DISGUSTING SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY ( in my case nearly £600) AND DOESNT SEND YOUR GOODS CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER NOT WORKING, ONLY WAY TO GET IN TOUCH IS VIA WHATSAPP. I’VE HAD ONE REPLY WHICH WAS USELESS. NO SIGN OF MY SONS BIRTHDAY PRESENTS SO NOW MY SON HAS NOTHING FOR HOS BIRTHDAY. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRENDOUS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE YOU WONT GET YOUR GOODS

AVOID AVOID AVOID Unbelievable poor service, can not get hold of anyone, I have tried all social media platforms, Whatsapp, email and phone. I purchased my trainers Monday 24th March they have taken the money and I am still waiting. Tracking number does not work, no updates and an absolute shambles and embarrassment of a Company. How can you not update your customers, it does not take much AVOID THIS COMPANY at all cost. I am reporting them to trading standards, will be leaving them negative reviews on every review site I can find. We are consumers and have rights, what sort of a Company do you classify yourselves as? AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I have had an appalling experience with Footasyluum and it continues a month on. Twice they have sent me the incorrect product, the same incorrect product, a tracksuit top instead of boittoms. The products are incorrectly labelled in their warehouse as I have highlighted to them. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. When you email them they take a day or more to come back, sometimes they ignore you for days. Now, for about a week, you can only contact they via WhatApp as their email and phone lines have been down for days. I tried to ring but was repeated on hold for over 30 minutes at international call rates. I keep asking in my emails and WhatsApp messages to customer services for comebody to ring me but they don't. I had to return the first product at my own expense as I live in Ireland, but they have not refunded me though they said they would on receipt of the tracking number. They sent the same incorrect product again and now want me to return that too at my expense not having refunded me the first time. IF I COULD SCORE THEM LOWER THAN 1 STAR, I WOULD. If I had read the reviews on Footasylum on this site before, I would never have ordered from them and I advise other people not to deal with them either. Appalling.

Ordered on Sunday 16th Feb for next day delivery never arrived tracker number not available on online managed to phone onTuesday was given tracker said was with Hermes told wait till Friday as it’s policy then to report as missing and would get refund of nxt day delivery Called Friday was told order would be resent Saturday and new order number given then called Saturday told IT was down same Sunday, Monday phones closed Tuesday the online chat said phones lines still down. Sent complaining email and bounced back today saying not received my recipient. Used WhatsApp message yesterday and still no reply £120 of birthday presents for my son will definitely be now taking this to the ombudsman 😡😡😡😡😡

Shocking experience. IT issues continue, partial orders being delivered with no sign of the rest of the order, next day delivery orders unfulfilled with no refund, communication channels being reduced. Never again. It's shameful they are still taking orders whilst still sorting out this mess. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I echo what everyone else is saying. Ordered three pairs of trainers last week with next day delivery. Still no delivery or update just told they will contact me whenever their IT issue is sorted. I requested a refund and told that isn’t possible, I just have to wait! What I find even more outrageous is that they are still accepting new orders and taking people’s money! No warning, nothing. I have a feeling this is something Footasylum will struggle to recover from.

Ordered some jeans on Saturday morning for next day delivery, still had no update it's now Wednesday, what big company has such big "IT" problems? and keep getting copy and paste answers, ridiculous. 1st time shopping with them and most definitely the last. I seriously recommend you don't order anything!

I wish I could give negative stars!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Spent over £200 over a week ago and paid for next day delivery. 1 week on, I have no trainers, no apology and I can’t make any contact what so ever!!!!!!! Must be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!!!!!!

Was in store and there tills where down due to a system error and were only accepting cash payments, so i decided to order online and pay next day delivery assuming because it was letting me order and taking my payment everything was fine WRONG they knew the systems were down and still took online orders knowing they would not be able to for fill these no contact no email nothing! They have since took there customer service number off the website and turned there phone lines off ! If you use the live chat they just tell you there are unable to tell you when your item will be delivered and that they cant do anything for you. I will be returning the item whenever it does come and i will never shop with them again.

Bought something on Saturday morning for Sunday delivery. It’s now Tuesday and still don’t have what I ordered. Keep saying they have IT Issues. It’s been like this since Sunday morning.

I bought some trainers and paid extra for next day delivery. 3 days later i am still waiting for my footwear and going on holiday tomorrow 😡😡. Tried ringing customer services today (Monday) and you get an automated message to say its closed today and will be open from 8:30am tomorrow.

If I could give zero I would. The worst customer service I may have ever experienced. They don't care about you, your issue, taking accountability or resolving. Sent me the wrong size, told me to ship it to the UK for a refund that would cost me about what I paid for the shoe. Spoke to 3 or 4 people and when they didn't have a good answer they stopped responding. Spend your money elsewhere. TOTAL SCAM

Awfull, have to pay postage 4£ and because shorts didn't fit have to pay return, be aware you pay all fees and return too, not the best company!

By far the worst customer service I've ever had from a shoe shop. They have lost my favourite pair of boots which now are no longer being made. To resolve and find out about their incompetence took me hours of phone calls to costumer service each time me having to explain the situations every single time. Numerous visits to the shop with 0 effort to contact me to tell me they had lost the boots! AFTER 3 MONTHS of all of this their answer to losing the boots that are no longer being made was to give me a refund!!!! SERIOUSLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH! To top it off the second order (converses) I made was sent back to depot without anyone contacting me, second time sent to the store I HAD TO GO IN AND CHASE for the shoes as they didn't have any paper work attached and their for wouldn't have contacted me. SO TWICE THEY HAVE FAILED with me with the most simplest task! I'm so disappointed and disheartened with it all I will advice ALL my clients, friends and family to AVOID!

WARNING- DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS STORE! Purchased a pair of Levi's jeans. They turned out to be too small, so I returned as per the online return policy, in original condition & within 14 days from Australia with post at my expense. I then received a refund of only 50% of the price that I had paid without any explanation whatsoever! I emailed Aaron back (who sent me the original notification) asking for the balance of my refund, following it up again a few days later, then emailing the so called CS Manager. No response at all from anyone. NOTHING! I put in a Pay Pal claim to get the balance of my refund. Another store NOT TO SHOP IS AVELINA'S VINTAGE in Spain. Same experience as this one but with NO REFUND AT ALL & no response to emails at all, just dead silence. They want to keep the goods that you have returned & your money as well. Nice One! Check ASOS Marketplace reviews. ALWAYS shop with Pay Pal to be covered against scammers like these.

After my original order didn’t arrive ...I spoke with Tom from customer service. Tom had a relaxed but professional approach - apologised for the delay and reprocessed my order. My new order arrived within a couple of days. All in all a good service (unfortunately items do get lost in transit) I’m very happy with my purchase. Thanks guys.
