There is a reason why the reviews are awful for Forever 21 delivery They do charge you right away but take many weeks and so long you don’t need the clothes by then Customer service they are not even apologetic! It’s a joke of a company! Don’t buy here, save yourself the hassle and the anger of being duped by this company No wonder they file for bankruptcy!!!

This company is an absolute joke. However nice you think the products look in the pictures, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM you will only be wasting your time and money. I made the silly mistake of ordering a hat from here. it took so long to arrive (it honestly would have been quicker to learn how to become a milliner and make one myself). When it finally arrived it was wholly redundant as I needed it weeks beforehand. Unofrtauntely, due to Forever21's incompetence their system is still showing my item in the 'processing order' stage, so I cannot return it or get a refund. I have contacted customer services four times about this now and just keep getting fobbed off. they will not disclose the email or telephone number for customer services management and the virtual chat agents just cut you off when you ask them to resolve the situation for you. An utter shambolic joke. Fingers crossed people will realise this and they will go out of business soon.

Do not shop online at Forever 21. They mark clothes as final sale and won't let you return or exchange if the item doesn't fit. If you want people to order online you need to allow exchanges and returns. ALWAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is poor customer service to not allow someone to exchange or return an item that does not fit or fit well. I will not be giving this store any more business.

I have a pair of their Basic High-Rise Black Legging (4" high rise elasticized waistband as the pictures show) that I LOVE! I have tried (this month alone, 1/2022) placing 2 separate orders to replace & get new colors. WRONG size waist each order!? Customer Service ... Most you cannot understand &/or are of NO help! This company SUCKS; even staff in stores. However, the material then & now is great; thick (not cheap feeling as you'd expect at the cost), lasting color, etc., but I cannot find another brand of lwgging w/the right size waist like these anywhere!! So now have 10 pairs of leggings with a 2" waist versus the 4" waisted elasticized banded High-Rise Leggings I order that I am not wearing!! I was informed it was a problem with the "Warehaouse & we'd shoot them a message but there's nothing we can do about. I suggest you place another & try again!" .... I was flabbergasted!! They checked the UPC #'s both orders, etc., of course they were incorrect also. Luckily I did not place a 3rd order for the same result!!

I went to a store yesterday and nothing had a price on it. You had to scan a QR code. So I scanned the code for a jacket I wanted to buy. It pulled up the webpage where it said it was on sale for $32. I was like cool. So I went to the counter to buy it, and it's $65. We went back and forth about how the item isn't priced, online it's half that price, and she said online they do promotions that they don't do in the store. She said some locations price-match but the one I was standing in doesn't so I had to pay full price. How confusing and messed up is that? I got the jacket anyway, but I just felt so gross about it when I got home last night, and still felt weird about the whole thing when I woke up. There's no place to send feedback of course, so I used their chatbox. I told them I just wanted to share feedback about my experience. They were SO RUDE. They wrote me off, telling me to just go to the store to return it then. I wasn't even asking them to give me money, but to understand what a confusing and unfair position they put me in. If I went to a different store the same exact jacket would be $32 but because I was in the wrong one it was twice the price? And they refuse to acknowledge that this would be somewhat cleared up if they just priced their in-store items in the first place. If they're going to be different prices wherever you go, at least put the price on it. Anyway, this reminded me why I never go to this headache of a store and I will never go back. I don't even like looking at the jacket anymore and I'm going to return it.

12.7.2021 I bought Christmas presents for my daughters and I never received the package.. I disputed it for over 30 days.. I never received my package that Ontrack said they delivered to my home and lost out on $200. Customer service to help with the dispute is worthless no care in the world. Just attitude and no further help. Trash Company Trash Customer service

Placed an order it was shipped to southlake mall in Morrow Georgia. I live in Indiana I called customer service and they keep giving me the run arounds. I called the store and was told they can't find my order because none of the packages have names. She stated she would look in each package to to if anything there fit the description of my item. She still didn't find it. I was told to call back to customer service and this has been going on for a week. I just want my refund.

I’m a 40 year old woman, I remember shopping at forever 21 during my teens years. Now that I am a mom of a 20 years old lady, I see her shopping at the same place that I used to shop. I see the changes in style, the quality of fabrics and the hike of prices. I hope that the company can consider lowering there price that reasonable and affordable for teenagers to afford. Most, if not all teens don’t have a full time time jobs or just depending on their allowances.

So I bought some items from F21.com that I had to return because the fit was poor. I decided to use the money from my returned items to buy something else in store. While in the store I ended up bringing back the new item that I bought because the fit was off again. Somehow that equated to me being told I cannot get my money back and I am stuck with store credit. I returned everything within the 30 day period and I had my receipt. Please make that make sense. I called customer service about it this because I was so confused. Customer service was no help. F21 what kind of policy is that? Absurd.

