting the delivery date which I chose as the 16th December and we are still waiting. I understand that this year is a challenge for the delivery service but BoroughBox should have been upfront about it and not allowed people to choose a date that they were never going to hit. I can't review the hampers because they still haven't arrived but I can review the complete lack of customer service.

I appreciate the business is very busy at the moment but to make an order on the 7th of December and still not have it arrive 3 weeks later is a bit much. Was ordered early in time for Christmas. Still no delivery... 23rd December

Appalling. I see I am not the only one who's delivery address was defaulted to a wrong postcode, and if Boroughbox had answered my emails (3) , the error could have been corrected, but they didn't. Yodel refuse to alter the postcode without authorisization from BB, but as they ignore emails, the parcel wont be delivered. I also see they asked customers to contact them with problems, and not post of social media.... but.... they dont answer emails. An appalling example of a greedy supplier accepting orders (and money)they cannot fulfill, or provide any kind of customer support. Difficult times for EVERYONE, BB, and you have played the ''support your independent suppliers'' card, but failed to respect the customers or their patronage. Never ever again will I buy from you.

I ordered 2 hampers for my son and his partner from 2 different ranges they were both delivered within 5 days and they are both delighted with the quality and presentation of the hampers an excellent service especially in these times I would not hesitate to buy again 5 star service highly recommended thank you boroughbox

Absolutely delighted with both boxes that arrived thank you. The only issue was the delivery service lack of update on order but I completely understand in these unprecedented times and commend them for fulfilling the delivery.

Very bespoke hampers, good value for money. Delivery was later than expected but given the circumstances I can understand the additional pressures that business are under. Yodels confirmation emails leave a lot to be desired, it would be useful if they put the delivery address on or order information on the confirmation. I will use again.

Product was excellent and sent promptly to the recipient. However, the message that was attached with my name and details was not enclosed. After many days of calling around the sender contacted me and asked if I knew who it could be from. I was disappointed that they had to find out this way and the surprise element was diminished. Never mind, I could not do anything about this. Though I did contact customer services about this about 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything since.

I’ve bought before from borough box but from an exhibition. Loved giving the products as presents so decided again to do so.

Appalling poor service. Placed order in first week of December. paid a large shipping fee and it is still not received on 23 Dec and recipient not likely to receive it by Christmas day. Hard not to describe it anything other than incompetence. I would not order from them again.

I was very disappointed with both advent calendars. They were gifts. I ordered 2x 24 day calendars. Just before they were due to be dispatched you told me that ONE of them wasn't 1-24 but 1-12 back to back. It was, by then, too late to cancel! They turned up and not only was the packaging damaged, with an item missing but BOTH CALENDARS WERE 1-12 back to back!! I will not be ordering from you again. Had you despatched them when I ordered them I could have done something about it but arriving a day or two before it was impossible to do so. Very VERY disappointed, £150 down the drain as far as I'm concerned,

Our firm arranged for us to receive a code to use to buy ourselves a Christmas Gift, it was easy to log on and chose an item. All in all very efficient.
