I’ve tracked my return as having been received by Foot Asylum two days ago just spoke to a very laid back guy who is very chilled saying yeah “we may of got it back but the returns team do not work weekends so you’ll have to wait to till they get back in Monday & just keep checking for a refund every day” I returned them a week ago I think having had them two days it’s time for a refund?? Would you be so chilled if I didn’t pay you? Maybe if you sent an Adult size 4 instead of a baby size 4 (not described) on the advertisement then I would of kept them. Sort it out Foot Asylum, will not be ordering from you again terrible service all round!

Terrible experience with this joke of a company. Ordered new trainers on 24th November, still no sign of them on 14th December. After 3 live chats and a new order created as my original order ended up in the Republic of Ireland - still no confirmation emails of when they will be delivered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolute horrendous customer service - order elsewhere if you can.. even if it means paying a little extra! I ordered a pair of trainers which cost £109.00. Firstly they never arrived (which may have been down to Yodle the delivery company-who are also rather useless). Then footasylum sent another pair out, they arrived but turned out to be the complete wrong trainers.. footasylum then told me that the only way of getting a refund was for me to go out of my way down to my local collect+ store and send the trainers back, despite them being wrong and not the ones I had paid 109.00 for. I wasn’t expecting them to let me keep the wrong ones but at least come and pick them up from me! Customer service team were slow and unhelpful. No managers available to speak to, only way you can speak to a manager is to request a call back. I had to email a receipt from the post office to prove i’d sent the wrong trainers back and it still took ages for them to refund me. All that basically happened is I got robbed of £109.00 for a couple of weeks, had a lot of stress and headache all to end up with no trainers..... great.

I bought pair of Trainers online. And I waited for 2 weeks for the delivery. However, I didn't receive anything. I contacted them and they said it's been delivered. I was shocked, I didn't receive anything. When I bought the trainers they send a confirmation email, and on the email it says wait for a second email about the delivery and I waited for 2 weeks and I didn't receive the email. So, apparently this was delivered by Hermes and I also I didn't receive an email from them. So I recommend everyone to be careful when they buy something online. I signed Hermes Declaration form and I sent it back. I have no time to waste . I want to this to be sorted out quickly.

Ordered some trainers for next day delivery on Saturday, didn't expect them until Monday at the earliest. By Tuesday they still weren't out for delivery so contacted customer services who told me to allow 24 hours for the courier to look into it. I explained they were already 2 days late. Today after hearing nothing from them was told to allow Hermes another 48 hours (nothing to do with Eddie Murphy film of the same name) as Hermes were investigating. Absolute joke of a company, will not use again.

Ordered a pair of trainers for my son and was told Hermes would deliver on Friday.Like other reviews Hermes said they they were unable to deliver .Footasylum dont know where my stuff is after 3 days ,no hermes update either so I have cancelled and found cheaper elsewhere.Footasylum you had your chance to make this right you never.Also mailed customer service manager with no results.Avoid Footasylum if for the only reason Hermes are the worst

Sent items back as one was damaged and one was not suitable only to be told the unsuitable item cannot be refunded because they smell of detergent. When I advised they had not been washed they had been tried on and again requested a refund they then decided they could not be refunded because they had mud on the bum? So they are too clean for a refund and they are also to dirty for a refund! I have asked for the complaints policy and process 3 times and have been ignored. Footasylum have decided to return the too clean/ too dirty item to me to ''see what I think''. Shocking customer service! will not be shopping there again. PLEASE ALL GO ELSEWHERE!

I begrudge even giving 1 star. Item ordered on free next day delivery offer, hermes confirmation email advises delivery to be made between 2 and 4pm. Another email comes at 11.30am saying the item has been successfully delivered here a copy of your signature. Hermes have fraudulently faked my signature and have not delivered the item. Foot asylum basically make you the customer jump through hoops for hermes screw up. I have to wait for a form to be sent that I have to sign in pen (hermes pathetic little electronic scribble is adequate for their proof though) then get it back to them when they will then on a friday and only on a Friday put my claim in and then give hermes 28 days to look into it. Absolutely ridiculous procedures, thanks for screwing up my Christmas present shopping. I will NEVER use your company ever again

This company is absolutely useless. On Friday I had contacted someone on live chat about whether they offer Saturday delivery to which I would have obviously paid for, the person confirmed that they class Saturday as a working day so I could just place a next day delivery order and I would receive it on Saturday. I then placed my order and contacted someone else via live chat to confirm that everything was going okay with my order that I would receive it on Saturday as previously told. The guy said unfortunately no I wouldn't get my order until Monday. He then upgraded my order to next day evening delivery which meant I would receive my order between 6pm-10pm on Saturday. He was very apologetic and helpful and assured me I would receive my order on ~Saturday night. This morning which is now Saturday I obviously contacted someone again on live chat to confirm progress of my order. A new person who also has no idea what day of the week it is said no I would not be getting my order tonight. Noone seems to know what the hell is going on I have paid good money for an order plus £5.99 fro delivery for NOTHING. Are any of these people trained what so ever or are they paid £5 per hour to talk absolute rubbish to paying customers. Will definitely NOT be recommending to anyone.

Staff were too busy chatting with each other and dancing at the front of the shop to take the time to serve customers (Bromley) branch. Waited to try on a pair of trainers then decided on another pair which he made some comment about waited awhile again for him to get the trainers again while he chatted to a few other people. At the till made another rude comment. Worst shop ever, need to employ DECENT staff.

Dealing with people just reading off a screen. Charging me VAT on exported goods. When is should be exempt. Then being told I can claim it back here?? Are you stupid?? A. I am not VAT registered to begin with B. Don’t have VAT here All your customer service team kept saying is I can claim it back, please tell me how then...? I need to be reimbursed the 20% extra I paid! I will not stop until I speak to someone that knows what they are doing.

Footasylum st davids 023 branch, Alex and Dall give the worst service they were rude unapologetic arrogant an make the customer feel wrong I would never shop there again!!! Very bad employees an very bad service !!!

Next day delivery worked out fine, and yes refund was hassle free at the shop but after more than a week, we are still waiting for the money back on our card. Contacted their customer service a few days again, confirming that it has been processed but still not receive our refund yet. Never again!

Terrible people complete waste of time ...you make a order over 100 pound through a cashback site...to be told by footasylum not topcashback later after purchasing that you are not entitled to the cashback it's not the cashback amount it's the principal of it they screw u good and proper I wont order off theses cretcins again I will stick to m and m direct now that's a decent company and a lot cheaper as well.....

Never use Foot Asylum if you any kind of honest rush. Bought a pair of trainers with next day delivery as they were a gift for my brothers birthday. The next day delivery was absolutely essential, as am/was going to take them with me to Germany for his birthday. They did not arrive. Liton the customer service advisor attempted all he could, but to no avail. Fair play to Liton, but I will never EVER use Foot Asylum again, and would recommend every other person to consider not using them too, if they require a fast and honest delivery service. Absolutely would NOT recommend. Completely ruined my brothers birthday gift and will need to PAY to send them over to Germany for him. Absolutely terrible service

I placed an order with 'SevenStore' originally, however after the website crashing my order did not go through but my money was still deducted from my account, without receiving a confirmation email. After speaking with the customer services team at 'SevenStore', a lady called Tory was very accommodating and insured that my order was completed. She even went beyond when she realised the item was out of stock at 'SevenStore' and contacted 'Footasylum'; whom are partners and proceeded with my order next day delivery. I really appreciate her consistency and dedication with my order.
