The worst service i have ever used my in time of online shopping waiting 10 days for my “next day delivery” still have not received my package.

Ordered a tracksuit online, only the bottoms came I’ve spoke to them about the issue and they are saying the product is not left in stock so therefore it was false advertisement I’m not happy that now I have to waste my time and return the items personally. Appalling company so angry never buying from here again!!!!! Ever waste of my money and time now even more because I’m going in the store to return them so nothing goes missing!

Bought trainers and on the first wear they squeaked all day returned them to the store for an exchange to be told by a faceless supervisor that they wouldn't help as the trainers aren't faulty but to take it up with Adidas. Absolutely shocking service.

I ordered two pairs of trainers on Saturday. On Sunday I received an email stating that they had been dispatched and was on its way to the depot. By Monday there was a warning stating that it was delayed and would be sorted within the next 24hrs. 48hrs later I am still waiting... I contacted Hermes who were delivering my order and they stated that I need to wait another 48hrs for them to hear back from the depot as to why it had not been sent. I explained that this order was a gift for this weekend and that I had originally put it down to go to my work so it had to be delivered by Thursday. I asked them to re route it to my house so that I could at least get it when I am home this weekend (hopefully in time) and they informed me that they do no deliver over the weekend and could no re route it until they found it. I then contacted Footasylum today (still no response from hermes) and they also stated that I had to wait 24hrs for them to hear back from Hermes and that they could not guarantee that if they resent it that it would get to me by tomorrow. I had spent £158 and all they seemed to be doing is sending off an email and fobbing me off asking me to wait longer and longer. Putting a compliant in the system takes up to 5 days for a response/resolution. Having complained to both Hermes & Footasylum I requested a full refund and an email confirming that they are processing my refund as I want proof should anything else go wrong with my money. I would not buy from Footasylum again or any service that uses Hermes if this is the level of customer service they are providing.

Placed an order on Saturday for next day delivery.Its now Wednesday and still waiting after contacting footasylum they say the issue is with the courier and they are looking into it.Fail to see why the issue needs to involve me surely all that needs to be done is to re despatch my orde.Then bill the courier for the other trainers and the inconvenience . I really don’t like giving negative feed back but feel I have been left no option

First and last time shopping with FA. Got my order today, smell, dirty and obviously used trainers complete with human hair stuck on the inside! I'm so grossed out and disgusted. Contacted Customer Services who apologised but want me to go out of my way to return the item. There is no collection service, not even in a situation like this. AVOID!

Compleatly shoddy service, Didn't give what was ordered on their website, then argued that I got it wrong, I offered a photo of the webpage clearly showing the advertised product, Would i use agin, Never as long as I have a Hole in my A*%e

This company is disgraceful the way it treats it's customers. My son bought a jacket that split within 2 months after being purchased with money from a deceased relative. On return to the store it was returned to be inspected and we were advised it would be 2 weeks for the outcome. After over 2 wks, numerous calls not answered to customer head office we again contacted the store and we told by the manager after 3 unreturned calls that he had no interest that my son had got the coat from a deceased relative. Desugsting treatment avoid this company as still not resolved. All he wanted was the repair/replacement due to sentimental reasons.

I bought a pair of shoes which when i got them i wanted to return them because I didnt like the colour. I took them into the store ,whilst in the store the service i recieved was appauling and they then turned around and said that they couldnt exchange them because apparently they were dirty. I then had to send pictures of to the customer service team who said that there was nothing wrong with them and they couldnt understand why the store rejected them but they said that they could send a new pair out in the colour i wanted no problem. We sent of the product number and the colour of rhe shoes i wanted the size everything and when they finally arrived after all the trouble they where the exact same colour and pair that i sent back Appauling compay and dreadful service Never buy from this store

Ordered online for an in-store pickup having been in to the store twice to check for delivery with no sign of my order on both occasions no text or email to confirm delivery only the initial email to confirm purchase and payment. I have today called customer services and having been told that I would be contacted in 10 minutes I am still waiting for a call back an hour and a half later!!! Not happy with the service and I still have no answer to where the item is and customer services closes soon . I am losing the will to live!!!!

Took money for my daughters main xmas present. Did not come, only found out this would be the case by contacting them. Tried several times before xmas to contact a just got answer phone. Refund promised in an email confirmation on 28th of Dec. Never happened! Contacted them again on 17th Jan and promised my refund within 5 working days. Total shambles. AVOID

Refunded two separate items first one was 21st dec and now 9 jan and still not back in my bank - having to raise a disputed for the two refunds total of £150 ( in store transactions )

Absolutely shocking Customer service. Website claims 24 hr delivery if ordered by 20th December. Paid £4.99 for this service. Ordered 2 items on 19th December, parcel didn’t come next day. Phoned and was told parcel wasn’t even with courier and no guarantees for Christmas and couldn’t guarantee that order would arrive before 25th even though website states they can . Requested to cancel order and have refund. Assured order was cancelled and refund was authorised. Next day , text from Hermes stating parcel will be delivered today . Parcel arrived and one item in it not two. Phoned customer service again to be told , well we will refund the missing item but the delivered one will have to be returned to store. By the 29th December no refund and missing item still had t arrived so called again to be told , you have to take a photo of delivery note and email us to get a refund to prove you didn’t receive item. Emailed on that day and went to store on 31 st to return received item. Now 8th January and having phoned customer service a further 3 times including today , informed that they have put it to refund dept today but can take 2-5 days. So still not concluded. Not to mention that when you phone, you’re left hanging on for ages or they even cut you off. Will never use Footasylum again. Disgusting customer service.

I spoke with Danny at customer services, who dealt with my query in a very professional manner. I made payment via PayPal but he couldn't track what the order was he suggested to place a new ordering using my debit card and he will refund old payment, which he did. Because I had 20% discount on my initial order which was refunded he provided me with a new code to use for my 2nd purchase and I received my goods the next day. Excellent customer service provided by Danny...keep up the good work.

Spent over 400 pounds at Xmas was told could return an item if didn't fit the day after boxing day. Drove 30 miles to return a pair of trainers and was told they weren't doing returns because they were busy....guess what so was I and I drove 30 miles to exchange them. Poor customer service and they lied at purchase. Will use JD sports in future
