In all seriousness, do not engage or continue with this Company, we have complained several times and they continue to demonstrate sub standard service. Contact was sent by them that they would deliver on Friday 6th May, my Wife informed them that it was important that the deliver arrived as we had a family gathering and she wanted them as a centre piece for her dinner table, guess what, even after they sent a text, they still did not turn up - absolutely and utterly appalling.

Again after 4 months still trying to take money out of my account! Lucky the card has expired warning you others as soon as you cancel the company will keep taking money out

Been trying to delete my account and they just ignore my e-mails. There are many options for beautiful flowers with better customer service. They also resumed my deliveries after I paused them. I had to cancel my card as they keep trying to charge it every day.

Seems to be a theme here! I hope they do listen to their customers because I really like their product and the idea but the business model of fooling people into signing up, giving out fake offers and not letting them cancel their subscription is terrible! I got a call saying I won a promotion (the vase bundle and flowers worth about £100), but they want your card details to sign you up. I know how these companies work, and it's a way of promotion, but it's very misleading. I was told I'd get 3 vases and flowers for free and the first box 50% off, what I got was one vase and bouquet and then I had to pay full price for the next bunch and vase. Definitely a gift not worth £100 if I'm paying £50 to get it... It's a shame, I might have given them a go but it's tainted with them lying to their customers!

The flower is overpriced, low quality and lacklustre, it also seems to come from some left-over sources. It is pretty unpleasant that I could not cancel my subscription online but had to write an email request. Furthermore, if you forget your subscription, you have to pay for the next week's flower and cannot skip it.

Flowers decrease in niceness as the weeks go on , you’ll never get the second or the third case they promise and it’s exceptionally difficult to cancel I stopped receiving them and thought yay it’s cancelled but then I was billed three times in one night for flowers that I never received? Really strange behaviour and customer service , a few boxes I received were poor the irises don’t come out the lilies smell and the flower food leaves the water dirty I did have 2 amazing bunches though so I guess hit and miss I’d the right term , but after having a subscription with them i wouldn’t do it again or advise any one too I’ve since had serenata flowers which are expensive but are really lovely and much better customer service.

I got canvased when I was in London and I'm so glad I signed up. There was a problem where they had signed me up for weekly when I wanted monthly but they were so helpful and polite and sorted the problem straight away as well as not charging me. Amazing customer service. Also all 3 deliveries I have received have been BEAUTIFUL and lasted me WEEKS with extra care from me! I'm so happy with them they are so beautiful and I love that they show you how to arrange it and the vases are just a plus! Very pretty. So happy with this company.

Awful!! Tried to cancel but was ignored and charged £25 for flowers that are barely worth a tenner. So disappointed and am gutted to have lost that money- it’s a lot to me but customer service was rude and unsupportive.

The flowers I received from my son and daughter-in-law for mother's Day were half dead, I was and still am very very upset and angry about this, my son paid good money for flowers which are terrible. I do not have the heart to tell him about the condition of these flowers as he will feel terribly guilty that he has given his mum dead flowers. There is no way I would recommend this company, I bought some flowers 2weeks ago from Morrisons supermarket at the cost of only 49p as they were on their sell by date and I STILL have those flowers and they are STILL fresh with plenty of life still in them, 49p and 2weeks old yet yours are supposedly fresh cost a lot of money yet half dead, how do you explain that.

Received as a Mother’s Day gift and have told daughter not to buy from them again. Flowers snapped and the roses have lost more than a few petals. Not worth what she paid for them all all.

They don’t have any option to select the next delivery date. You can only postpone for a certain weeks, 4 if I am not wrong. So if you’re on vacation or sick and didn’t check back in to postpone deliveries further, your flowers will be left somewhere in your building and thirty euros charged from your account. They also take long to reply if you sent them a message about cancellation. Poorly designed website and service overall.

Ordered flowers as my daughter got some for my mother that where beautiful. Mine came half dead and not worth £25 so emailed to cancel. I got a phone call offering a free bunch to put this right but allowing me to drop in and out if I wanted flowers again they arrived half dead. A week later I got a text saying a Freddie’s delivery was on its way I hadn’t ordered it a wasn’t in to send it back. I immediately sent an email saying I didn’t want it and tried to text Dpd to stop the delivery but couldn’t. On getting home a checking my account I was down for weekly deliveries that I hadn’t. I then tried to close the account but it can only be pause. I rang my bank told them about the delivery coming that day and told them to cancel all payments to them including the one for that day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY USE YOUR LOCAL SHOP. First photo is arrival second is 5 days later

Flowers were sent to us, with vase, as a gift. Vase quite interesting but flowers well past their best, despite having been sent out only one day before they arrived. Tulips drooping and many blossoms fallen from the prunus. Fewer stems but of better quality would have been better. Lots of happy-clappy documentation, but I am not tempted to sign up. I can and do get much better flowers from my local florist or supermarket. Reviewers elsewhere also report major hassles when they have tried to cancel their subscriptions. All in all, this looks like a good idea that has been very poorly implemented.

Placed an order for a gardening tool from their shop to be delivered with the next flower delivery - they removed this from my order (may be it got sold out?) but didn't alert me. I tried cancelling my account by emailing them but they wouldn't let me do that through email. They called me and I said that I didn't have time to discuss further (since I was at work) and asked them to email me the confirmation of the cancellation - they still have not closed my account. There isn't an alternative way on their website for you to close your account or remove your bank details. Please avoid this company.

The customer service is extremely poor and struggle to get hold of anyone when there is a problem. They advertise offers that are not real and go back on their word. I had an offer and told thus wasn't the offer signed up for even though I screen shotted the offer when I subscribed, 3rd vases won't be arriving. The flowers are dehydrated so God knows how long they have been without water. Poor poor business avoid. Skipped rider but still delivered flowers and took the money. Very hard to cancel

Initialy brilliantly friendly staff but: miscommunicated the service to me in a pop up shop, lead me to believe I choose when to be sent flowers/charged. I got charged the next week without my consent. Website says in several places ''you can cancel any time!'' without specifying how to do so. I emailed them 2 days ago, no one responded yet when i called, i was placed on hold and it turns out they had read my email, just had not bothered to email me back. Shame the set up is so poor, for such a lovely business idea. If they sorted out their transparency and were not so miserable over the phone when you do cancel, it would make me consider coming back at a later date. Now, not so much.

Flowers arrived already browning. I really want this to work out. I think they are beautiful flowers and I really wished they would have been fresh. I understand that they traveled a long way and some wilting is to be expected but not all the browning. I really hope they replace them or get my money back. I rather just have them replaced and give these guys another chance

Joined before Christmas, the first arrangement arrived and was amazing, this was followed by two arrangements with flowers that were wilted and not to a standard you would expect for the price being paid. I went to cancel my subscription, they called me and offered me a free arrangement on them to see if they could change my mind. The arrangement arrived with wilted flowers again and to top it off, they’d charged me for this “free” bouquet. I called and was told the charge being made was due to a “human error” and I’d need to wait up to 10 days for a refund on flowers that were supposed to be an apology and I shouldn’t have paid for. Disappointing customer service, poor quality flowers and I would not recommend to anyone after my experience.
