NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS !!!! I have been waiting over 3 months for an exchange/ refund on a pair of faulty trainers that arrived at my house. I was instructed to return these to my local store where they would be sent back and processed for exchange or refund once reaching the depot. I was given a piece of ripped off till receipt with a hand written awknowledgement that they had taken my shoes... After atleast 10 emails they managed to track the where abouts of my trainers- still sat in the back room of the shop i had returned them to?! The store denying giving me the hand written note so i sent a copy of this in yet another email. I have been told i will receive a full refund and have been offered a shambolic 20% off of my next purchase whoch clearly will never be happening again. On top of that i am still waiting for MY money to be returned to my bank account. Shocking customer services!! Avoid this company like the plague no value for its customers what so ever.

The delivery is very quick even my destination is outside UK, however, they delivered the wrong product to me. As I ordered a female stan smith original trainer which I finally received the male stan smith instead. Its very disappointed among all of my online shopping experience. Will never shop from this shop again and not recommending others to shop here

I've rang there customer service line over 50 times answered once and told me to call back another day as it was busy this is so unprofessional I wanted a refund 3 week in I still haven't got one and they still haven't answered the phone awful company

Do not use this company. They just cancelled by Christmas order claiming my order was out of stock after ordering and paying days ago. Terrible service, unacceptable really

Disgusted. Ordered trainers for my daughters Christmas present, haven't received as courier company are useless liars, contact company to be told it's my word against theirs (delivery company) even though I have proof in front of me, ask now to collect in store as trainers are supposedly being returned to them only to be told I have to pay for them yet again in store, asked to speak to a manager and told they would call me when finished on previous call, still no call, tried to call yet again and now they won't answer me, can't get a refund as they haven't received trainers back so now I have no money to replace my daughters present. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Arrogant, ignorant and rude. I've visited quite a few Foot Asylum stores and not ONCE have I been approached or acknowledged in anyway. No-one wants to help you. They always stand around chatting to each other and offer no interest to any customers. Obviously receive no training and employ idiots. AVOID

Having a nightmare time returned goods on the 9 th wanted an exchange but then heard nothing 2 emails have been ignored. Been trying to ring customer services now every day for a week spoke to an advisor Wednesday finally after 19 calls that went in answered who said ring back Friday for refund to be processed . So I have rang today 24 times got no reply what's the point in customer service line that's never answered . Phoned a store for help they tried raining and got nowhere either . So now with only a few shopping days left I'm stuck with no refund and no way of getting I touch with customer services to chase it . I'm not alone either other work colleagues have all experienced the same things really disappointed with the service wondering If I will ever get the refund and annoyed I'm now out of pocket just before Xmas !

My son bought some tracksuit bottoms in November. I returned the item within days - following the supplied instructions and posted them back via the post office. It's been weeks now that they have received the goods, but still no refund in my account. I have tried for days to contact them via telephone and I've emailed them twice - NO REPLY!!!! This is shocking. They have £35.00 of my money and I'm sorry but this can't be legal!

Very bad customer services. No one answers the phone and when someone does, they hang up! Avoid shopping online! Been waiting for my exchange for two weeks now, no email whatsoever even though the return had already been delivered to them.

So happy with my purchases! On 30th November I placed order for EA7 core id polo and 3 pack Calvin kleins which where absolute bargains and I even got 10% of the sale price as I am student! The only down side to shopping on this website was I didn't get a dispatched email but I Received my order on 4th November which was fast delivery!

Where to start! What a totally and utterly shambolic company this is - by far the worst shop I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I ordered a pair of trainers 2 weeks ago for my daughter's birthday. Then received an email 2 days later to say the trainers had been dispatched to store. Great! Only to be told 2 days later that they had gone to a store in London. Was then told by "customer(??!!) services" that they would trace the order and get the trainers shipped to correct store. They then could not find the order or the trainers - a week passed and still no trainers. Managed to find another branch with the trainers and these were supposed to be shipped. Once again, went in to collect and surprise surprise no trainers! Customer services had no clue what was going on - the girls in the shop were apologetic and helpful and they too looked exasperated and embarassed by the complete lack of knowledge of customer services. In the end I have had to get a refund as these trainers have ended up god knows where. I will never ever shop here again and would advise against anybody ordering anything from these complete imbeciles!

Awful company and service. I ordered a pair of trainers they took the payment and 7 days after the payment was taken they emailed me saying that I would not receive the item as it was out of stock, as a good will gesture I could have 10% of my next order and a refund would be issued with 5-10 working days. I emailed back asking how I could order, pay and receive email confirmation of the order and the item be out of stock? funnily enough i never did receive a reply and the shoes are still available to buy on their website!

Don't buy your shoes from these guys. Been three weeks since I ordered my shoes. Very hard to get in contact with and get a reply.

Would definitely not recommend! Terrible customer service, very rude and don't even listen to what you trying to explain to them. delivered my order to the wrong address and refusing to sort it out! Very disappointing. You can order same shoes from JD or OFFICE and their service is so much better

This is by far the worst clothing company I've ever ordered from. I ordered a hoodie from here which was in stock apparently and paid for postage but after three days I was sent an email by paypal saying foot asylum had partially refunded me, they didn't even bother to email me to why they had cancelled the order and I wasn't even refunded for the postage. I phoned their customer service which was dreadful. I spoke to an employee who sounded half awake who told me that it wasn't in stock then went on to rudely hang up. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. There are much better companies like JD, USC, SPORTSDIRECT, Footlocker. I would rate them a 0 if I could. Will never shop here again.

Tried to return an item and they were extremely difficult about it. Couldn't find the return and then refused to refund my money. Wrote a review on their website which got deleted and customer services didn't want to know. Truly awful.

Ordered on line, feeling confident we had the right shoes. Infant shoes arrived - company unrepentant about their misleading website. Nowhere did it say we were buying tiny shoes, except in small print at then bottom of the page. On speaking to the customer services, lady said that a lot of people make this mistake! they seem uninterested in improving their site so people don't do this and refused to refund the P&P for both ways. Don't believe their 'buyers' reviews on their own site - our negative review quickly disappeared. Just avoid them, and go with someone else!

worst service ever in the space of two months they have messed two of my on-line orders. The first was they lost my package and didn't inform me about the progress of my order I had to chase them up after 3-4 weeks of waiting to find out what happen and get a refund and wait a further 10 days for that to go through. The second time I ordered to the store and they still managed to mess that up, the trainers got delivered but I wasn't sent no form of communication to inform me about delivery so after 3 weeks I called their customer service line and they told me my order was sent back to the main stock warehouse, I'm still awaiting that refund. from the experience I had i won't be making any more purchases from them on-line or even in-store.
