Worst ever company I've had car insuranve with. They've cancelled my policy two weeks prior to informing me by email. Luckily i dont drive often. I'd say avoid them at all costs.

This, I was understanding of, it was a mistake but he was going to correct it. However, come the 12/01 i still jadnt received a refund and they took a second installment from my account!! They also had the nerve to take £25 out of my account for not signing my credit agreement! The agreement which was cancelled in November! I rang AGAIN, and was told they could only refund the first installment due to them not having the credit back from the credit company (premium credit) for the second payment. I don't see how this was my problem. At this point it should've all been refunded and sorted between the two companies due to it being their mistake, not mine. After 7 calls to this company I was fobbed off time and time again with lies and false promises to get me off the phone. David, Nicola, and Vicky all had no problems pretending to help me. I was most recently assured the money taken wrongly would be in my account by 23/01 latest. I rang on this day to be told it would be 24/01 LATEST. Here I am on 25/01 still out of pocket of OVER £200 and being told "oh we don't know how long it takes for money to go back into an account" by the same person who gave me a date to expect to receive it!! I have also asked many times for emails to be sent confirming what we'd spoken about or calls back and have received NOTHING. I am absolutely appalled and horrified that this company is allowed to operate. WORKS ALONGSIDE PREMIUM CREDIT WHO ARE THE EXACT SAME, FALSE PROMISES AND NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. ALL BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE THEIR EMPLOYEE MADE. Stay clear of this company unless you have never ending patience and enjoy your money being taken unlawfully.

I urge you not to consider this company. As most of the reviews state, they are scammers and totally ruthless. I have raised a complaint with my credit card company and if they fail to return ALL my money, I shall be escalating the matter to the Insurance Ombudsman. A completely dishonest company such as this must not get away with treating customers in this manner. Goodness knows how they treat customers who take out a policy with them and have to make a claim.

Phoned up on Friday to cancel my policy and the person I spoke to said it's cancelled. I phoned up today and it wasn't so I had to do it again. They've told me my money should be in my bank in 5 to 10 day's let's just see if it is. As for the black box I sent back iam not holding my breath getting the £40 back. It's really knocked me sick and feeling down.

i have been using this company for only a year now , its been nightmare,my car got stolen , i repored and updated all the relevant documents to the company and its been 3 months now, they havent bothered to ring me not even once,they wont answer phone calls ,keep you on waitiing for 3 hours on waiting . its a rip off please stay away or you will regret it .

Honestly I'm so happy with the service from this company unfortunately I had to cancel my policy with them because my fault but without any problems they cancelled my policy and refund my money.

I was brought a policy and i was so confused about black box then i was call in customer service he explained but he didn’t ask me about mile then again struggling for update mile then chat in customer service with laura she took another charge for their department mistake. If there has options for zero star i will give them. If anyone read my comments please do buy this policy

Gave me 7 days notice of cancellation. Extortionate cancellation fees Would never use them again or recommend to others. This is a huge scam.

YOU CAN SAY THAT AGAIN I HAVE BEEN DONE OVER WITH THIS COMPANY SAME AS THE REST OF YOU TOOK MY MONEY THEN CANCELLED MY POLICY SAYING THEY WANTED PROOF OF NO CLAIMS CERTIFICATE DINT RECEIVE ANY KIND OF EMAIL ASKING TO PROVIDE DOCUMENT I HAVE 20 YEARS NO CLAIMS NEVER IN MY 35 YEARS OF DRIVING GETTING INSURED THIS IS AND MUST BE A SCAM COMPANY I PAID £560 FOR MY POLICY THEY RETURNED £350 THEY WILL MAKE MORE PROFIT WITH CANCELLATIONS THEY WONT HEAR THE LAST OF THIS I PAID BY VISA SO I WILL HOPE THAT THEY CAN DEAL WITH THIS COMPARE THE MARKET SHOULD HOLD SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR HAVING THEM ON THERE SEARCH ENGINE ONE PIECE OF ADVICE I WOULD SAY IS ALL CONCORDANCE DELIVERED BY POST

Avoid at all costs. Use anyone other than these people. They make their money off cancellation fees and take unauthorized payments off your credit cards. Impossible to contact them and any email replies are automated useless rubbish. They need investigating.

AVOID this company at all costs. They will take your full payment, then cancel policy and charge you ridiculous fees and you will end up with no Insurance. 🙄 Avoid Freedom Brokers insurance. They charged me £75 + £20 in fees. After I paid one year insurance £499.01. I had the insurance from 7 August 2022-01 Sept 2022. They've canceled the insurance. I am still waiting for a refund of £40 for their device that I already returned on the 5th Sept. They will cancel your insurance and charge you ridiculous fee AVOID them at all costs. They will bombard you with emails, will not reply to the emails back AND their staff don't even know what they doing.s Unless you want your insurance cancelled and pay fees for a nonexistent service. DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY.

Stay clear of this company. Customer service is zero i’ve been on the phone for 2 hours and spoke only to confirm my name DOB and address and i’m back on hold. Claiming i have a son called george who has emailed them and told them i have false information. This was about my no claims bonus they sent me an email to tell me they are cancelling my insurance on 7 days
