Customer service shocking. No invoice in parcel. No way of returning the item which is not fit for purpose. Quick enough to take your money but dont want to know otherwise. Dont know how forever 21 are still in business. It's a disgrace.

I ordered several items online and they had been worn by someone else before being shipped to me. The clothes had heavy cologne smell, and had been worn. I have ordered hundreds of dollars of clothing from Forever 21 over the years, and this is a horrible experience!! I used my Forever 21 credit card to pay for the used clothing, and would like a refund on my credit card a.s.a.p.!!! Please call me to resolve this matter. Forever 21 is the worse store ever, they don’t tell you when things are final sale even tho not only did I asked the woman working there what the return policy is but also the fitting rooms are closed because of covid so I couldn’t try the dress on so now i'm stuck with this ugly dress. Thanks so much for wasting my money. Do not shop there unless you want to be scammed

Horrible horrible service, I paid for a product and did not recieve it at all, and it shows that it's delivered, I tried reaching out to customer service on call, mail, Facebook, everything, but all they say is that they'll look into the matter and ofcourse nothing ahead of it. Please do not order anything from here you're probably going to lose your money

My order was delivered but never got email saying it was delivered. I had to look back at my order. The product was lost/stolen and I submitted a request and they never heard back. It had been 2+weeks.

I ordered on June 9 and I am going to receive my product 20 days later. I’m tiered of hearing the excuse of COVID slowing your stuff down. I ordered from American Eagle and received within 3 days! Don’t purchase, no wonder you are going out of business your company sucks!!!!!

My daughter order a jumpsuit for her birthday on may 30. It’s been 2 weeks her sweet 16. Am so mad. I call support no answer send email no answer. This is so crazy and the keep showing the jumpsuit on there website. Now I have to order another outfit. Which is not fare.

Never received my order from FOREVER 21. Each time I called was on hold more than 1 hour. They started a claim 3 weeks ago, telling that I will receive an email within 8-10 business days but nothing. Called again today . After being on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes , a rep told that they checked with delivery company and it was delivered, and they can not give me refund. And if I want, I have to contact the shipping company myself.I requested to speak to manager. Waiting on hold for another 10 minutes, the rep told the manager is on phone, and she will stay on phone with me. I asked to check another order status: I received a part of it only. She checked and told that it was delivered too lol, but she can start a claim, then somehow I was disconnected and nobody tried even to reach me. I will have to call bank I believe and ask to cancel my purchase. This is the worst experience I had.

I ordered a necklace and a braceless for my wife christmas gift in Nov 2019 and paid in full, after several months and so many back and forth i received the products, my wife used them and after one week they both started to turn colour, Very bad and cheap finishing, i contacted their customer service after spending so much time on internet(they dont give you any cell#) to let them know of my issue, they just keep apologizing for inconvenience situation but don't rectify the issue, as of today June 3,2020 i have not received any substitution and am very shamed of my wife for what they did, Do not ever waste your money on this oversee company as they only riping you off with cheap product

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH FOREVER 21. NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE and I can see that tons of people have also not received their package (or had missing/incorrect items) and have experienced horrible customer service dealing with not being able to contact anyone, no one answers on the phone, no one responds to emails. Since I cannot get a refund, nor store credit, nor a re-shipment of products through Forever 21 because NO ONE RESPONDS, I have to CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY to get this purchase off my card.

If you have any problems with the fulfillment of your order be prepared to not get your stuff. I placed an online order and never received my stuff. I contacted customer service and they didn’t help me at all. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced through a big company. I have my online receipt and my bank statement showing they charged me but they sent an email saying they sent my package back to the facility. Well if there not sending the stuff that I paid for they legally should be refunding me my money. That’s the logical thing to do here. Give me my money or give me my stuff, it’s really not that hard to understand. This is considered theft and fraud and I will be calling my bank so the can retract the money themselves as well as reporting the company to better business bureau. Now I understand why they’ve gone bankrupt. The customer service agents are specifically paid to help me and they failed so what is the point of having them or offering there service. I will not be shopping or supporting there business anymore. I am not gonna argue with them anymore either. I was respectful and patient and got no help. I will just let time take the business down for me. Bigger and better companies with exceptional customer service like savage x Fenty will give them a run for there money. In a couple years the business will be dust, thank you and Forget F21.

Here I order some shirts for the summer feel. Once I received my shirts they look like the run smaller then what it suppose to say on the tag. This be the last time I hit up forever 21.

Their clothes sizes are huge. How is an XS so huge? I returned everything I got through online returns. It's been weeks and I didn't get a confirmation email or my refund. I've been trying to get in contact with them for DAYS and no one is responding. They don't have an online chat. They don't answer emails back. They say to leave your number and an agent will call you back. Well it's been days and nobody called me back.

The quality of the clothes is okay... but really not that great.. You're better off spending the same amount of money at other stores that sell better quality items. I ordered two pairs of jeans and the sizing did match pretty well (I think I got lucky though as I had to make an educated guess at my sizing! I ordered from Australia). They do feel a bit cheaply made considering they were advertised at $60 each on the website (I bought them discounted at about $45 each) and although the jumper and winter dress I bought are surprisingly warm, they are THIN. I can see the tag through the material in the mirror... >.< I'm not upset or angered at my purchase.. but I wouldn't personally shop at Forever 21 again. Hope you guys have a better time! But if you're in doubt... shop elsewhere!

Every time I've bought from them online my clothes and accessories have been shipped to me on time and there clothes fit well and I like to believe they aren't overpriced unlike some other brands I know. forever 21 has been there for me through all my weird fashion phases. emo, boom shipped. basic. skinny jeans on the way. "baddie" fake chain will arrive on Sunday. Forever 21 clothes will all ways have a special place in my heart.

I ordered and received a shipping update that my package was to arrive Monday. Monday no package. The shipping information even changed. So I contacted them to be told it's actually in transit. But according to the tracking number my item hasn't even shipped but a label was created. They refuse to refund me but keeps lying.

I purchased 3 jackets. A camo a jean and an army green. All smalls. They were Huge!!! And I mean Huge! Big deal right? I started the return process. They were going to take 5.99 out of my refund to pay for shipping. annoying... but ok! Well I shipped it out the same day (3/2) a received it. It is now 3/24 and they still haven’t received my package! (The date keeps getting pushed out) so I call customer service. HOW RUDE ARE THEY! I swear I will NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THIS SHITHOLE! They act like it’s normal to take 3 weeks to send/receive a package. they Kept me on hold for 1 hour and 8 minutes to tell me “Yes that is normal delivery time you will receive a email when we get it” Forever 21 is removed from my phone. I will be blogging my experience with them. Hopefully others never have to make a return.
