Customer service is zero. I didn’t receive my parcel over two weeks ago and still struggling for refund DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY.

I ordered a full tracksuit and only received the top no bottoms, for over a week I’ve been talking to footasylum expressing my dissatisfaction and disappointment of their service no one was giving a straight answer or offering me anything for their mistake. I will never ever order from this company again I have never experienced anything like this in all my years of online shopping, absolutely disgrace I am still waiting for a proper apology and something little fir my trouble.

Appalling. I purchased these v vegan Buffalo's from Footasylum in June and I am really unhappy with how they have worn. Dealing with this company is a nightmare.

I ordered some trainers for my partners birthday next day delivery, they turned up next day fast which was brilliant cant fault there delivery in the slightest. but they were the wrong trainers and were for another customer! So had to send them back and they have given me the right trainers now! Giving 3 stars because the customer service was brilliant and they really helped me, if the customer service wasn't any good they'd be getting 1 star.

My son bought some pants. He picked up the wrong style. When we realised, we tried to return them. FA refused stating that it was against policy. The policy is only displayed on the receipt that you get AFTER purchase!!! Pathetic policy administered by equally pathetic store management. Items were unused, in original unopened packaging. we tried to return within 7 days of purchase. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this pathetic business.

Absolute joke paid £300 for 3 items received one item and they say there is nothing they can do so now i have to escalate it further because they dispute the fact that i only received 1 part of my order when the parcel arrived fully sealed so either they never packed it or someone has burst it open took my 2 items out and graciously spent the time to reseal it which i don’t see happening absolute disgrace basically just robbed me of near enough £200 stay clear going on the 11th day foot asylum claim to have sent all three items refuses to acknowledge that only the trainers showed up absolute disgrace of a company. Never pay for Sunday Delivery not worth the Monday still turned up late so aswell as being late half my order was missing

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I made an order online for 6 pairs of trainers for 2 infant children. The delivery was made today a day late and there are THREE PAIRS MISSING in a ripped parcel from Hermes. I try to phone customer service to be told all lines are currently off meaning I have to speak to a live chat staff member. The staff are so sarcastic, patronising and unhelpful. They asked me to send pics of what I received which I did and was then told they would look into it. They then contacted me to say because i dont have a paper invoice (that was also missing) that they cant do anything about it and I am not entitled for them to resend the missing items or a refund. They tried to make jokes about the situation and send you dozens of smileys and emojis knowing full well they have basically just scammed me out of almost £150 worth of goods for a small child. They say the only next option that I have is to make a complaint to a third party company which I will be doing now. Have sent hundreds of bad reviews about this company online, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A RISK WITH THEM

Ordered shoes for my son. Easy to navigate site, order placed in a few minutes and confirmation emails instantly sent. Plus use of Klarna if need to spread cost.

I bought almost 300 euros worth of clothes for my son all items were perfect bar one. It was supposed to a boys black nike jog pants I got a pink girls jog pants that had quite obviously been worn. I contacted the company I got the so sorry send pics bit so I did and heard nothing back after several emails still nothing. When they get your order right it's right if it's wrong count your losses and move on.

A pair of 159.99 Jordans was missing from my order and so was the invoice.... Got told they can't look into it without an invoice. So I have taken the action with CDRL, as the customer support team is rubbish. Might as well talk to a wall.

Apart from my bank account being hacked I pleased to say I am very happy with my shoes. They fit nicely and delivery was fast. I feel very sorry for all the people on here with bad experiences with Footasylum. Thanks.

Do not order from these people, cancelled my order 1 hour after ordering as in the guidelines and they still continued to go ahead with my order and taking my money.. now I have to wait for the items to come to Australia and then return them before I get my refund.. 4-5 week turnaround. Disgusting

Absolutely devastated to say the least, I order £274 worth of clothes The coat came with a rip The pants came completely wrong ( different make) I can’t contact customer service as the lines are not on I’m still waiting for a reply on WhatsApp 3 hours later. Rubbish customer service But fast delivery

Paid for Sunday delivery it’s now Tuesday and still not received my order. It’s unbelievably that this place have no proper customer service there what app customer help is not helpful I was told on Monday my order will be on next day delivery still no item. This place should be closed down take people hard working money and not giving the level of customer care that is required. Kmt

This is truly the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered in my entire life. I ordered a Gilet/jacket for my sons 10th birthday, despite having a fair amount of time till the actual day, I payed for next day delivery just to be extra safe it arrived on time. A week passes, and I receive nothing, not even an email or message offering any kind of explanation. I then contact them via email and WhatsApp. Three days later they reply, firstly via email to apologise and state the item never left the warehouse. Shortly after, they respond via WhatsApp, this time stating the item had been lost while in transit. This is where the outright lies began. I was asked at this stage if i would like a refund, or the item to be resent. I explained how it was for my sons birthday, and asked if it could be sent out on next day delivery. It took around 48 hours for them then to reply to me, only to tell me the product had now sold out. Great 👍 They apologised once more and asked if i would like to pick another similar product from their website and they would send that out instead. Great, I chose another similar item, gave the product code, size etc and received a message back saying - Hey there! Really sorry about this! We try our best to reply back as quick as we can! I understand your son won't receive his present on time and I can definitely see how disappointing this will be for him!😭 please reassure him from us that his present will be with him on Monday! I've sent it on Next Day Delivery but because it's a Friday today, it won't get sent out till Sunday! 😞 Monday arrived, nothing came. Tuesday comes, I receive an email saying - We have issued a refund!!! So the message above stating it had been sent out on next day delivery was another blatant lie. Once again my sons hopes were built up, only to be torn back down with deceit and horrific customer care. When I asked what on earth was going on, they sent a further message (well over 24 hours later) stating sorry we didn’t send it, the item you chose is now low on stock. Not sold out, but low, deeming my son somehow not worthy of receiving one, despite their catalogue of failings. The item my son wanted for his birthday is still available online as we speak, and available in his size. This really is the most appalling account of customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have absolutely no idea how such a truly shocking business is still in operation. I will do everything in my power to ensure as many people as possible hear this story, and how they shattered a child’s birthday wish, through lies, deceit, and disgusting customer care.
