Impossible to cancel. 1. Emailed them to cancel but they said they can't locate my account - you have my email address. 2. Tried to reply them with my account details - and guess what? Their inbox is FULL and so they cannot receive any incoming messages. How ridiculous is this company?

Can't comment on flowers - simply reviewing my experience of 'thinking about ordering'. Having simply clicked on a link to research how much it was going to cost me, I realised I was going to be dragged into a subscription so didn't proceed and I'm now receiving messages and offers for 50% off my first delivery. Was tempted but, having had a bad experience with 'subscription' offers before, I thought I'd check reviews first. So glad I did. Any company worth their salt, shouldn't have an issue in having a simple 'unsubscribe / cancel' button within your customer account. If you can click to join, you should be able to click to leave, without the hassle of phoning and dealing with high-pitch sales talk to stay. For that reason alone, I'm out.

am very disappointed with this experience from freddies flowers, which i was not expecting. I signed up to recieving flowers early in the week, which the website showed the flowers will be delivered on friday (02/04/2021).i thought perfect nice start to the weekend. I called up today at 17:00pm to confirm they are still being delivered as the recipient has been at home all day waiting for them with her children.Only to be told that delivery date was yesterday (which no delivery was made anyways) ,and i can arrange a replacement for Wednesday. That did not make any sense to me,why would your website show incorrect information, which i checked today showed as flowers being delivered today. I said to your colleague which i believe her name was Molly, who is going to compensate for the incorrect information, inconvenience and time spent at home waiting for a non existent delivery. to which she said she can send out a vase as goodwill with my next delivery of flowers, but no replacement of flowers will be sent.how is that a gesture of goodwill?? I am really really dissapointed with this experience.I expected more as im always seeing freddies flowers on my social media.

I cancelled my plan due to sheer cost, only to receive a copy of an internal email insulting me, to which "Freddie" tells me nothing was meant by it... I wasn't going to post anything online, however the fact that they did nothing about this email, but on top of that I got a call today asking if I wanted to sign up again has pushed me to be a little annoyed. If you insult people and don't own up to it, try taking them off your call list!

as so many have said here, I feel duped! I was given a free flowers code by a friend and found I had signed up to a weekly delivery.

I was awe struck with my beautiful flowers, sent by my daughter for Mother’s Day ..The presentation of the box before I looked inside was exciting, and the smell was like a flower shop with newly delivered flowers .. I had the Yoga moment arranging these gorgeous fresh flowers in the new vase..A true delight..and to read I am going to get a box every month for a year...I was in flower heaven ..Thank you all at Freddie’s Flowers,, and Gem too xx

Beautiful flowers with a lovely guide for how to arrange them, these were a gift using the introductory offer and my mum was delighted with both bunches and the quality of the flowers and care with their packaging. I've used Bloom and Wild in the past and Freddie's Flowers were much nicer and better value for money. I cancelled the subscription after the introductory offer by sending an email, there's no "button" to do it but was easy and the customer service team are lovely and were quick to process the cancellation. Highly recommend and would use again in future

Got given a code for their “free” flowers and signed up before I read the reviews below. Like everyone else I hunted through their website to look for a cancel my subscription button to no avail. However I did email and got a reply a few days later saying that my subscription is now cancelled so hopefully that’s it! If you’re having trouble getting unsubscribed then go into the calendar tab in your account and you can cancel your deliveries for a few weeks at a time so you don’t get charged. When my flowers arrived I was pretty disappointed, tulips were really wilted and quite a few buds had been snapped off other flowers plus not that much inside the massive box they sent. To be fair the flowers have picked up now they’re in water and are looking pretty good 6 days after arriving. I would say that a £10 (maybe £15 at a push) bunch from the super market would be about the equivalent of what you actually get plus some leaflets. Overall I would say it’s not worth the money unless you really want flowers and really don’t want to leave the house.

The first box arrived what a disappointment the flowers looked as though they had been in a fridge dropped over died before opening, they refunded my money.. Second flowers 2 weeks later they were exactly like the first box more off the same flowers nothing like you see on the tv advert maybe I need to contact them under trade disscription laws , they have promised to send more flowers and they seem to be what I have already recieved, not a mention of any roses or the ornamental flowers that you see in the advert...

I received my free flowers to try, and decided I just prefer to pick my own flowers out. They don't have an option to cancel via the website, one must call or email. I emailed to cancel, didn't get any response yet still just received another bunch and charge to my account. I don't recommend one signs up for this service!

I had received nice flowers on several occasions, then I received a bunch that looked wilting from the start and failed to flower, even the lilies. £25 is a lot to pay for dead flowers. I contacted them three times by email a week ago and have had no reply. Terrible service.

The flowers are very nice but how sad that the customer service is terrible. They are extremely unhelpful over the phone. I had reoccurring deliveries set up with them last year, before and a few times the flowers did not arrive and when I called could never prove that. Tried to cancel and they took forever. Next year made a mistake ordering a gift. And guess what they do not tell you what is the contents. Randomly I checked online and it had lillies. The recipient is allergic to lillies. Worse thing they said they cannot replace flowers for people who have allergy or simply delay to the following week when the arrangement does not have the allergen. So it will a rather awful gift now to arrive. Not inclusive and completely inflexible and insensitive. Waste of money. Please watch out with them

Do not sign up to this, their website is a joke and customer service is even worse. Do not give them your bank details!

Seem to have been scammed into a subsciption like everyone else on here. Was given a code for a free bunch however you are automatically subscribed and immediately charged for your next bunch so they are not free. Emailed to cancel subscription and no response so that you have to call and are then given the "hard sell" to stay in the subscription. Not really fair to market as free bunches.

Scam artists. They mislead the public by saying they are not a subscription service, but they do sign up up for a subscription and charge you, and you don't realise until they have already sent the flowers. A waste of time and an exorbitant price for what it is. Do not recommend.

I was given a card by a regular subscriber for a free bunch of flowers. Of course, I was immediately debited £25 from my bank account so it turns out it’s not a free bunch but a borderline scam to get you hooked. No reply to an email yet so have sent a further one but I’m dreading sorting it out as others seem to have had very poor customer service. Very upsetting and stressful especially when this was meant to be a gift to cheer me up....
