“Company doesn’t honor their online sales pricing. Items said they were on sale, price was not given. It clearly says 50% off and they won’t honor it. Horrible customer service. It’s $20 but damn it’s the point of service”

“Customer service was poor. The company has a habit of discontinuing products without warning customers ahead of time. The company was very quick to delete customer accounts without being asked to and wash their hands of customers without trying to retain them or compromise and offer solutions.”

“While I understand the cost of items are increasing, but this is just a SCAM. We have been looking at purchasing the https://www.forttroff.com/store/product/rock-steady-4.0-pro-kit Normal price for every has been $599.00 Well they do a “CyberSale” and change the price to $649.00, then discount it to $579.00, I mean a savings is a savings but a 3% discount ($20) from the normal Price. We have ordered other items from them and they have great, but now I wonder if they did the same thing on those. Buyer beware I guess!!”

“Dishonest in posting less than shinning reviews of their products. I've bought multiple items from this company. I gave two of the items 4 stars, those reviews were published the next day. I posted a 2 star "Disappointed" review on 10/11/21 for their newest bench (which I pre-purchased on 9/7/2021 and arrived on 10/8/202), they responded with an email asking me to contact their warranty dept which I did. They responded by saying we are sorry you are unhappy, your review is still in the vetting stage. A few weeks went by, a 5 star review was posted on the bench by someone else so I posted my review again. I got a response asking me to verify that I had written the review, which I varified. A few more weeks went by, another 5 star review was posted on the bench and my review was still not posted. So now it's been 5 weeks since I sent the 1st review and they have not published it. The review I submitted was long and detailed with regard to both the good and disappointing element of their new bench. The main disappointments are: 1. No assembly instructions in the box or on their site. 2. despite advertising that the bench is fully adjustable it is not easily adjustable (especially mid-scene) as it requires using a small allen wrench to loosen and tighten two tiny set screws for each arm/knee rest (should have been knobs).”

“this company sucks. Ordered from them back in May and three months later I still havnt received my shipment because Fort Troff will not provide UPS an invoice so it can be cleared in customs. UPS has made attempts to contact Fort Torff and I have emailed them a request for the invoice to date Neither has received a response from this company”

“I have tried to order a couple things, have sent them any messages that their sizes in millimeters does not match my size in inches. The pictures shown for the item the man is not small by any means nor am I so why the conversion from millimeters to inches is so small I have no idea. They do not get back to you to answer your questions and it was a waste of my time. You can go on eBay or Amazon and find adult toys there which I did and I found a better one and a lot lot cheaper”