I paid $12.99 for express shipping 2-3 days and it didn’t come in time. When it did come it was the wrong item. They told me I could pay $5.99 to ship it back or return it in store but either way I wouldn’t be refunded the $12.99 even though THEY sent the wrong item and didn’t get it to me within 2-3 days.

I shopped in your University Mall, Sarasota, FL store a few days ago. As I shopped, I experienced a wide variety of wonderful products and Associates who went over and above to help with different sizes, as well as everyone else who joined in to deliver a great customer experience. What I'm going to tell you next will SHOCK you! When I got home, I realized I had LOST my CREDIT CARD. In thinking about the last place I shopped, I figured out that Forever 21 was the last in my shopping trip. I called them because everyone was so thoughtful and kind. When the young man told me they had my CREDIT CARD IN SAFE KEEPING for me to pick it up this week, I really got goose bumps! I guess my feelings were right on! Forever 21 utilized Fedex smartpost for my delivery. After two weeks Fedex told me my address did not exist and after confirming with them that it did they delivered my package to the wrong address the following day. Fedex informed me I needed to reach out to Forever 21 to file a claim to which I was told they couldn't give me a refund for 3 more days. The worst customer service experience possible. I would not encourage anyone to shop at this company. It is not surprising they are shutting stores down with the terrible customer service they provide. Why would anyone want to spend their hard earned money at a place like this?

I ordered a bunch of things about a month ago (over $250) before my induction due date for my pregnancy. I got the package and they were all wrong items. It had small size bras and shoes. I was 10 month pregnant, small size bra and those tiny shoes will not have fit me. Obviously forever21 messed up my order with someone else. I called the customer service line, the representative said I will get my money back and if I can take pictures of the items that I received and email it to the company, so I did. They sent me a fedex return label through my email and I shipped it back. Almost a month later, still haven’t received my money back. I have emailed them a bunch if times, no response. I have shopped with forever21 for over a decade. Never returned anything or complained about anything. This is very disappointing! Never again shopping with them. They need to refund my money!

Terrible customer service. I wanted to return leggings that tore on the inseam, when worn for 2 hours. Niether the store or online customer service would accept a return. If your product opens up on the inseam, that is poor quality and bad stitching. You as a company should make a return for a product that is falling apart. I would understand if the hole was anywhere else besides the inseam.

This company is horrible. My daughter bought $100 worth of clothes and the package never got there or was stolen and Forever 21 pretty much says, “oh well” Do not buy anything from here. They have horrible customer service and didn’t help her at all. I even called for her and they said they would call me back and never did.

I made an order with my new Forever21 credit card. Mind you, I was prompted to put in my F21 credit card info as well as my current address as i made this order. My package gets delivered to the wrong address anyway. So i call customer service and go as far as talking to a supervisor (supposably this was a supervisor) and top of being extremelt rude, they all told me that Forever 21 couldn’t do anything about it and just kept repeating that like i was stupid. They recommended that I go get the package myself (which is in a whole different city that is hours away) or that I call the delivery service to see if they can retrieve my package. So I call the delivery service and they say that they need authorization from Forever 21 to go get the package back (the delivery service also mentioned how notorious Forever21 is for bad customer service and how difficult they are) So I call Forever21 AGAIN and this man goes on to tell me that he saw that I spoke to a supervisor and that hes gonna tell me the same thing. So I say “I already understand that you guys can do absolutely nothing to help. All i’m asking is that you send an authorization to the delivery service so THEY can go get my package back”. He puts me on hold just to come back and say that he sent the request to a different department at Forever21 and that i’d have to wait till Monday to find out if they could contact OnTrac (the delivery service). So after speaking to 2 people, 1 of them being a supervisor, and getting no help. All I ask for is for this guy to send an email or phone call to the delivery service, which takes no more than 2 minutes, and he couldn’t even do that. This is the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced that I am actually disgusted by it. They sent me in circles and I end up with nothing whatsoever. No refund to my Forever21 credit card and no product at all. If I call your delivery service and even their customer service tells me how bad Forever21 customer service is, then that should tell you something. No winder Forever21 business has tanked over the years and they had to close most of their stores. I will never shop from them again and I will be closing my credit card account.

Ordered a rhinestone platform flat sandal. They sent me a snakeskin heel 🤦🏼‍♀️ Nothing even close to what I ordered. Wrong size totally wrong shoe. Wanted this for my upcoming trip. I have to wait 3-5 business days for them to send a return label. This isn’t the first time. Won’t get me again
