AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST. Sent them my NCB 3 times & called them 3 times, only to be told that my NCB wasn’t good enough, even though it was the document sent to me from my previous insurance provider. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

Trying to make a windscreen claim , all my documents say there is a £95 excess which is fine , but try and claim and then they inform you there is a limit they will pay for the windscreen , so ending up having to pay an extra £245 on top . Please be aware they do not advise you this when taking out the policy and it does not show on any document they supply you with . I'm sure this id wrong and taking it further .

Customer Service is a complete Joke! This is nothing but a SCAM! I drove for a year, using a box Scoring 95/100 for speed, 95/100 for braking and 89/100 for night driving between 11pm - 5am .according to them this was excellent driving and I was in for a big discount! There was a £10 discount on the previous years quote of £1,280! Even though I emailed them to inform them I would not be insuring again this year, they continue to bombard me with threats of court proceedings demanding over £350! They are SCAMMERS beware so not use this Company

I am compelled to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Freedom Brokers. I recently took out a policy with them, only to have it summarily cancelled due to an alleged failure on my part to submit proof of no claims. However, what’s truly astonishing is that I never received a single communication from Freedom Brokers regarding this matter. Despite my repeated requests, my policy documents were never sent to me. My attempts to contact customer services were met with abysmal service. Calls would ring twice, followed by a painful fifteen-second burst of music, then an agonizing fifteen minutes of silence before being abruptly disconnected. The customer service representatives I encountered were not just unhelpful, but also displayed an astounding level of rudeness, obnoxiousness, and condescension. Hearing phrases like “that’s not really my problem is it” and “this is all your fault” from a company representative was truly disheartening. Freedom Brokers’ assertion that they exclusively communicate via email due to my preference is erroneous. I, in fact, favor phone calls and post over emails. This, compounded by their complete failure to engage with me, has left me in a perilous situation, now faced with exorbitant insurance premiums upwards of £2000 after the policy cancellation. I strongly caution anyone considering using this company. While their initial premiums may appear attractive, the aftermath of a cancelled policy is a financial burden I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. A simple courtesy call from Freedom Brokers could have swiftly resolved this matter. I have lodged a formal complaint and am taking this grievance to the Financial Ombudsman. It is my hope that others can be spared the ordeal I have endured with Freedom Brokers.

THE WORST CAR INSURANCE COMPANY DONT GO WITH THEM, THEY REFUSED TO REINBURSE FOR THE 6K MILES I DIDNT USE, THEY DIDNT SEND OUT MY POLICY BY LETTER WHEN ASKED 100 TIMES, THEY IGNORED MY COMPLAINT AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had a really bad experience with this insurance. After doing the insurance they began to ask me for documents almost every DAY. After submitting the documents they requested they kept asking me for the same document. even with the addition of other documents. I was basically was treated like a criminal. After two weeks i was forced to cancel this insurance at the expense of my own money. They even threatened to cancel my insurance because I went to work at 5 in the morning and they said it was a bad time to walk and at 11 in the evening when he got home that I had my afternoon shift. They pass my policy to a credit company, now I have to pay the insurance plus the interest to the credit company. They never told me they will pass my policy to an insurance company. Worst Company, plz plz do not get insurance from such type of insurance company who is not refunding your money after cancellation. Same so many reviews shows that they are WORST in CLAIMS, PLZ PLZ BE CAREFULL. Today I had to raise complaint to Financial Ombursement. Hopefully they will lawfully CLOSE that company.

What went wrong, the same thing that the people that asked me to try as they are the party that had an insurance problem. My brief 3 calls today 25th Aug were a disaster. Each person spent 10mins going through security then after hearing what I wanted to ask was told I would be transferred I said not to transfer me just listen,that was ignored and after a few rings I was disconnected. In the matter of 1/2an hour this happened 3 times. Personally I believe this to be a scam company and should you be insured with them you may find that you might not be insured. If the other reviews are to be believed about this company this is a big problem for whoever needs insurance and honesty. I will be contacting the FCA and Uswitch as they advertise these brokers.

I received a renewal letter from them and my premium had risen by 69% on last year. I used their WhatSapp chat to ask them why this was the case seeing as I've made no claims and have 9+ years of NCB. I received an automated message from DOM asking me what my question was (thought I'd just typed that} I copy and paste the same question and got the same reply. Needless to say I never heard from DOM. I phoned to ask why my premium had risen so sharply. The lady told me that premiums in general had gone up (by 69%???) and that there were probably increased risks to take into consideration. I asked what these increased risks were but she was unable to tell me. I cancelled my automatic renewal and found a much better deal with another insurer for slightly more than I had paid (which is to be expected to a certain degree) and with their premium package which covers for more things than my policy with Freedom Brokers. Make your own minds up folks.

Freedom brokers canceled my policy due to them not being able to take a payment from my account, but they never tried to contact me to let me know. Now I have a fine of £150 and not insurance but they are impossible to get hold of. Web chat is closed but says its open on a Saturday and don't respond to emails. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! There is nothing good to say, they took my money then cancelled my policy with a charge of over 150.00 due to not supplying docs. they emailed me a letter that I was unable to access 4 days after it was written. No good trying to call them staff cannot / pretend they cannot hear you and hang up, the chat bot is useless AI as they usually are, they put you through to an agent who ends chat without talking to you! Result 162.00 charge for there incompetence, lack of usable website, staff do not care. They are robbing people and they know it!!! Dont take my word for it read they other 73 reviews that basically say the same!! Such a shame 1 star is not available

Auto renewed my insurance for another year although I'd rung them telling them twice that I wasn't renewing. The third time I rang a guy was blantly pretending to type my issues, which I assume won't be carried out and was rude. I've also contacted Premium Credit and told them the situation and they have helped by cancelling the policy their end. I'm still waiting on my NCB certificate, if I don't receive any communication from them within a week I'll be going to the insurance ombudsman.

I’ve just insured my car with these thieves. They kept pestering me about documents that I sent in ages ago so I phoned them. I explained the situation with my no claims and they charged me £40 fee for making a change. And also my premium went up by £450!!! The man on the phone said can I have your long card number in case we don’t have it so I stupidly gave him it and he tried to take the money without my permission!!! Luckily they didn’t get it. Definitely avoid this company. I paid £120 deposit and they won’t return it even though I’m in the cooling off period!!!

Absolutely not happy. I cancelled my insurance it tooks 10 days, after these 10 days they just send the money in the bank but they kept 275£ for not even a month for just 23 days. They did not informed me of why the kept that money, no brwakdown of the cost. Also terrible customer service as to call them it took me 45 mins on the phone and the live chat they have some automatic messages they send through ugnot even reading what yoh are asking them.

In 21 years of driving this has to be the worst company ever to deal with. Initially took cover out and was told will receive plug in for car. However I cancelled policy with in 24 hours of taking cover. Was told by 1 of the idiots On live chat I will be full reimbursed provided I could prove I had insurance cover for the same vehicle. Proof was sent. 6 days ago Today I get a refund of poxy 45. I paid 130. I've just referred this to my bank who.will be claiming back.every penny. If you want insurance plz shop.around. stay away from these imbeciles. If I could give a review of minus 5 that will.still be generous
