“Useless customer service. Useless website. Takes money for a closed restaurant !
Voucher didnt work ! Never again !
Will never deal with foodhub again or any restaurant that use them.
They took money for a restaurant that was CLOSED ! Took 2 weeks to get the money back.
A £5 voucher was issued for an evening with no food and losing £45 for 2 weeks. Should have just ignored it. It didnt work and only subtracted £3 from an order. The new order was COLD FOOD.
Giving food hub a second chance was a big mistake.
Customer service couldn't even refund the £2 extra that was spent.
We will never use foodhub or any restaurant that uses them. Have compiled a list of places to avoid.”

They signed my takeout up to use there service and when it came to giving me the money for my orders kept sending me to a company called datman. they kept saying we have charges off £300 on account which was never mentioned. when it come to signing me up They would call every hour when it came to paying up no call back. I should've stuck to my instinct there a company who rob little businesses jokers”
“Everytime I order from your application the restaurants are " too busy " and don't accept my orders this even in a weekday the first time I tried to order a pizza in rugby the restaurant called mighty pizza didn't even exist because just recently, I went and walked there after and I didn't get a refund at all.
yet another business is trading from there and told me they don't exist yet they're still trading from the app at the same time how is that?? Scammers and false companies foodhub works with sort the app and fake/non existent businesses out...”
“It is so fat behind the other platforms. Had cold food delivered, poor quality food sent which I sent pictire off yet I was made to wait 5 minutes before a response to agents 1st message. I left food hub ages ago. I now know why.”
“I have had no problems with Foodhub itself, it’s the money processing cowboy company called (DATMAN) that is a big problem, constantly delaying paying my weekly takings, and not trusted at all by my customers, so I am losing customers.
I have cut my dealings with food Hub because of DATMAN.”

“This is a small business and when the company approached to me, I was clear that i did not need it, however they insist and i get it but in the same day when the notify that I was approved, I canceled by email due a personal issues, after 2 months I have been receiving charges in my account every two weeks and I NEVER have used the platform and never i gave my business information, many emails i sent requesting to stop charging and refund the money and nobody answer me

“Never ever ordering from food hub again and will make sure everyone knows not to. I’m absolutely disgusted with the service from food hub and the restaurant. I have been denied a full refund from food hub and told to go and speak to the restaurant! A restaurant company that has shouted at me down the phone when they hadn’t provided the food I had paid for, it took nearly 2 and a half hours to come. I also had to direct the driver just to get my order! I didn’t even want the food when it came. Oh of course when it did come it was cold! (If I could select no stars I would) it ruined my evening I’m disgusted in how I have been treated”

“I ordered a take away for delivery online and was advised 45 minutes for delivery, via their website. This was with Pizza Bites, based in Plymouth. I paid online too. After 25 minutes the order was acknowledged but I never received it!! I had to query this on the online chat to find they were closed. 1 hour 15 minutes later no food and no refund! Now had an email advising refund requested and will take 5 working days! Absolute joke. Really disappointed. This is poor service and I won't be using their services again.”
“Writing this review as a business partner. Cannot trust Foodhub as they deliberately change the ordering link from my business profile diverting the customers to go to foodhub. They also keep changing other details from my profile. Very annoying and can’t trust them. I wouldn’t recommend them.”
