Order placed in 21 of August for destination Marbella, Spain. Now we are in 17 of September. As of today, I have not received the package, nor have I received any updates regarding its delay. I have checked with the shipping carrier and there seems to be no additional information available on the whereabouts of the package. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter promptly and either ensure the delivery of the package or process a full refund. Please let me know the next steps as soon as possible.

I already wrote a review twice. I didn't like the pony tail. While the hair was lovely it just does not stay in my hair at all. I don't think I will ever be able to wear this. I cannot, for the life of me, secure it tight enough in my hair!!!

Used there tape remover, it awful leaves such an oily feel on the hair! Leaving me having to completely wash and dry both extensions and hair not impress at all. Won’t be ordering again. Will go back to what I was using.

I have been ordering Foxy Locks clip in hair extensions and ponytails for the last 4 years and the price has considerably gone up, but unfortunately the quality has gone down. The last ponytail I received was very thin and the hair was shedding immediately. I also only get 1 months wear out of the ponytails as they start matting up and going all frizzy and the colour fades. I’m now trying another brand to see if the quality is better, but Foxy Locks have definitely lost me as a customer.

Highly disappointed with the service received. And lack of customer empathy/ support. Being accused of lying when attempted to return an item. And refusing to provide either a refund or replacement item. The item which came seemed like it had not been packaged correctly or sent out incorrectly. I have been advised that I had broken the seal on the item and due to this the item needed to be returned to me. The items had been sent out with broken seal which is the reason for the return. However foxy lock have refused the return, advising I should have also emailed or phoned them. I had phoned them but due to the weekend they were closed, even though I had submitted refund reason online. They stated this was insufficient. This was my first time purchasing extensions and my sister recommended foxy lock due to the quality of the hair. I am only reviewing based on my personal experiance, I had asked for a manager phone call me to talk through the rational. To which the response was I had been speaking to one via email. And I have had no further communications since. However they are still waiting to return the item to me. And item which is faulty, to which they believe to have been used, and they are wanting me to then accept a return for an opened fault item.

We can see from your contact with our team unfortunately we have been unable to accept your return as the hygiene seal has been broken and the hair smells of a pollutant. As stated on our website & the return form, all items must be returned unopened without any smell of pollutants within 30 days of receipt to be accepted for a refund. We have very strict dispatch processes in place prior to shipping and we can assure you we would not have sent the item to you in this condition. Unfortunately as your return doesn't comply with our policy, we have had to refuse this and we will await your reply in regards to organising this item to be sent back to you. Really disappointed with the customer service received from foxy locks after receiving a faulty item. To return this item has been an absolute pain. The returns portal has been down and I was advised to pay out of my own pocket to arrange a collection I visited two different courier delivery options who refused to take my parcel as the label was not a correct QR code label and needed to be printed in which I don’t have a printer I was even advised to ask my neighbour if they could print a label for me which I find crazy! This is so disappointing as I am a regular customer of foxy locks and have bought extentions for years and never had any issues with the quality. This one occasion where they had an issue has been such a painful experience to try return. Finally I’m being sent a label in the post but this has been on going back and forwards for weeks why can’t a return process be straight forward.

The ponytail I ordered was of very low quality, very very thin hair, for the price you pay it is not worth it! I got the ponytail in 22inches / vanilla frappe. The only thing worse than the hair was the customer service. You need to pay for returns. Don’t be fooled by them.. low quality hair and even worse customer service. Never would I order again

One of the WORST products I have ever used. I didn't want to leave this review but I need everyone to know that the tape remover takes a VERY long time to work and my fingers were aching after I did just 3 tapes. In the end I had to combine oil and use some of my old brand to remove it. Customer Services were awful & the spray smelt awful, very chemical and no oils or softening properties...the brand might look good but it does absolutely nothing! Very very disappointed 😞 and will never return.
